It is one thing if it is busy and I have to wait -- no problem. However, I was there for 40 minutes already and the manager asked, without looking me in the eye, to back up to allow a car that just got there to get ahead of me in line. That is inexcusable, and treating another customer like they are not a priority although they patiently awaited their turn in line. Second, I have had consistent issues with the staff. There is one in particular who comes in to say I should purchase additional items or to let you know about the outcome of an inspection. He is unnecessarily snarky. If don't pass an inspection or don't purchase additional items aside from the oil change, don't tell me "You need to get out then." Thirdly, while services can be convenient, jiffy lube services are quite expensive. I don't drive anything luxurious, my car is over 20 years old, and I pay no less than $80 for an oil change. There are way more affordable shops that are equally as convenient. My recommendation would be to seek services elsewhere. I have given this jiffy lube several chances, and I am overall not happy with the customer service. Why come here to spend more and have unfriendly staff, when you an work with a nicer staff elsewhere for less? If this jiffy lube location comes across this review, please consider retraining your staff in matters of customer service. This would make a world of difference for your business.

No estimates provided without me asking for the price of one specific part. The rep saying, oh very expensive....To me this tone came across as if a certain assumption was made on what's affordable. The communication was very odd to me if I came in only for a vehicle inspection. Had the report arrived via email as promised this experience would've been much better on my end. Lacked the promised email. No real value to report here inspections cost the same everywhere. They did not did not send over said report. He said yes. I live about a hour and half from this automotive shop. I drove the car to his automotive shop. At first what Mr. Moe thought was the problem wasn't. After he did a diagnostic and found out it was the fuse panel box, he ordered from a car dealership. The wrong year of the car was sent. My car is a 2005. In the mean while I had order the part online. At first Mr. Moe said he couldn't use it, but after the one he had ordered from the dealership, they sent was the wrong one he went ahead and use the one I had ordered. He told me that it will take about 11 hours because there was a lot of wires he had to connect. In between the snow, bad weather, getting the part and etc., it took several months. I didn't mine because I wanted my car fixed. From the time I picked my car up in early March/ April 2025 my car has been starting. Mr. Moe fixed the problem like he said he would. He is a great man. He and his partner was always polite to me over the phone when I called about my car. Whenever I called, to inquire what was doing to my car, he would tell me. I would highly recommend J & J Automotive if you have a foreign car. They don't make a repair which is unnecessary. They don't try to scare you into agreeing to have expensive, unneeded repairs figuring that the anxiety of not having them done would encourage you to OK them. They don't continually try to up sell you on unneeded services as many dealership service departments do. They even verified that new tires that our tire dealer said that we needed were not needed now because the current tires were fine wrt tread wear and other features. More anxiety relief. They also do top-quality repairs. We have taken our two vehicles there for the past three years, one of which is almost 30 years old. Some repairs appeared to us that they may be undoable but they have solved every problem. They only use manufacturer replacement parts which may cost a little more or delay a repair but are likely to last much longer than using cheap generic parts but then charging the manufacture prices. Their labor charges are entirely reasonable. The manager, Will, is incredibly knowledgeable and capable of running a three-ring circus if needed. Because of their outstanding service, it is typical to have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment.
