He looked at the problem I was having with my pump and system. He suggested how I could fix it and gave me the option of fixing it myself or having him come back to do the repair for me. He showed me what part I would need and even text the part to me so I could go get it and install myself. He was only there for about 10-minutes and when I tried to pay him, he said no charge because he was already in the neighborhood and it only took a few minutes. This is the type of service that deserves to be recognized! I've been running this pump 24 hours a day last year because I couldn't even get someone to show up to look at it. Early on, Cory pointed out issues with our system including the control panel and we spent money fixing and replacing the items he told us needed attention. We trusted that if there were additional ongoing issues, they would be clearly communicated to us. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Instead of calling us and handling things professionally, Cory chose to drop both accounts by text. In that same message, he admitted the pool had been a problem and acknowledged issues with the filters and pump, and said he had "given up." Because of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, our pool has now been left in poor condition and will require additional money to get it operational again.A pool is a major investment, and this was an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. We would not recommend Native Pools.
