[From Google Reviews] Horrible customer service. No communication. Been waiting weeks to get my floor fixed. Everything was great until we got to the installer point. We had no idea when they were going to do it as they haven't contacted us at all. Then randomly one day we get a message, "hey are you free right now?" Like are you serious? I just moved into the new house and haven't moved the boxes out of the way. Luckily I just got off work and was able to move the boxes out of the way and do the install, but there was no communication of "hey what time and day works for you?" Like what? We were completely in the dark. After the floors were installed, in every room (3 rooms) there were air bubbles in the floor or something because when I walk over it, it feels like an air bubble. We have a slab foundation so there should be no creaking (correct me if I'm wrong). Not only that but the caulking applied to the baseboards was just smeared all over the wall. There's also a bump underneath the vinyl, like they left a screw or something underneath it. It's like cracking through the vinyl board now. Overall the job was messy and did not look good at all. When you're paying 4k+ for some new floors, this is very disappointing. Been on customer service for weeks with Jared, all he tells me is that the contractor will contact me within 5 business days. It's been more than 5 days and he tells me YET AGAIN to wait 5 more business days. Mind you, I waited more than that because I wanted to give the contractor a couple more days. So in reality it was more like 8-9 days the first time and 6-7 days the second time. He finally promotes my case to the higher ups. Now I'm with someone named Omar who is handling my case. Once again no communication apart from the automated messages. I've emailed him 3 times. No response. At least I was getting somewhat of a response with Jared. TLDR: Bad communication, Horrible job, Worst customer service. Will never go through, or recommend LLFlooring. read more

We purchased the product for wood floors in San Marcos. Great service but its a different story in Redding. We had to ask San Marcos to call to straighten things out more than once. Then the installation pro cess is disjointed with the coordinator saying one thing and the installers saying another after adding hundreds of dollars to the job. Then installers just left without telling us we sat around 2 hrs before anyone saying we left for another job. The coordinatore claims he never said that. Meanwhile no flooring installed and no answers to when it will be done. read more

A little mix up with the placement of materials. To resolve Bobby drove over to move the boxes. Installer Steve showed up on time. Professional. Excellent job! Any of the supplies I purchased in the pkg Steve suggested I take it back as he would not use, the store let me return them. Steve saved me just under $900. Trying to get a measurement to purchase flooring, is ridiculous. They give you a time range from 12 to 4 like people have all day to sit around. Or they get another company to come in and they bring their children. Then tell you when they're going to put the floor in the bathroom, they'll take off the toilet, but you have to put it back on, don't recommend at all poor customer service thumbs down read more

Just had my flooring completed in the family room and hallway...it makes the spaces look so much bigger...there was a problem wiith the first flooring I got...unfortunately it was defective...but that was taken care of nicely and quickly...the installer was great and I would recommend him to any of my friends...who by the way he got to meet several of them when they stopped by....lol...the installer was local to Red Bluff where I live, I believe it was Trinity Flooring...the owners are Jay and Corey read more

I regret paying for the service contract offered by LL with their subcontractor SW Contracting. If I knew the reality was going to be 6 weeks for installation with an unknown subcontract, I believe I could of found an installer in my town to provide service sooner and for less money. At time of purchase I was told it was a professional installer who were scheduling to 2 -3 weeks out and if I had a problem come back to LL (I was questioning why I had to pay in full for services not yet rendered). The reality was SW moved my service date 4 times and LL was aware of all of these changes by their emails. When installers did show at my house it was 6 weeks later and the installers were not employees of SW (as a representative of SW said would be sent w/ ID badges) but installers found by S&W that S&W had never used before - my home was apparently the testing ground. Was a background check even done on the installers? LL Redding, CA did provide the product purchased timely and in a professional manner, it just sat in my garage for over a month. read more

Bobby from the Redding location called us back right away, and we placed our order before we heard back from the other store, it is possible they were busy. We really had a great experience with Lumber Liquidators in Redding. We worked with Bobby to order our materials. We chose Vinyl Plank in Golden Teak. The finish is beautiful! Everyone who sees it, loves our new floors. Each interaction with Bobby throughout our purchasing contract, answering several questions and general support was excellent.
