The only thing that we did not like was the shopping center area. We will most likely go there during the daytime or have delivery, as going there during the evening hours was not very comfortable. There seems to be a lot of homeless people on the sidewalk, especially next door at the drug store, and near the liquor store. It would have been nicer to see more security or police patrol. When your staff leaves at night, we hope that you are careful and stay safe.

The place is very cramped and dirty. Employees did not wash their hands after touching their hair, face, clothing, and the trash. The food was horrible. Even though their pizza boxes come in extremely large sizes, we were not impressed. The sauce was terrible and the other food items were definitely not fresh. The dessert items also did not look fresh, and are not baked in-house. They most likely have a third party service that delivers individual baked goods. The Health Department needs to pay a visit to this establishment! Save your money! (Speaking of which, they charge way too much for what they offer!) There is nothing special whatsoever about this place! We will never go back, and are letting friends and family members know also! We are also surprised that they have not gone out of business the way they treat their customers and prepare their food! Overall rating: Disgusting! Service was unacceptable! Do not waste your time with this place!

We were not aware of the sides it came with. Unfortunately for an Italian restaurant, we were expecting panini type sandwiches but these were bolios which did not hold up the contents of the sandwich well and everything fell out. The cut of the vegetables also was not compatible with the sandwich type again making it hard to eat. The flavoring of the veggies was decent but again, this cut of veggies seemed like it was for a pasta primavera and just used for a sandwich. The cold pesto pasta salad given on the side was very sour and we did not like it. I don't love pasta salad so I wish they disclosed the sides otherwise I would not have ordered. The pineapple on the side was random and the whole dish was not cohesive. They may have other things that are good but we personally did not enjoy our food much.

I ordered a variety of veg and non veg options with many praises from meeting attendees. A couple of missed things, I was asked it I wanted the spicy option on the pizzas and well that fell short and no crushed red pepper was given. Crushed Red Pepper should be automatic when dealing with desi people. I didn't try all pizzas so this is a combination of mine and other people's thoughts. The dough was meh, as in it's obviously not house made, probably frozen pre made and pre docked crust. However, the chicken flavor was spot on delicious. Plentiful and fairly evenly distributed. A XL is about $20 which I'd say is a steal for a 3 topping pizza. It was 100% a Desi pizza, as in when you take a bite it's straight Indian flavors, no hint of anything remotely Italian except the shape and triangle slices

That's actually good because I think Pepperoni's crust is their weakest point. The store is mostly takeout with a couple of tables if you want to sit down and eat. They also serve ice cream here. When I visited after a Whole Foods trip, there were a lot of children from the next door academy stopping in for what seemed like their daily slice. The owners didn't even have to ask what they wanted. As for the pizza itself, I ordered a Napoli pizza which is basically a margarita. The toppings were plentiful, and it tasted fresh and better than Pepperoni's mainly because it has less crust. When the pizza got a little colder, the crust hardened which suggests a lot of gluten.

Like many businesses in this plaza, it's zoo here every week day afternoon with all the youngins parading up in the joint looking for a slice. The parking is a challenge during primetime, which can seemingly last all day. It's mainly counter service, but there is limited seating. The pizza itself isn't going to win any awards. On their best days, the slices are cheesy and solid overall. I ordered their meat lovers awhile back and it was caked with tons of meaty toppings. I specifically asked for extra gravy/sauce, but the pizza came out extremely dry. It honestly tasted like I was eating cardboard. When I brought it up, instead of offering to remake it, they suggested putting sauce and cheese on top and throwing it back in the oven, or taking it home and doing it myself. How is that supposed to fix a pizza that was made wrong? You can't just slap sauce on top after it's already cooked and expect it to be the same. On top of that, the lady at the front had a bad attitude throughout the situation, which made the experience even worse. I paid my full bill and left, but as someone who comes here regularly, I expected much better.
