As soon as I explained the problem, the office staff immediately understood what was wrong and scheduled a technician to come out and inspect the door to determine exactly what parts were needed. The following day, their technician Greg arrived right at 9 AM. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took his time carefully inspecting the door. Once he identified the issue, he clearly explained everything to me and let me know which parts needed to be ordered. I also wanted to upgrade my lock to a keyless system, and Greg recommended the perfect lock that would be compatible with my door. After Greg left, the office promptly called me to review the repair costs. Four days later, Greg and his partner Uriel arrived exactly on time and immediately got to work. They replaced all the damaged parts, installed the new keyless lock, and made sure to explain how everything worked before leaving. The entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest service. I highly recommend Red Security Group to anyone needing help with doors, locks, or security systems.

Then refused to rectify this fraudulent practice by correctly refunding the amount. Secondly, the installation was not properly completed and requires additional work to make correct. Price gouging and dishonest business practices make this a very strong DO NOT RECOMMEND under any circumstances. Some of those cameras had reached the end of their useful lifespans and needed to be replaced. One had a damage power cable which Chris was easily able to remedy. As usual, they arrived absolutely on time, as promised. The quote I got back in June didn't change as the result of having to special order cameras for my particular installation. Chris remains truly the best in the business and is now keeping his son employed in the Summer learning quite a bit about the business as he goes. You really can't go wrong here. The project took way longer than it was supposed to, but I would've been okay with that had he honored his warranty and stood by his work. He offered his own warranty in addition to what consumers are legally entitled to by the CSLB. When my cameras went offline, he had me spend hours and hours with the manufacturer tech support before he was willing to even consider looking at them. It took months to get him to come back to my house to get the cameras back online. Before he came over, he argued with me on the phone wanting me to agree in advance to pay more money, even though they went offline within one year and are covered under both warranties. He tried to negate what the warranties covered and even the wording in his own contract. He finally came to get the cameras online but wanted me to agree to cap his visit at one hour and pay for any hours above that, regardless of the reason the cameras went offline. I said if they're not back online after the first hour we can talk about it, but let's at least see what he could do in that hour. When he came over, he spent ten minutes and got most of the cameras back online, but was very resistant to answering questions or explaining what he was doing or how to prevent them going offline in the future. He rushed out the door very quickly and wasn't willing to spend the full hour. I ran out to his car to tell him two cameras were still offline and the NVR was still offline but he left anyway. He said he would come back to fix the rest soon. It's been two months and he's been ghosting me. He won't respond to my calls or texts. I really liked Yitz initially, but he's broken my trust and I've given him way too many opportunities to fix the situation. I've had too much patience. Very disappointing.
