Well, I had a $10 gift card and this was just what fit the bill. I ordered the Wings Personal Pack and it was ready exactly when they said, in 20 minutes. Ordered the Lemon Pepper Dry Rub with hot honey dipping sauce. Nowhere on the ordering page or menu does it say how many wings come with the Wings Personal Pack, so let me answer: It's 9. 9 or 10, I lost count. And they are TINY wings. But, the lemon pepper dry rub was not bad, and it was just enough to make me slightly full. I definitely could've eaten 2x as much, but I'd be stuffed. So for the value with a gift card, I give it a 4/5. The wings themselves 2/5. With hot honey dip 3/5. Paid via inKind with no issues.

That's actually good because I think Pepperoni's crust is their weakest point. The store is mostly takeout with a couple of tables if you want to sit down and eat. They also serve ice cream here. When I visited after a Whole Foods trip, there were a lot of children from the next door academy stopping in for what seemed like their daily slice. The owners didn't even have to ask what they wanted. As for the pizza itself, I ordered a Napoli pizza which is basically a margarita. The toppings were plentiful, and it tasted fresh and better than Pepperoni's mainly because it has less crust. When the pizza got a little colder, the crust hardened which suggests a lot of gluten.

They might not get as much pub as some of the other heavy hitters in the area, but trust that this Asian-owned local business has the approval of the West U faithful. Like many businesses in this plaza, it's zoo here every week day afternoon with all the youngins parading up in the joint looking for a slice. The parking is a challenge during primetime, which can seemingly last all day. It's mainly counter service, but there is limited seating. The pizza itself isn't going to win any awards. On their best days, the slices are cheesy and solid overall. I ordered their meat lovers awhile back and it was caked with tons of meaty toppings. The crust is a tad dry for me and the sauce is not terribly memorable. Their supreme, or veggqKKAt the end of the day, I appreciate their variety and love how affordable they are. My most favorite thing about M3 is the service. They're super patient with all the youngins and very good about fulfilling orders placed over the phone. They'll even do curbside service for folks who are directly parked in front of the store. I haven't had all of their pizzas, but I fully intend on trying them all at some point very soon.

My initial findings from my previous review still stand for the most part, but there have been some notable improvements as of late. First off, they're getting really good at handling orders over the phone and have fixed their website woes. Ordering online has been a breeze, which has no additional fees and allows for customization of practically everything. Almost everything I've ordered is ready within 15 minutes or less, which is miraculous given how many big pizza chains (#1) struggle with more advanced options. While their hand tossed pizza isn't going to turn heads, they do have a "stuffcrust" option that crust option that could be a nice alternative. For yours truly, the thincrust option has actually been the go-to style as it's relatively crispy and reminds me a tinge of Oregon style pizza (#2) but with no corn meal. As a reminder, their version of a large (14") is still more of a medium at other pizza places. The calzones are still quite hearty while the salads and pastas skew on the mediocre side. The latter is heavily improved with alcoholic consumption, but I digress. What keeps bringing me back is the service. The family running the place is always hospitable and very personable with every interaction. They do a good job of keeping the food warm and are thoughtful with the presentation. The prices are still competitive and I hope they stay that way. ___________ (#1) Which I'm still struggling to find the appeal. I want to share a recent experience at Marco's Pizza on Main Street in Houston…read more Today I placed an order, picked it up, and unfortunately discovered flies in my food. I immediately called the restaurant to report the issue. I spoke with the manager, Dan, who was very rude during the conversation. When I asked what could be done to resolve the situation, he described me as "hostile," even though I was simply trying to understand next steps. He mentioned a refund but said I would not be refunded for my drinks since there were no flies in them. I never requested a refund for the drinks--I was only trying to address the contaminated food and find a solution. The tone of the conversation felt dismissive, and I was ultimately passed off to another employee without any proper acknowledgment or closure from him. Fortunately, the second employee handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue by issuing a refund without any problems. I've supported this location for about four years, but after this experience--receiving contaminated food and then being treated dismissively when reporting it--I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

Pizzas are amazing and so many varieties I have yet to try. Pasta was so good and the vodka sauce is primo. Even the ranch dressing tastes homemade. They seem to employ a lot of younger (recent high school grads) employees and I love to see that kind of community feel of local kids running the pizza joint. And they made us feel so taken care of. Our server was Kelly but it felt like the entire staff was working to make sure we had a good time. We were not aware of the sides it came with. Unfortunately for an Italian restaurant, we were expecting panini type sandwiches but these were bolios which did not hold up the contents of the sandwich well and everything fell out. The cut of the vegetables also was not compatible with the sandwich type again making it hard to eat. The flavoring of the veggies was decent but again, this cut of veggies seemed like it was for a pasta primavera and just used for a sandwich. The cold pesto pasta salad given on the side was very sour and we did not like it. I don't love pasta salad so I wish they disclosed the sides otherwise I would not have ordered. The pineapple on the side was random and the whole dish was not cohesive. They may have other things that are good but we personally did not enjoy our food much.
