We ordered pizza rolls to share. Partway through eating, I found an actual metal shaving embedded on one of the rolls. A sharp piece of metal. I cannot express how unsettling that is, especially when you're feeding your family. It was about 6 millimeters long. Accidents happen, but something like this raises real questions about kitchen safety and quality control. This isn't a small mistake -- it's a serious consumer safety issue that could have caused real harm. I truly hope management escalates this immediately and reviews their equipment, procedures, and employee training. I expect better from a neighborhood spot we've trusted for years. read more

Placed an order for delivery and it got stolen, not sure how that happens but pretty disappointing...

Did not receive full order and when I called in to ask for a refund on the missed items I was told I should be able to get a refund on the missed items. An hour later I checked my credit card and no refund. Called a second time and was told the refund takes 3 to 5 business days which is a lie. first time and last time experience, will not be coming back. read more

I don't know what it is about this location but they are ALWAYS out of something. I order from here multiple times per month and something is always not available. Today I ordered a side Caesar salad and they used just mixed greens instead of romaine lettuce. And it was pretty pitiful in size. Total waste of my $4. I would be better off without it to be honest and would have preferred a call to let me know. Other times they've been out of soda, forgotten my soda, subbed romaine lettuce for iceberg lettuce, and stuck a whole jalapeño in my calzone. I'm a repeat customer and normally enjoy ordering from here, but after tonight, I'll seriously reconsider. I placed an order online and used the comment section to write simple adjustments since I wasn't sure how to use the modification settings. When the pizza arrived, it was completely wrong. I called immediately, and instead of owning the mistake, the employee told me they purposely ignore the comments section because "people use it to get free stuff." I was shocked. I told him that's not a smart policy -- if you think people are abusing the system, train your staff to handle those situations better. Don't just ignore what paying customers write. If you're going to ignore the comment section, why even have it? He replied, "That's just how we train here," then casually offered store credit or a discount. I said no -- I didn't want a handout, I wanted the correct pizza that I paid for. Then he asked if I'd come pick it up. I told him no, I ordered delivery for a reason -- why should I inconvenience myself because your team made the mistake? His response? "It depends on what kind of mood the driver is in." Seriously? I asked if he was the manager -- he said no, just a shift lead or something like that. I asked for the manager, and he told me the manager was the one who delivered the pizza. No apology. No accountability. Just arrogance and attitude. I was so frustrated by the total lack of customer service and professionalism -- especially considering I've ordered from them several times before -- that I just gave up. I didn't even bother asking them to remake my original complex order. I settled for a regular pepperoni pizza, got out of bed, and had to drive at night with my child just to get something close to what I originally wanted. This experience was incredibly disappointing. On April 18th we ordered from the Oaks Forest location and were quite disappointed when we had a BOLT in our pizza. Luckily no one choked on it but this is a huge disappointment. We have tried reaching out and have heard nothing from management or the restaurant. So be sure to check your pizza next time you order out at this location. When we first moved to the area we found our favorite delivery pizza - Pepperoni's Oak Forest. They were close, the tossed pizza was perfectly cooked, the thin crust was just right, the wings were big and perfectly cooked. That has all changed. When you order thin crust you have an option for "extra crisp." We never choose that option but twice now our thin crust pizza was on the verge of being burned. We just threw it away. The sauce and topping had cooked off for the most part and it was inedible. The wings several times now have been small and overcooked. We just gave up and quit ordering wings. The Greek salad used to be great with healthy helpings of olives and feta cheese. No more. Now you can barely find them. I don't know what's going on here and I rarely give a review like this but Pepperoni's needs to return to their prior skill level or we won't be ordering from here any more. read more

There's a stark difference in the level of service from this location and the one at the Galleria location. I got unexplained answers on why I couldn't order an up to 3 toppings pizza with just one topping. I was met with contempt and eye rolling from the young man working the counter. Usually I would walk off, but I decided to counter his rudeness with another question. If I can order it that way elsewhere and nothing written says I have to get 3 toppings, why enforce a rule that ultimately costs you more to make? When I mentioned I'd done it before he rolled his eyes again and said fine after twirling around and walking off. Last visit to this location, which is the closest to me. Needed a nosh on my way home, and had seen this place many times, so I stopped, ordered online from my car (cause there was some good schtick happening on 610am) and waited till it was ready. They give you an estimate of what time to pick it up, so at the commercial nearest the time, I stepped in and they had just boxed it. Pepperoni and garlic. (I wasn't seeing nobody). Lemme tell you, the first piece was gone before I put the car in gear. The rest of the way home, I was just praying for red lights! I got the thin and crispy, and boy, was it. Most thin and crispys , you pick up a slice and it looks like a question mark. I held this at the tippy tip of the crust, and nary a flex. Perfectly crispy. Perfect amounts of sauce, cheese, and toppings for a terrific blend. Oh, and grease. Look, my dear old granddaddy used to say, "if you don't get grease on the back of your hand, it's no good". I always loved that. Though I don't quiiiite agree, without there being a little bit, it's no good. This was, again, perfect in that regard. I'll just say it was no Pinks (iykyk). The side salad was fine, the Big issue was that it was ordered by mistake and I had no idea I had a salad ordered and it sat on my front porch on the ground for 90 minutes the delivery driver never knocked, text or called. The order said I asked for all of these. I never knew I even had a Credit Card on file with Yelp? which I don't want to have on file. I want to have to enter my credit card each time I order. The two pizzas were soggy. Terrible from what we have had before from this location. There was no salad dressing for the Greek Salad that we paid $9 for. The counter lady only made our two salads after we were there to pick up, so the pizzas were getting soggier. Also, she had her stomach out all around. Not really appropriate for making food. Called an ordered a Pepperoni pizza on the way home......they said 15 mins. It was ready and coming out the oven when I pulled up. It is freaking delicious!!! Used to hit the Trose location up, so happy there is one in the neighborhood now!! Also the dude who took my order, Alex, was professional and polite. Hell, can't ask for anything more from a pizza joint. Edit: we won't be back. Stopped by yesterday after a long day. Walked in while the wife was at Krogers, stood there smiling and making eye contact with 3 employees. None of them helped me, 2 were in the back goofing off a 3rd on his phone furiously texting. After 4 or 5 mins I just leave. The guy that was on his phone comes running out after me and catches me in my truck. Asks what did I need did I want to order a pizza or something.....I say yes. I go back in and order a Large Pepperoni's Special. He said it would be ready in 10 mins. I go back to Krogers get the wife, took about 20 mins. Get back l, the pizza is not done. I wait few minutes. The cashier brings me the pizza and goes hey sorry, we are out of a few toppings so there is no mushrooms. I just go it's whatever, I just want me pizza. We get home and start eating it, I get 2 slices down before a take a bite of a 3rd and get a big clump of dirty blonde hair beard or pubic hair, I guess it was under the cheese cause it was baked in. I just start spitting the crap out. I tell my wife stop eating, but she already had a couple slices too. Suffice to say we had a horrible dinner and even worse evening, diarrhea all night for both of us into the morning. We won't ever be coming back to this location. If the manager or owner reads this maybe have the homeless looking white guy with the unkempt beard wear a beard net, maybe actually have the employees wash their shirts, all 3 dudes looks like they hadn't washed in weeks.....which working in the industry I get it but come tf on, it's a t-shirt wash it.
