Pizza pie was very good and the service was excellent. I ordered pick up and it was ready when they said it would be. I had two medium pies one with just pepperoni and the other veggies. With a tip it was over $40 so a bit on the pricy side but the pizza pies were very good.

There is plenty to choose from on the menu above the register, and weekday specials on the menu on the counter

This is one of two Luigi's Pizzerias in the Houston area (the other is in Midtown). It's has a fun pizzeria vibe with limited seating, a couple arcade machines, and a glimpse into the kitchen where they are prepping the pizza. The pizza itself is tasty. There are plenty of toppings to choose from and items on the menu. I'm not the biggest fan of the crust. It's not quite a typical any pizzeria crust. It's a little too airy, which I'd usually love if it were a wood fired style pizza. The employee who was working greeted me as I walked in, and he was friendly enough. Unprompted he asked for I needed anything like peppers or Parmesan. The service was efficient and pleasant, which is all I'm looking for when ordering a pizza from a pizzeria. Some tips: Check out the weekday specials (picture of special menu attached). I took advantage of the Tuesday BYO 12" two-topping pizza for $12. Also, you can order online, and if you put in your phone number you will get a text with the estimated time to pick up your pizza, and you will also get a text when the pizza is ready. Cheers!!

Hamburger, Italian Sausage and meatball calzone.

The price is good, the facilities are a bit small, and the food is so-so. The people are friendly and they seemed to like the job but the calzone was really underwhelming and inconsistently cooked. Parts were scalding hot and others were cool. The meats were squishy in a bad way- like maybe too much fat or oil. The gelato was good. They do offer dine in but I don't think this is what they want from a business model as it is small inside and they don't wait on you at the table. Maybe the pizza would be better but the calzone was not worth a return for it.

EVERYTHING WE ORDERED WAS DELICIOUS! Randomly found this pizza spot and we have no regrets. We placed our order online for carry out. Food was fresh and prepared accurately. Quality was really good and lots of flavor. Will return!

Service is amazing. They are very helpful and attentive to tables. The food comes out quickly and hot. Best appetizer was the Mac and cheese bites. This is the first place, where the Mac and cheese inside is creamy! So good. The Caesar salad was a good portion, and pizza is great.. loaded with toppings. The Alfredo was okay- needed more flavor and it seemed like more of a jar sauce than a heavy cream base. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back when we are in town.

I've been a long standing fan of Luigi's. They are one of the best here in Houston. If you love pizza you must go here. There are two locations for this chain, but this one is more home style while the other is connected to a Biergarten. The staffs are nice and we are always surprise at how big the slices are here. They're super generous. We got the cheese pizza and I love being able to taste all the individual ingredients. Crispy pizza with a nice, chewy bite to the crust. The sauce is natural and fresh tasting. Love the freshness here. Definitely a less is more kind of place.

The pizza is delicious, but so thin you might still be hungry after eating a 12" It's expensive, too. So is everything these days I guess.

I recently discovered Gold Tooth Tony's after craving Detroit-style pizza for months. I had tried…read moreit for the first time in Manhattan and honestly didn't realize anyone in the Houston area made it until I came across this place. It was fantastic. I've ordered delivery to work twice now, and both times the food has been consistently good with really quality ingredients. I've had the Veggie Supreme Detroit-style pizza and the Margherita pizza, and both were excellent. The crust has that perfect crispy edge while still being soft and fluffy inside. This is also a great option for vegetarians because there are so many topping choices. They offer things like banana peppers, Calabrian chiles, caramelized onions, charred togarashi pineapple, confit onions, olive salad, pickled jalapeños, roasted maitake mushrooms, roasted red peppers, sliced roma tomatoes, and more. They also have spinach artichoke dip plus chips and queso, which I wasn't expecting from a pizza place. I can't really speak to the dine-in experience since I've only ordered delivery, but based on the food alone, I highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for Detroit-style pizza in the Houston area.

But recently I checked online and it closes at 10p, wow who knew? So I stopped inside recently around 9p. They had already put the chairs up on the tables, and again was dark inside except for the kitchen, so it looked closed. But the door was open so I went in. The staff member said yes we are still open just prepping for closing. I assume due to no customers. Parking- a shared lot out front with businesses. No issue there. Food- I tried to order the salad first. But they said the shipment wouldn't come in for a few days so I couldn't order the pizza/salad combo that I wanted. I went with 181 heights pizza for carry out, took less than 10 min. It was good, but not amazing. It honestly reminded me of 90s Domino's deep dish that they had back in the day. If this is what they were going for, then nailed it! Bottom line the price of $21 for a personal size pizza didn't match the flavor for me. But I know this place has a following already, so no shortage of customers. This biz will be fine. Enjoy!

The person taking my order was very helpful making recommendations for me , as I had mentioned it was my first time in. And after a few minutes of indecision , I finally made my mind up and went with the pepperoni madness and a Capresse salad to go. Well despite looking very appealing outwardly, after arriving home, I realized that my pepperoni madness pizza turned out to be not so "mad" afterall because it was lacking...Lacking in overall taste, cheesiness, pepperoni, and personality ! And the salad was fresh , but overpriced for the size and toppings.. So overall I gave 3 stars for service and freshness, but I would opt for better pizza options around town..

We sat on the patio and even though we were there for two hours our server never missed a beat! Our waters were never empty, as soon as a plate was cleared it was gone, as we finished a slice of pizza he was there to serve our next. The food was all lovely: we had the insalata Bianca and the arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette, we both agreed the arugula salad was our favorite, I'm not usually a fan of a salad with just arugula in it, but this was so good I'm going to go home and try to duplicate the dressing so I can make all the time! We then had the Rabiola and Salsiccia E Friarielli pizzas, both cooked perfectly, our server recommended the rabiola and so glad we got it! Finished off with great coffee and the chef brought us out these amazing little dark chocolate truffles and biscotti to go with it. Honestly, one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. I added hot honey, red onion, pepperoni, sausage, and whipped ricotta -- and I'm not exaggerating when I say I'm going to dream about this pizza. The pepperoni can make or break a pizza, and theirs was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of char. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, the proportions were spot on, and the ratio of toppings to cheese to sauce was absolutely perfect. Every bite was balanced and full of flavor. Their Monday special is 50% off any pizza, which is one of the best values I've seen -- especially considering how huge the pizza was and how extraordinary it tasted. They also offer pizza by the slice during lunchtime, which I'll definitely be coming back for. The service was amazing, and my pizza was ready quickly. For workers to be eating at a table when a customer walks in, is horrible for the image of the company. Even if the place is not busy, if workers are going to be paid for their time, they should be doing some sort of work, and not everyone sitting down eating and on their phones. We can certainly understand if they do not have a break room, and an employee needs to take a break, but not the entire staff all at the same time! Also, they need to learn some customer service skills. Anyone can learn how to make the food, but if they want to keep their business, they need to learn fast how to take care of their customers. After reading other negative reviews, we see why the place was almost empty! In addition, the food was not that good. Note to Bellaire residents: Save your money and go someplace else. Definitely not worth it. If employees are pre-occupied and do not even have the courtesy to assist a customer, they do not deserve to be working there! It was unfortunate that the manager was unavailable. We are letting all of our friends and family know not to go there. The place was small and had a few tables.
