We contacted Guitons to have a pool built in our backyard. They were professional and presented us with so many options. Within a week, they had a wonderful concept created and a plan in place. Their employees were amazing and respectful during the entire process. Our pool is beautiful and we are excited for this summer.

We were so frustrated with our brand new pool (not put in by Guiton's) turning into a swamp! I went to Guiton's with a water sample and they gave me everything I needed to fix it. Each worker took so much time with me as a customer to ensure I understood everything. Our pool has been beautiful, crystal blue ever since! These guys saved our pool!

Nasty and green to shimmering clean! Guiton's pool cleaning services have been wonderful for our pool with great customer service to boot. The employees who handle the cleaning and maintenance of your pool are great at communicating back and forth answering questions and checking in on the progress of the pool as it returned to clean again. They've worked really hard to help me and I have no doubt that they can help you with your pool and spa needs too.

Took the plunge on a hot tub after 8 years of hym hawing over it…read more 2 of my family members recommended going through Shasta Spa's on Bechelli I had set a budget in my mind. Originally I called around different places, and almost got completely scared out of the process. On a casual phone call ( elsewhere) I was quoted $20K ,and at the end of the call $18k for another ( lower budget model ) I assumed prices had skyrocketed and perhaps we shouldn't be purchasing anything after all.- Went to SS & B and had a very good experience browsing the large showroom. The Tubs there were starting at below about 6k, and probably averaged to 12k -15k or more? I had MANY choices in my range, and almost too many to choose from. We fell in LOVE with a 'filled' floor model that came with a bunch of add ons and a 5 yr warranty. Free delivery, chemicals , at home demo , and a bunch more. Went back another 2 times to ask millions of questions and finally pulled the trigger. I could not believe it arrived one week later. It all went faster then we expected and we actually had to wait for the electrician appt to happen after delivery. After the electrician filled the tub and left, they came BACK out to show us all the ropes and get us going. All in all, I had changed my mind on the placement ( while it was still empty) ,called several times, stopped by several more, and have been So happy with everyone I've encountered. We have been so in love with the hot tub, and used them for our first drain and fill service after 3 months. The tech was on time and addressed all my new crazy questions and showed me some things I still hadn't learned about. He also was fast and great at what he does, and really likes his job. Upbeat and all nice people ! This is the way to purchase imo. The customer service has been unbeatable and invaluable, everyone there is a pro, and happy to help. Make sure you at LEAST check them out before going anywhere else.

I walked into the store one day after work hoping to find the couch that I fell in love with at…read moreanother furniture store. I was able to find it (priced great) and Christian answered all my questions regarding the delayed deliveries happening across town. He helped me finance my dream couch and was patient with the entire process of me sitting on the couch for an hour deciding if it was THE ONE. Every step of the purchase from the financing to the delivery was easy and effortless on my end. Christian was easy to get ahold of, responded extremely timely to any questions I had, and my couch came a month early! After one week of enjoying the new couch, there was an incident that caused the fabric on a cushion to snag and fray. I again, contacted Christian and within minutes he was able to provide me with protection plan info and gave me all the info I needed to file the claim to get the cushion fixed! This is my second major purchase from the Ashley Store in Redding and I have not been disappointed yet!

Be very careful ordering from this store (Redding, CA)…read more We ordered a sectional and one of the pieces came damaged. The delivery driver stated we could not refuse delivery (they would not take it back with them), and that we needed to contact Ashley to get a replacement piece. We've been going through that process for 3 weeks now and have not gotten any resolution on it yet, they are now asking for more pictures (even after the delivery driver took pictures). I finally called the store today and the manager asked if I refused delivery? I stated that your subcontractor (for delivery) told me that I could not refuse delivery and that I needed to go through customer service. At that point I realized something was off. Funny enough, I have a ring camera setup inside to record our Scottish Fold cats (for my wife's Cattery business), and it's high on a shelf but it captures the whole living room area and the audio is surprisingly good. I let the manager know that I do have the delivery on video including the part where I open the piece and see the damage, and when they tell me I cannot refuse delivery. If this is in violation of Ashley corporate policy I believe this could be a legal issue. Really though I don't want to press it, I just want a new piece to replace the one that is damaged. He said the process would be to send someone out to see if they could fix it. It seems quite ridiculous to me that they could deliver something that is "new", that's damaged and not replace it with something that is new and undamaged. That Ashley would consider just fixing something that is damaged rather than automatically replacing it with something that is new and undamaged tells you really all you need to know I think about them as a company. I don't live by an RC Willey anymore, but I had an issue with something that came damaged by them before and they replaced it with a new item no questions asked. So do what you like ordering from them, they do have decent furniture for the price when it's not damaged, but know your rights and do refuse delivery, even if the subcontractors they hire to deliver provide you misinformation (or outright lie, depending upon what they have been told they are able to do). I have more pictures but I got one without the delivery driver's face in it here for privacy reasons (live photos is so nice, thanks Apple), but there is also some of the internal wood cracked and more other damage. It still works, but when you're paying for something new to come out of the packaging like this it's very disappointing. Ken
