You are required to file a warrenty issue on line. Then they come back and tell you that even tho' the items states that it is a Mattress Firm 600 Adjustable Base, it is NOT a mattress firm product and so you have to find out who makes your base and contact them directly. I filled out the form, one week later they told me that the item didn't belong to them. I wrote them back and told them it was listed as a Mattress firm 600 and yes it did belong to them. There response was to contact this company, Leggett and Platt at this number.... We will see how that goes tomorrow. Knowing this, I will NEVER purchase from this company who will not assist you with your warranty for products that it sells under it's own name. The issue for me is how they pass the buck, won' t tell you anything until you push and you are left to fight for a $1200.00 item.

The dryer parts were replaced and during my discussion with "Chris" the service tech we did decide to try less soap in the washing machine and see if it stops the noise before tearing it apart and replacing parts. The following day, I washed a light load and when I went to dry them, the dryer was making the same horrible noise after having the parts replaced. I reached out to the service tech and sent him a video of the dryer, making the horrible noise, even with nothing in the dryer. Because this has been an issue since day one when we bought them, and we have been given the biggest run around and lied to now for 4 months. I requested that we returned the washer and dryer and buy a different brand (speed Queen). I just want a working washer and dryer!!!! Thursday March 26, 2026 Lewis Chuck, who sold me the washer and dryer called and offered to give us $1200.00 for the new set we just paid $2216.75 for! LEWIS TOLD ME, "YOU ALSO HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR YELP REVIEW".******** I told Lewis we were NOT going to accept $1200.00 for a defective washer and dryer we paid $2216.75 for. What "really upset me" is, I felt like I was being bribed into removing my "HONEST YELP REVIEW" and "UPDATES". Bribery is illegal!!! When removing a review on Yelp, Yelp asks, "if you were offered a refund or other compensation to remove this review". In a world with so much corruption. I REFUSE to be a part of it!!!! They were extremely rude to the lady having the sale, belittled her, tried to harass her into lower prices such as $10 for $100+ items. Told her " you have 2 of this item" as if that excuses their behavior. They hid high priced items under lower priced items in boxes so the lady couldn't see them. Grabbed items the lady told them were not for sale, or already pd for by other customers. They removed items from their boxes so it looked like the items were still there. This young Lady didn't see half the items they snuck out to their truck as there were 20 customers at a time. When they left the husband could be heard yelling obscenities all the way out to his truck. Very intimidating and disrespectful. I have seen this couple do the same to people at other sales in the past

Second lie..."there's a 100 day policy on it, no questions asked, our goal is to make sure you are satisfied...even if that means 6 months later and you just aren't happy, we will absolutely put you into a bed of ours that works for you". Also a load of crap. I'm on day 119, just went in to talk to them not about getting a refund, but possibly trying a different bed. The response..."after 100 days, nothing we can do for you. Try and call customer service, but I doubt it". Now that the service (non-existent after the sale) aspect is taken care of, let's chat about the actual product. We got the M7 bed, so, think a cross between Tempurpedic and Sleep Number. It's basically a fancier air mattress. My side noticeably moves when my wife moves around. She sleeps at a lower number than me, which makes it awkward to spoon or roll over. It sags in the middle, quite a bit if you ask me. When you go to lower numbers, it literally feels like a $20 air mattress that bounces when you move around on it. Maybe not the worst way I've spent $3500...definitely the most regrettable. Do NOT trust these liars in the store. They will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale, and are the scummy bottom of the commission world. And I couldn't care less that they are commissioned, but they are the epitome of why people HATE commission leeches. Sorry Sleep Number...your product is garbage, and your sales staff are clearly trained to lie to consumers (just take a gander at any of these other reviews).
