The woman at the cashier said that they have a good flow of these items from the surrounding areas that donate, so I don't believe it was just luck. -tons of parking The American Cancer Society describes their discovery shops as "High quality, gently used, and new merchandise, including collectible and vintage items, are donated by the community then curated and sold in our upscale stores." I don't recall the new merchandise part (I skipped over the clothing sections, so maybe it's there?), and I don't completely think it's upscale because the pricing was so good (but definitely upscale compared to regular thrift stores bc of organization, cleanliness, and visual / merchandising displays), but the rest of that description is spot on. Also apparently they have events...?! i receive their text updates and received this "Join us in Redding for our yard art event. Make flowers, fairy gardens, or mosaic pieces. Supplies are low-cost, and we'll have snacks & drinks!" That's so awesome! I highly recommend giving them a visit!

After touring eight mattress locations in Redding, California, I returned to work with Kori, an…read moreattentive, knowledgeable and even humorous sales associate. While working with Kori, he took the stress out of this somewhat trying undertaking. After all, how often does one purchase a new mattress? In my case, it had been 22 years! I'm extremely particular having worked with Neiman Marcus, a top-notch shopping experience. Save yourself all of the driving around and being given the run around by heading straight to Mattress Firm, next door to Roots Juice Bar on Churn Creek Road. Ask for Kori and let him know I sent you. He'll absolutely know who you're talking about and he'll roll out the red carpet for you. He'll even let you know when Mattress Firm is having its special discounts. Thank you, Kori, and Mattress Firm, too!

We originally purchased our mattress and adjustable base on 6/19/2020. Everything was good until…read moreour base broke two weeks ago. It has a two year warranty that we purchased! You are required to file a warrenty issue on line. Then they come back and tell you that even tho' the items states that it is a Mattress Firm 600 Adjustable Base, it is NOT a mattress firm product and so you have to find out who makes your base and contact them directly. I filled out the form, one week later they told me that the item didn't belong to them. I wrote them back and told them it was listed as a Mattress firm 600 and yes it did belong to them. There response was to contact this company, Leggett and Platt at this number.... We will see how that goes tomorrow. Knowing this, I will NEVER purchase from this company who will not assist you with your warranty for products that it sells under it's own name. The issue for me is how they pass the buck, won' t tell you anything until you push and you are left to fight for a $1200.00 item.

[From Google Reviews]…read more Horrible customer service. No communication. Been waiting weeks to get my floor fixed. Everything was great until we got to the installer point. We had no idea when they were going to do it as they haven't contacted us at all. Then randomly one day we get a message, "hey are you free right now?" Like are you serious? I just moved into the new house and haven't moved the boxes out of the way. Luckily I just got off work and was able to move the boxes out of the way and do the install, but there was no communication of "hey what time and day works for you?" Like what? We were completely in the dark. After the floors were installed, in every room (3 rooms) there were air bubbles in the floor or something because when I walk over it, it feels like an air bubble. We have a slab foundation so there should be no creaking (correct me if I'm wrong). Not only that but the caulking applied to the baseboards was just smeared all over the wall. There's also a bump underneath the vinyl, like they left a screw or something underneath it. It's like cracking through the vinyl board now. Overall the job was messy and did not look good at all. When you're paying 4k+ for some new floors, this is very disappointing. Been on customer service for weeks with Jared, all he tells me is that the contractor will contact me within 5 business days. It's been more than 5 days and he tells me YET AGAIN to wait 5 more business days. Mind you, I waited more than that because I wanted to give the contractor a couple more days. So in reality it was more like 8-9 days the first time and 6-7 days the second time. He finally promotes my case to the higher ups. Now I'm with someone named Omar who is handling my case. Once again no communication apart from the automated messages. I've emailed him 3 times. No response. At least I was getting somewhat of a response with Jared. TLDR: Bad communication, Horrible job, Worst customer service. Will never go through, or recommend LLFlooring.

Nice man helped me find an item that was damaged but good for me. He asked another guy about it and said a price- ask for him at checkout. Did, and man 2 provided it. You wait until the customer leaves. Then you educate your team about the correct protocol for the future. Instead, you chose to embarrass your customer, make the cashier forget to enter the discount at all AND lose at least one customer.
