I don't recall the new merchandise part (I skipped over the clothing sections, so maybe it's there?), and I don't completely think it's upscale because the pricing was so good (but definitely upscale compared to regular thrift stores bc of organization, cleanliness, and visual / merchandising displays), but the rest of that description is spot on. Also apparently they have events...?! i receive their text updates and received this "Join us in Redding for our yard art event. Make flowers, fairy gardens, or mosaic pieces.
