The dryer parts were replaced and during my discussion with "Chris" the service tech we did decide to try less soap in the washing machine and see if it stops the noise before tearing it apart and replacing parts. The following day, I washed a light load and when I went to dry them, the dryer was making the same horrible noise after having the parts replaced. I reached out to the service tech and sent him a video of the dryer, making the horrible noise, even with nothing in the dryer. Because this has been an issue since day one when we bought them, and we have been given the biggest run around and lied to now for 4 months. I requested that we returned the washer and dryer and buy a different brand (speed Queen). I just want a working washer and dryer!!!! Thursday March 26, 2026 Lewis Chuck, who sold me the washer and dryer called and offered to give us $1200.00 for the new set we just paid $2216.75 for! In return, we return the washer, dryer, pedestals. *PLUS!!! LEWIS TOLD ME, "YOU ALSO HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR YELP REVIEW".******** I told Lewis we were NOT going to accept $1200.00 for a defective washer and dryer we paid $2216.75 for. What "really upset me" is, I felt like I was being bribed into removing my "HONEST YELP REVIEW" and "UPDATES". Bribery is illegal!!! When removing a review on Yelp, Yelp asks, "if you were offered a refund or other compensation to remove this review". In a world with so much corruption. I REFUSE to be a part of it!!!! We are now seriously considering a Civil matter in court to get the resolution we feel will be fair to us as a consumer.

I went in to get a brochure, and I set up an appointment for them to come measure the fireplace clearances to determine what would work. They do NOT charge a fee for the bid trip unless you live way out of town, and then if it's required, they apply that to your purchase! NOT what the other guys do. We paid our deposit after picking the unit, and they ordered the parts. Of course now we were approaching the Holidays, but they were extremely flexible in making the necessary appointments! We hired their suggested plumber (NW Plumbing - another great connection!) who had to come give us a bid to get the gas (and electrical) into the firebox before the insert could go in, and we set up a time to get that work done. Definitely a process with varied stages... Because we were trying to accomplish this during our heavy rain days, Rainbow was willing to do the work at different times, outside/roof work when dry and inside if weather was bad. Long story short, we got everything accomplished (plumbing AND insert) and completed over a two week time frame around Christmas! Rusty, the owner, is very friendly and informative with excellent communication; and Faith, his office scheduler, was amazing as well! His On Site team really knew their job and was able to make adjustments as needed to meet our desired outcome to a "T"! Although everything ended up costing a bit more than we expected before starting the process (what DOESN'T cost more these days?! ), we are so happy and pleased with the final product, the improved look and ease of gas, AND the heat at the push of a button, it was WELL worth it! Note: Be sure to ask about EVERYTHING that might be needed to make the finished product look like the brochure. We had some initial miscommunication (resulting in 4 vs 5 stars) that was later resolved.

I just wanted a little hand held job. I found a couple of options, but wow, these prices are a bit high, OK, higher that I wanted to pay for something I'm gonna use just occasionally. I'm not some pro landscaper. I did look on Amazon and those prices seemed more in line for an occasional user like me. Oh, well, we outta here.
