What a disappointing trip. Have always loved Pei Wei but have watched this particular location steadily go down hill. Tonight I ordered their new cauliflower fried rice with my teriyaki chicken. I paid $2.49 extra for it so that my low-carb diet wouldn't be thwarted. Instead of asking what size drink I wanted, the manager who was taking orders (and eventually ended up in the kitchen cooking) assumed I wanted a large. There were no napkins at the self-serve island and then when we sat down the table was sticky. But as I looked around, every surface in the place looked sticky. When we got our food, the fried cauliflower was completely covered but as I began to eat, I quickly realized they had given me regular fried rice instead of cauliflower fried rice despite the fact that the guy that took our order was now back there cooking. When I pointed out the error they offered to bring out an order of fried cauliflower. When it arrived, it was about 1/3 as much as the fried rice I was originally given. I decided to grin and bear it, but as I looked around and realized the can lights that used to have soft golden lights now have harsh fluorescent lights in them and their paid to-go orders are now left sitting by the door waiting for ANYONE to come get them, I decided to yelp this visit. So, after a 12 hour stay at the hospital with my husband, I came home starving. I had had nothing rto eat. I was craving certain things on a Chinese menu, and I used DoorDash, and I ordered from PeiWei. That was a horrible mistake. Everything, I mean every thing was burned. There was nothing that wasn't either dark brown all over or black on the bottom and brown everywhere else. If it were some extremely difficult dish, I, might have said well, we can't always be perfect. But it was the crab/shrimp rangoon that would have tasted horrible even to my cat if they hadn't been burned, and then the orange chicken and again, it was burned. I'm sitting here waiting for my husband to get out of an MRI, and I think I'm going to go ahead and call them and let them know how disappointed I was. That was money just wasted. If you eat inside the restaurant, you can complain. My suggestion would be don't take it out unless you check it and quite frankly, if you have it delivered, check it before the person leaves. Probably the worst tasting lo mein I have ever tried. Everything was extremely rubbery and I probably will never go back there since they can't even get one of the most simple chinese dishes to even taste slightly good. I rarely eat inside Pei Wei since they have awesome To Go service. The trip to order and pick up some Asian Fusion starts in the parking lot. They have several parking spots right up front for To Go customers only. Very VIP. There is always 1-2 people manning to the To Go station so you never have to wait long to place/pick up and order and if you're order isn't ready yet or you've just placed one guess what? They'll give you a free To Go drink to enjoy while you wait. I always remember not to buy a drink since I'll get one for free anyway. Plus they never forgot the soy and/or accompanying sauces and fortune cookies and always ask if you want silverware or chopsticks. Nice! read more

So first off the young dude at the register not only somehow managed to smash my finger but was also a major dick! After ordering we sat down, about 10 mins later our food comes out. They gave me the wrong plate lol really? So then the girl comes out like haha I just gave you the wrong plate. So then she takes it and hands it back to the cooks, I'm hoping they threw it away. But anyways, I payed for extra shrimp and extra shrimp was only two pieces of shrimp added. So will I be coming back, 28$ for two plates of food that weren't even worth it. read more

I love to place my order online and being able to pick it up quickly. Even when i dine it, it is great. Okay, first off, everyone must be made aware with some kind of sign on their door that the doors are not, in fact, locked but simply very high in tension to keep them closed. Every time we've gone here, without fail, I end up observing couples trying to open the door and thinking, because it won't open easily, that it's locked. Alright, onto the actual joint. It fits easily into their chain restaurant mold and they succeed in keeping the flavors consistent from one joint to the next. The environment certainly can be loud, but the times we've gone it's been their 'off' hours so it's either just been us and another couple or us and at most 5 others. With such a low customer volume, the noise level is entirely manageable. The staff has been nice every time. Wait times were minimal. Though one thing that bugs me is they bring dishes separate from each other instead of together. So, for example, they brought my partner's first one time and then mine a few minutes later. We haven't experienced this at others we've visited. Though the flavors for the dishes are consistent, they seem to have an inconsistency in cooking. The beef one time was a bit over cooked (while another one I used to frequent always had it dead on) and the Lo Mein was a bit over sauced/watery another time. On the whole, it's just below par with other Pei Wei's we've gone to but still a pleasant experience and a break from the norm. The bottom line? I'd still recommend it to people and we will be going back. Why? All the inconsistencies and issues are easily correctable. read more

Alittle pricey but excellent food. Definitely worth it love how the food is cooked right when ordered. They do to go parking is fare but limited. Food is always great an freshly cooked,staff is friendly very clean an orderly restaurant. Bathrooms are clean an always stocked with toiletries I highly recommend this place to everyone. read more

This place is so DELICIOUS!!! So much good food to choose from!! I love their Chicken Wraps and Spicy Pei Wei! The Mongolian Beef is amazing and the spring rolls are to die for!! 3.5 stars. Affordable, fast Asian food. Pretty good with variety of different options. Came here yesterday for a quick lunch and got the teriyaki tofu. Was better then I expected. Tofu was crispy with lots of vegetable and brown rice. Have a cool soda machine where you can choose from several sodas with a variety of different flavors. Definitely not the most authentic of places, however does the job when you have a hankering for some Asian food. read more

Get ready to wait in a long lunch line if you have a short to-go order! So stupid...same as if the fast food restaurants started closing their drive through lines. There are two empty registers and several unhappy to-go orders as I wait for mine. I learned that you can place your order online...good luck if driving. read more

Very disappointed. Stopped in for dinner on Valentines evening and was surprised at how the quality of the restaurant and food had gone down hill. First of all everything was sticky. The table so much so that you didn't want to put your arms on it. Main reason I gave it one star. The second reason was that a Chinese restaurant should know how to fry egg rolls. My pork egg rolls had grease pouring out of them so much so it covered the plate. I was squeezing the grease out. Bathrooms were another issue. Ladies bathroom was wet. Wet floor, wet counters. My son told me the men's room was sticky as well. I would say it's because it was a busy valentines night... not at all. Place was not even half full. Probably will never go back. read more

We showed up exhausted right at closing, and tried to leave, but they insisted we come in and get some food. They fed us all, for free, and completely took care of us! The food at Pei Wei is so good! They don' cook with MSG, which is a plus and you don't feel bloated after you eat. The portions, food and prices are great. They are always coming up with new dishes and send you emails as to how they come up with these new recipes. Make sure to sign up for their emails. I will say I believe most restaurants find it somewhat difficult to fill multi_take out orders with an individual bill to each.. When you find one that does not find this task so complicated, PLEASE let me know! lol.. I at least stole the clerk off the unit for assistance though.. Back to the place though, I have to say I was disappointed... or maybe it was just my dish... I ordered the asian coconut curry, it was really bland and lacked flavor in general. The vegetables all looked fresh not overcooked, the meat was a little dry and not enough sauce. I had the brown rice, cool idea of choice, it was ok. Most everyone ordered the Pad Thai with different meats and stated they were satisfied with their choices but then again they were starving as we didnt get to eat til after 2:30p, they forgot my crab wontons, my eggrolls that I paid for and put another persons lunch on my bill and they just said oops! which sucked cz we didnt have change and we did 50% of the orders on cards.. I will say the cool thing is they have a designated area/ door for take out orders. The restaurant was pretty from the view we got and looked very clean. Customer service could be a little better, I think I might give this place another try but on a sit in and dine trial and of course trying something else. My friend and I were curious to try the Chinese-American restaurants here. We didn't like the food we ordered, it was too salty and the sauce is over empowering so we weren't able to really taste the beef and chicken in our meal. The price is affordable though, but we won't be coming here again 'cause it didn't fit our taste. read more

Delicious food. Pei Wei has something for everybody. Their signature dishes are big enough for two meals. It's a great place to order to-go.

I love eating here, I rarely get less than the deliciousness I expect. My favorite dish is the ginger broccoli with either sea food or tofu. They give copious amounts of rice and the broccoli is often cooked to perfection. I also love their spring rolls and edamame appetizers. read more
