They also keep me well informed regarding any changes to our schedule. They really provide a personal touch well above anything I've received from any past cleaners, and it makes a big difference! Penny and her girls clean both our house and our rental. She is professional and thorough with a personal touch. Both properties are new construction. She did a lot of extra cleaning like scrubbing paint out of the bathtub and cleaning the fans that I didn't expect to be included. On subsequent visits she did extras like fold the clothes I'd forgotten to remove from the dryer & wash pans I'd left in the sink. Penny does other services too like pick up dry-cleaning, etc which is great for visitors that stay in our rental. I was also pleasantly surprised with her reasonable pricing. Penny and her team are not very reliable. They missed numerous cleaning appointments with us for various reasons, and were always very hard to reschedule. She requires clients to be gone from their own homes when they are cleaning, which makes it difficult to work around her schedule. They are not very flexible. They cleaning job was adequate but not great or exceptional. They broke 2 different vacuum cleaners of ours over time while cleaning. Often times we would have to communicate to Penny things that were not up to par or done incorrectly. Then, at the end of it all, she actually refused to clean our sheets/towels during one service and then emailed us the next day jacking up our rate altogether!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are too many maid companies out there to deal with her hassle, average cleaning, poor service, and unreliableness. read more

Did not meet expectations of initial full cleaning. * Was 2 hrs late from scheduled time. * Rush cleaning, not thorough at all. * Bathroom grout left dirty. * Did not fully mop kitchen. * Floors left sticky. * Dusted not wiped therefore dust was moved around. * Appliances left dirty. * No walk through at end of cleaning done. * Owner rushed out and left 2 others finish the cleaning. * House left with nasty scent (bad for daughter's allergies). * Used my breakfast chairs as stepping stools to reach high areas. * Almost left toilets uncleaned as they did not bring toilet bowl cleaning tools. Owner said, "We will clean them next time". Good thing I found refills for mine. * Used my vacuum. Rushed the vacuuming, I had to do it again once they left as there were still noticeable crumbs/trash on carpet. Would definitely not recommend. read more

Not only was this the most comprehensive cleaning my house has ever seen, my guests at my party the next day commented on my vacuumed couch and spotless home! This company, despite its high recommendations and accolades, is unprofessional, discourteous and inefficient. Not only did she not show for the appointment, she did not call to cancel. The failure of them to show up for cleaning as scheduled placed my family in an unfortunate predicament, inconvenienced a third party and cost her a continuing contract for service. Details are as follows: I contacted Penny on Monday, July 21, 2014 regarding her services. I reside in Florida and my brother resides in Austin. My brother was in the hospital and his home needed to be cleaned prior to his discharge. Since I am out of state I would not be able to leave a check but we agreed that I would make payment either by credit card or paypal. I created a paypal account for this purpose. We scheduled Friday, July 25th for cleaning. The services would either be at an hourly rate of $75.00 an hour, with two people or, if I could arrange for access prior to Friday, she would go to the home and provide me with an accurate price quote. She asked that I fill out the request for service on the website and provide her the address and the details. I did as requested. I called her on Tuesday and left her a message advising that I was successful in making arrangements for access on Wednesday anytime after 8:00 a.m. She never returned my call so I assumed she would either go to review the home or charge hourly. I called on Thursday morning, afternoon and evening and left three messages to confirm the appointment for Friday. I also advised her that my brother had been discharged from the hospital and that it was imperative that the cleaning take place as scheduled and, that payment would be made immediately upon completion. Again, no return call so I assumed all was well. I called again on Friday morning and left yet another message to attempt to determine exactly what time they would arrive. No return call. Penny has NEVER returned any of my calls, nor had she forwarded any emails declining and/or canceling the appointment scheduled for Friday, July 25th. She was very kind and understanding during my initial contact with her on Monday and never would I have believed she would fail to show and cause an issue for my family knowing full well why her services were needed. read more

I was so impressed with Penny when I met her, and was looking forward to using her services. I set up a date (or dates if that didn't work) for her to start cleaning every two weeks. That date was today! There was no Penny! I called twice yesterday to verify the date and she never called me back. I called this morning and she still did not call me back! I have been traveling for three weeks, so I never checked back with her, but she never contacted me either. We needed services on our move out and Penny responded quickly with a quote. When her employess could not take our home, she came and cleaned our home by herself the next day.
