I had a great experience here yesterday. Right after getting off the freeway, my tire pressure warning light came on and I could tell one of my tires was losing air. I needed to get it checked immediately. I just happen to see that this place was right around the corner from me so I decided to stop by. The staff was very quick, professional, and able to identify the issue with my tire right away. Their prices were very reasonable, and the service was fast, reliable, and efficient. I also really appreciated the family-oriented atmosphere and the way they treated their customers. I would definitely come back here again if I ever need tire service in the future. read more

If you need good quick service, pull up at Keke's on the intersection of Atlantic and New Hope Church. Pull into one of the probably 20 spots they have right in front. One of the service providers will come to you and ask what you need. They'll take you back to select which tires you want, they have a range of prices, used, new, etc. they will get your car on a couple of jacks and within 15-20 minutes you're done. They do balance the tires but they don't do alignments, just FYI. read more

DO NOT BUY from Keke's!I used to be a loyal consistent customer; had bought several sets of used tires over the years but a recent experience completely turned me off. Bought a complete set 2 months ago but recently developed a slow leak in one tire. Not living very close to a Keke's store I went to a local , established honest tire store to get it fixed. When they took the tire off the wheel they found that a nail was in the tire AND HAD BEEN MARKED ON THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE! The tire had not been touched since Keke's installed it. When I called Keke's to tell them what had been found they kept telling me that I should have complained within 15 days of purchase. They were not even listening to my description of the issue. They were tone deaf about any issues they would have been responsible for. So my advice to everyone is "buyer beware". I'm never buying another tire from them. read more

Had to replace all 4 of my tires there. On the positive side, they have a lot of people working there, so I got my car in and out quickly (I would say 15min). On the other side, I don't think they balanced my tires, so steering wheel was shaky for a while on 65+ Mph until I got my tire balanced at another mechanic shop. So if you want in and out quick, this place is for you, and make sure you remind them and check if your tires are balanced (regardless new or used tires). I assumed most tire place will balance my tires, that is my mistake. I have attached the most recent photo of their pricing. read more

Needed an alignment and told me that they didn't want to do it and charge me 40 because it wasn't going to make a big difference in driving. read more

They fit me in at the last minute for a tire crisis. And FAST! Everyone was very communicative, especially if you speak Spanish. They complimented the tires I already had. I had my tires replaced less than six months ago and they said the shop that did them did a good job. I'm pointing this out because this shows that they're not trying to sell you their tires. They're trying to make it so you can drive again. The price was very unexpected. I was expecting to blow $250...but it was $20. Really great. Shop also seems to have a good office dynamic. Got a really good vibe here. I will say the only thing I did notice is when I started driving, it felt abnormal. I do see negative reviews regarding tire alignment. However, I do not feel like that was my case because I think it was just my vehicle getting used to being on the ground again. Highly recommend regardless of my last point. read more

Spent lots of money on new tires (and an alignment so I can get the warranty). The alignment was bad and the tires needed to be replaced in 10 month. Bad service. Bad experience. Never again!! read more

Keke's is the only place I trust for used tires. Their service is excellent and their prices for the quality you get are amazing. A lot of people go in there already upset about a bad situation. If you go in there expecting that a used tire will solve all your problems forever then you will never be happy and that's not on them. If you need a reliable way to kick the can down the road until you get your money right then KeKe's is the place to go. read more

Pulled up to Keke's they immediately asked me what I needed ( 4-tires) they put them on I was out of there within half an hour. I wanted to leave a tip but I didn't have any cash on me. Next time I go there I'll remember service is great value of the tires looked good I appreciate you guys. read more

Keke's is phenomenal! I needed a tire patched and didn't even have to get out of my car. Quick, easy, reasonably priced. Definitely will be going back for any other tire needs! read more

They stole the valve covers off of all four tires. We're rude from the beginning to the end of this process. I don't understand how a business that can treat its customers this way can stay in business. Never again! read more

The service requested is always fast. The quality of the tires i receive are always good. You will definitely get a good value here.

Bad service, never come again. I paid $100 for tire replacement and balancing, vibration appeared, the balancing was done poorly. I asked to check and fix the problem, but they refused. I do not recommend this workshop read more

Always there when you call and always on time. Great, quick service at an amazing price every time!!

Fast service. Great value for your money. Will definitely use again when needed !! Call them if you need tires

I'm just speechless. I'm African American and most of the time I get weird vibes from their nationality. However, these guys have beautiful souls. Down to the receptionist. I hope they stay and grow into the biggest company to care for the vehicles and gracefully under customers stress. Stay blessed to the individuals and their family. read more

I called to inquire about a price for a used tired and after giving them the specs was told $40, which is the same as my usual shop which was closed because it was Sunday. So I drove in to get one. When I arrived, the guy who came up to me said $70 to $75. I explained that i had just called 15 minutes prior and was told $40. He insisted that the cheapest for my size was $70. This made me very upset because I would not have driven there had I been told $70 on the phone. But since my normal shop was closed and I was already there i just said whatever, fine. I was handed a hand scribbled "ticket" which was a ripped off piece of paper with crude handwriting and was told to take it to the clerk and pay. I went to the clerk, explained the price difference to her and asked who answered the phones and she told me "all the guys outside" do so I had no way to determine who I had spoken to. I got my receipt and went back outside. A different guy then the one who gave me the "ticket" and took my rim now came over and jacked the car up and looened the lugnuts and left the spare lopsided on the axel. Another lady drove up and he started helping her. I waited and waited, fuming about the price. The lady who had driven up was helped and had left. The employees started pulling the jacks and airhoses and taking them inside. My tire had still no emerged from the shop. It had been over a half hour by now and they were closing. I asked several times about my tire and was told it was being worked on and would be out soon. Another 15 minutes passed and now many of the employees had left. I was still waiting. The few employees that were still there were just standing around talking and laughing. I finally had enough and went in amd asked for a refund. After a bit of back and forth, i was given the refund and told the clerk i needed my rim back. I went back out and waited another 20 minutes for the return of my rim! Needless to say, i will NOT be returning to Keke's again. I had been there once before when my daughter had a flat. We arrived at 4:39 and they told us sorry they could not help because they were closed and started taking all the jacks and hoses and such inside. The signs and the website all said they were open until 5, yet 21 minutes before 5 we were denied service. They obviously do not care about customers or customer service/satisfaction. They are price gougers and liars and terrible servicemen! I do NOT recommend them at all!!! read more

The speed at which my project was completed compares to that of pit crews at F1 races. I pulled into Keke's at 4:57pm, before I could even say my name, they had the jack under my car and already had the tire removed. I came in for a plug on one tire. I left keke's at 5:04pm. You might say that a simple plug doesn't take long, but they did this all while servicing 7-8 other vehicles. Don't underestimate Keke's. Impressive speed and fairly acceptable prices. (Especially considering how fast they completed it). Thank you Guido! read more

Keke's Tires - The guy that fixed my tire! - Tires Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

Very fast service, efficient and no wait. Great price for the tire. They have good hours. If you're in need check them out.

Generally a good selection of tires. Not the greatest but a pretty good price. I go here first when I need tires for something.

Just recently went to the old Wake Forest location for rotors pads and an alignment. Let me just say don't overlook this shop for any preconceived notion's you may have. These guys were quick no problems and charged me a pretty fair price for what I needed to get done. And when I picked up the vehicle I spotted a small detail pertaining to the alignment. And even though it wasn't some thing that they did wrong or should've fixed. When I found the problem and ask them if they could do anything about it the warranty they offered solved my problem at no charge. I definitely recommend these guys read more

If you need a tire replaced quickly, and cheaply and it doesn't have to be a new tire, or a new set of tires may cost more than you feel your car is worth, or you a looking to replace a tire to sell your car or your just looking for a cheap tire to get you through a period. I highly recommend Kekes. I have bought 3 tires there for different vehicles and different reasons but I have been happy with all my purchases. The employees there are freindly, fast, and efficient. There prices are very reasonable and there are no surprises charges, like, mounting, tire disposal extended warranty etc. Just a good cheap tire installed on your car quickly. read more

As always, service was fast, safe and professional. The staff is always awesome. I had a new tire plugged in minutes and ive had no issues. After coming here for years and numerous tire purchases and repair, i refuse to go anywhere else. Id rather make it inconvenient for myself to wait for their services than go anywhere else. read more

I recently had a set of tires installed on my car here. I regretted it almost immediately. This is one the most unprofessional places of businesses in the city of Raleigh. Upon arrival I was connected to the man who runs it. His receptionist and he himself declined to give me his name. That was the first red flag. He escorted me to their used tire section and we conversed in ENGLISH back and forth until we came to an agreement on the tires and the price for the set and install. His female partner asked me to pull up close to a bay (not in the bay) for the install. I am thinking that I would pulling into a bay but there was a car in front of mine. Before I knew it there were two men removing the front two tires from my car at the same time. They didn't ask me to get out of the car nor did they alert me that they were about to get started. This itself is dangerous and unprofessional on so many levels. Everything happened so fast. In this fast process, one of my rims were damaged (scratched). It is a very visible, down to the black part of the rim. When I approached the same guy who runs the place and had spoken to previously about the tire sale, he refused to be accountable for the damage and told me to call the police. So that's what I did. He sent his guys home earlier than usual so that only him and his female partner would be there when the officer arrived. When the officer arrived, the manager put on a cot as if he didn't speak English, so his female partner spoke for him and lied her big behind off to protect his rude and unprofessional actions. She told the officer that my rims were old me that the scratch was already there which was a huge lie. The dishonesty that they both displayed in front of the police was unreal and truly disgusting. The length that this person would go to avoid paying for the damage that was caused at the shop that he runs speaks volumes about how much he cares about customers and their property along with his reputation. So now I have to spend additional money for a rim repair, which is expensive, that caused by a employee at Keke's Tires on Wake Forest Road in Raleigh, N.C. The officer did share with me that it would be a small claims court matter and advised me to do that if I chose to do so. This was a horrible experience for me and I would say run for the hills because even the receipt doesn't display an invoice number. Nor does it display any of the customer's information This is a sign of something unreported going on because people who run legit businesses give you a legit invoice where all information is displayed. Also, this place's warranty on any services is 15 days. This is also a bad sign of business. If you're considering spending your money and time here along with being subjected to your property being damaged, RUN FOR THE HILLS! Go to Murray's Tire and Auto. The owner there runs a legit business across the board. That's where I should have patronized instead of Keke's, because they did me wrong and didn't want to be accountable. read more

I was in a jam with one of my vehicles, and felt as though I needed a quick tire balance and rotation. I was getting gas and saw this used tire shop and it wasn't busy so figured I would give em a shot. After all balancing and rotating tires is pretty easy with even a decent machine. As it turned out I needed tires and an alignment. I had inner belts showing and it was pretty sketchy looking to drive on.They actually had a set there that looked nearly brand new. My work vehicle has much smaller tires than my others so the set was only $150($161.00 with tax etc) then I went to their other location about 2 miles away that had alignments for $50.00 and I could get in right away. More than I expected to spend today but way less than one of the big retail places and my money stays local. I had never really put much thought in buying used tires, but after all the tires aren't new when I buy a used car so why not. Incidentally while waiting to get the tires installed I check a few local shops for new sets 348.00 plus fees and couldn't do them till the next day. read more

This review is not about service or quality of their product. Unfortunately, they are overpriced compared to Murray's Tire and Auto Service. Don't get me wrong, $50 and up is fair for a quality used tire, but when you can save $30 - $40 just going down the road a bit, it isn't quite worth it. I mentioned the Murray's price in hopes they would come down a bit, and they wouldn't budge a nickel. They mentioned it was a fair price. I told them I did not disagree, but if I could save $40 driving down the road, why wouldn't I. If you are looking for a used tire, I would recommend a price comparison with a another couple of shops. And Keke's, if you are reading this, (as you know) if someone is in the used tire market, they are looking to save money. If the product is the same, the service is the same, and the convenience is the same - the factor that will make a difference is price. You lost a sale of some mismatched tires (2 and 2) over $30. I know the margins in the used tire game aren't great and volume helps with that. But, if your potential sales start going competitors, it isn't going to get any better. read more

I went to purchase a tire from Atlantic Avenue they made me leave and go to Wake Forest location due to a mistake they made. When I arrived at wake forest they weren't able to fix the issue and caused me to have to wait over three hours. I asked to be compensated in some type of way. I would never recommend this place to anyone after the experience I encountered to change ONE tire. The worst experience I ever received from KeKe's Tires. They stripped my lug nuts and studs and refused to replace and repair them.
