It's supposed to open at 9 AM. It is currently 9:06 AM. It's completely dark and nobody is there. The other day I showed up for a walk in hoping to get a pedicure and the ONE lady working said Everybody will be here in 15 minutes. I waited 30 and nobody showed up So They're just not very professional. Their website says they open at 9 AM. You may get one person or you may get NOBODY CHANGE your time on your site if you can't be open on time and have more than ONE technician at opening! read more

The WORST nail experience I have ever had in my life. Unfortunately, the salon I've been going to for the last 7 years is closed due to renovations, so I had to go somewhere else. The reviews went both ways with this place, I decided to give it a shot. From the start, the service was awful. The woman doing my nails was rough and didn't care to listen to anything I had to say. I told her I only wanted 1 layer of dip with gel on top, but she said "no, I have a way to do it." When it was over, and I pointed out how awful my nails looked and the amount of residue left on my hands, she said, "that's just your dry skin" after complimenting me on how soft and moisturized my hands were. My nails are incredibly thick & have been hurting since this appointment. Would not recommend this place at all. Stay away. read more

I've gone to this salon several times and on all occasions despite an appt am left waiting to get my nails done. Nothing sets the service apart from others. On one occasion when asked to remove my gel they kept insisting no I redo with powder and I just wanted the gel off they removed my color but much remained to which I had another salon fix. After trying again for a pedicure on my last visit I will not return. The pedicure was very quick, nails were not cleaned and the polish was old and clumpy and despite discussing with them there was no resolution. There are too many nail options out there to leave feeling dissatisfied. read more

Do not get acrylic manicure. They are honestly unskilled. I have the been here 4 times, with 2 technicians. Julie is the best I suppose? 1 out of 2 times did she come close to satisfying. The second time I was left with extraordinarily short and uneven nails.. disappointing. Paid 50$ (60 with tip) for simple nails. The pedicure with just gel polish was great and the only thing I can honestly recommend, which benefited by the 5 minute leg/feet massage. read more

If you think you are making an appointment ahead of time (especially for more than one person), you aren't. The owner answers the phone while doing nails and simply asks your name and what time, and never writes anything down. So plan to wait, especially with more than one person in your party. We have gone to this salon a few times with 2-3 people and the last person gets done up to an hour later than the others. Also, they left my daughters fingers in acetone for 45 minutes while she waited for a nail tech. She told them repeatedly that it burned but was ignored. I got a dip manicure with tips and it was not good. Three of my cuticle beds were cut by the nail drill and left bleeding, two nails were totally crooked, nail shape was inconsistent, and my cuticles were so dry and flakey. My nail tech took 5 phone calls while doing my nails (which is fine, someone has to schedule appointments I get it) but every time this happened, she got distracted and mistakes were made. Went in for the first time. Employees are so busy chatting with each other while doing their job that she's not looking at my feet she wounded it on the side with her sharp yellow callus scrubber. I told her I didn't want the whole SEACRET service I originally did anymore because the masks and scrubs and oil would hurt the wound but she still did it anyway. The staff does a great job with manicures and pedicures. My only criticism is that, at times, they are so backed up that guests often wait a very long time before getting served. What a bad experience today. I have been there a few times and never had an issue. 1. Lady doing toes more concerned on what's going on around her instead of what's in front of her. 2. Two different girls did my nails. I guess I wasn't important enough for the one girl, cuz she kept walking away and was not a manager or answer the phone. 3. I had been going to Perfect Nails in Eden Prairie on and off for the past 4-5 years, but it wasn't until recently that I switched up my entire routine and go there exclusively. I went to get my nails done on my birthday and the technician was so excited I came in! He told me all about my options and explained the similarities and differences between gel and acrylic (I have always had acrylic). I was very impressed with his knowledge of products, but he wasn't pushy or trying to get me to buy the "better" product. The entire way he was chatting with me and asking me questions about how I like the shape of my nail and how short I like them. My nails turned out perfect because of his attention to detail and professionalism! Better yet, the price was right. I usually do walk in appointments and they have always been able to accommodate me. I have had pedicures here before in the past and everything has been clean and very comfortable. This place must have changed management or changed their ways, because I have not seen or heard of anyone having a bad experience here. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We were pretty good customers we would go there whenever we got our nails done and tipped well. They didn't have the best customer service. Me and my mom would always get gel or acrylic. We went before we had spring break to make our nails look nice. Two weeks later we got home and our nails started to fall off but when they fell off they were full on MOLDY underneath. I've had this happen before there. We also know that it doesn't just happen, they get moldy because they did prep wrong or something. We went in to ask to take the nails off and just kinda clean them up or give us a refund because they were nasty. We got in and they asked if we had swam a lot and started to blame it on us. Even if u do swim a lot ,even though we didn't, your nails SHOULD NOT GET MOLDY. They then proceeded to make me PAY $10 to have them take the nails off and buff them to clean them up a little. They pay attention to detail and my abs dip with white tips lasted for a month. They honestly do a perfect job every time and the prices are very reasonable. I had an appointment with 5 others to get gel manicures for a wedding. 4 of us were helped right away but 1 never got helped and ended up leaving 35 minutes later after multiple walk ins were helped before she was. My gel manicure lasted less than a week and to top it off my finger/nail got infected. It got so bad that I had to go to urgent care and it cost me hundreds of dollars. I was a costumer for a long time. Not any more. Bad constumer service. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, they take as many people as they show up without respecting your appointment time. It is the same as not having one. I booked 5 young girls for my niece's B-day party plus one adult. All of the girls had to wait to get their nails done. I went in today for a pedicure and had the worst service ever. I almost couldn't believe they were treating a customer in this way. Nobody said hello. I was greeted by what do you want? Then, after I was soaking in the pedicure tub for what seemed like forever, an extremely impersonal woman came to give me a pedicure. No hello, no offer to get me a water or magazine or even ask if I was comfortable. Then she proceeded to take long breaks from giving me a pedicure to look at her coworkers phone and chat with her. The little lady that did my pedicure must need new glasses, she missed the sides of my toenails , and still managed to get polish all over my cuticles and skin. The polish was super clumpy too. I am a regular customer that would not think about going anywhere else. Customer service has always been exemplary and each technician has been kind, knowledgeable and gracious. I typically make appointments and have only experienced delays when a prior client has been late and negatively impacted the calendar. The shop is managed efficiently and has always been clean and fresh, even in the busiest of weekends (i.e. just before holidays or formal high school dances). Product lines available are organic and client-friendly and typically the offerings are ahead of the market. I'm grateful for these options and willing to pay a little more for something that is kinder to me and the technicians applying them. The only poor service interchanges I have witnessed in the past four years are squarely due to ridiculously arrogant clients. read more

My nails are my only feature that sparks envy in others. They're real and I can grow them quite long. When I came here, the tech cut my nails down from the sides to give me that nice, witchy look of pointed nails. Which really isn't a nice look because you rarely see anyone with it. Worse yet, she didn't ask, just picked up the clippers and did it! Once one nail is done, it mandated doing all of them for uniformity. So, that left me with nails I had to start cutting down myself over the next two months as they grew to get them back to a nice square, rounded off look at the ends. read more
