I had a flat tire on my car when I came out of a business in Harvest Oaks. I was able to take the tire off the car and have it patched here. The most amazing thing is that one of the young employees came to my car in the parking lot a ways away from the business and put the tire on for me after it was patched. Worst Service EVER!!! I just left this shop and will never go back! I have been using them for the past 6 years but they are awful! The Manager is completely unfit to manage people let alone service. I went in to the shop in person to make an appointment to get an inspection, oil change and to have them diagnose a noise associated with steering/tires. They were very nice at the time I made the appointment. But today when I showed up for the appointment exactly on time, not so nice! I checked in and took a seat. 30 minutes later may car had not been taken into the garage to begin work. When I asked why the young person working there said he would check. The so-called manager came out to talk to me and wasn't the least bit concerned that I was having to wait and told me I would have to wait at least another 30 minutes before they could take it in! All kinds of excuses about only 1 guy to do inspections and he was busy and other appointments had run over and a whiny little explanation in general. When I asked him why they even do appointments he had no answer except I don't know what to tell you! He didn't care that I had to change my entire schedule to get there at 10 for a 2 hour appointment. Not a professional by any means and he needs to find another job because its very obvious that he hates his job! I was there in November and this same guy was a jerk then! Same issue in November. Was told to drop off my car when they opened and nobody there for well over an hour after opening time. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere because you couldn't receive any worse service. read more

Today is Sunday morning, August 20,2023. I just called the Harvest Oaks (Raleigh) location to find out of they'd mount and balance a couple of trailer tires I purchased elsewhere if I brought them the tires and rims. The gentleman I spoke with paused, and then said, "Yes, but you need to know we charge $65 each." I asked "to mount and balance 2 tires?" He responded "yeah, my manager charges crazy prices". I then asked "would it be the same price if I bought them there?', to which he responded "yes". I laughed and thanked him for his time. Just so we're clear, that's $130 - nearly triple the going rate of their competitors - to mount and balance two tires, and that's without them even having to remove/reinstall them on the vehicle. I woke up this morning to a flat tire, best feeling ever. I had just moved here from florida so i don't know the area. Just Tires was the first place i called this morning and they were able to get me in same day - said my car would be ready before they closed. They fixed my tire, did a full rotation, and an adjustment without having an appointment. On top of the great service, they provided it in a timely manner and had my car finished a few hours before they estimated it to be ready. Very nice people who are out to give you quality care and not dig into your pocket. We'll definitely be using them again when needed. read more

I've not been since before Covid, but I had the opportunity to visit them today. New management and staff, but the customer service remains stellar. Dani and Roman assisted me today. STAY AWAY. Scheduled an appointment to ensure tires were there. It was actually scheduled with the manager. The day of I got a call from someone who said they only have one tire; took me four calls to get them to answer and they never called back; I found out only 1 when I got there. I took the one tire and upon leaving, there was now a nail in the side of another tire. This was not there when the car was dropped off. I can't say intentional or not intentional but 100% confident with evidence it happened at their shop. Manager could care less. Had no accountability, no desire to make it correct. You would think he would have minimally waived labor for a new tire. Or one put on. Nope. Complete disregard for the damage done to the care. Took care across street and they confirmed that the damage could not have been done driving. Worst experience ever. Manager was only interested in selling a new tire. OMG. read more

My tire was losing air and I was in need of getting it fixed as soon as possible. I called up Just Tires and they said that I could show up and bring in the loose tire to have them check it out. I arrived later that day (this shop is one of the only shops in the area past 6pm) and they accommodated me without any problems. After 20 mins my tire was fixed (tpms kit was broken) and I was out of the door. Total cost-free. I am a huge fan of excellent customer experiences and this shop just got a customer for life and I will be a proud referrer for anyone having tires issues. Thank you!! read more

We have been regular customers for several years, having purchased tires and the rotation/ alignment package. This is the first time I have questioned the ability to service customers. I had a 9 o'clock appt for oil change and tire rotation. 90 minutes later I was informed that they only had 1 oil filter for my car and it was damaged. Apparently they usually have a case of these and inventory wasn't delivered. Luckily, the manager, John, made the decision to go pick up a filter from another store. The 30 minute appt has turned into 2+ hours. **Because of this issue, they changed vendors and comped my oil change! Great customer service. read more

I had an appointment this morning at 9:00 to get a flat tire replaced. I was prepared to purchase a new tire (they have great prices, BTW!) but they were able to fix my flat tire. Although I had visited this shop near closing hours on Sunday afternoon, John took the effort to patch up my flat and provided me with excellent service. From our short conversation, John realized that I was a service member and he had me drive off without compensation for his service. John had been around the automotive industry for decades. I got a flat tire right in front of just tire so i pulled into the parking lot across the street to figure out what to do and the manager came over to let me know they could/would help me. Within a quick few minutes they had me put the door with a new tire . i am forever grateful for them coming to my rescue even when i wasn't in their parking lot. I desperately needed 4 new tires and this Just Tires location was recommended to me by a great friend. Matt, the Assistant Manager, thoroughly explained my options to me, including tire wear, warranties and other information that frankly is Greek to me. He decoded it and patiently answered all of my questions, and I had many. I have 4 brand new tires at a reasonable cost and it didn't take all day. They have coffee, a TV, magazines, rest rooms and it's in a shopping center if you want to grab a bite to eat or whatever. The shop is very clean, well-organized and well-kept. If you need tires, tire-related services and other vehicle services such as oil changes, Matt and the staff at Just Tires on Harvest Oaks are excellent. They will treat you well, answer any questions you have and you get honest, courteous service for fair prices. Can't beat that! I will return to Just Tires at Harvest Oaks! read more

Found a screw in my tire sunday afternoon. Quick yelp search lead me to this location. Walked in, they were totally booked with appointments. Asst Mgr, Bobbie Joe (?) was awesome, said she would squeeze me in somehow. Went across the street to Zaxby's for lunch. 1.5 hours later, my tires were repaired and I was off to enjoy the rest of my afternoon. My experience was very positive, service was excellent, I will come back to this location for future business when needed. read more

This is the second time in less than a year that I've had a flat tire. They have continued to go above and beyond to locate the right tire for my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment with this service provider to repair a tire with a slow leak. I arrived before my scheduled appointment time. It took 20 minutes from the scheduled time before my vehicle was moved to the garage. It took another 25 minutes before service provider told me that they had found nail in tire, they could not patch tire, and they begin trying to sell me a new tire. The reason they gave me for not patching the tire was that the nail was in the outer-most tread of tire, and their "policy" is not to patch such tires. I went to the garage area and looked at the tire, and it was obvious to me that the tire could be patched. So I told the provider to prepare my vehicle to leave. I since have had the tire patched by another provider who provided me great service. Provider initially quoted me an estimate of $35. Since provider did not patch tire, I was not charged. read more
