A couple years ago weeks went by with know cleaning service and we had renters for two months while we were abroad! Perfect Pool and Spa did not return our calls or emails. No explanation or partial refund was every provided. Prices continue to rise. We expect weekly cleaning in the height of pool use but there has been a service drop over summer months. It must be difficult to recruit and keep dependable employees.

When the new electrical panels were installed by perfect pool and spa they were installed incorrectly resulting in shorted outlets in the panel. This is after we expanded to Chris we were refinishing our pool due to a traumatic fire. I had to stop contact between my wife and Chris because he was demeaning and told my wife "If you could understand basic concepts then you'd get what I'm explaining to you but you don't." I got a card in the mail from Pintail Pool Care and I gave them a call. He (wish I could remember…read morehis name) showed up right when he said he would and even text me 5-minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He looked at the problem I was having with my pump and system. He suggested how I could fix it and gave me the option of fixing it myself or having him come back to do the repair for me. He showed me what part I would need and even text the part to me so I could go get it and install myself. He was only there for about 10-minutes and when I tried to pay him, he said no charge because he was already in the neighborhood and it only took a few minutes. This is the type of service that deserves to be recognized! I've been running this pump 24 hours a day last year because I couldn't even get someone to show up to look at it. He came out and within a few minutes told me exactly what the problem was! All I can say is if you need any services for your pool, I would give Pintail Pool Care a call! Very disappointed with our experience with Native Pools and Cory. They serviced both our pool and…read moremy parent's pool next door for about a year. Early on, Cory pointed out issues with our system including the control panel and we spent money fixing and replacing the items he told us needed attention. We trusted that if there were additional ongoing issues, they would be clearly communicated to us. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Instead of calling us and handling things professionally, Cory chose to drop both accounts by text. In that same message, he admitted the pool had been a problem and acknowledged issues with the filters and pump, and said he had "given up." Because of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, our pool has now been left in poor condition and will require additional money to get it operational again.A pool is a major investment, and this was an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. We would not recommend Native Pools.
