The equipment was clean upon pick up and the outside staff assisted me in loading into my SUV. All the staff was friendly & very helpful and knowledgeable. So I asked him if he takes care of everything, and he replied YES, the work is going to be perfect. So when the time for the installation came, he arrived one hour late, made a mess in the door because the frame was over 1 inch smaller and he didn't finished the cosmetic imperfections. He went ahead to tell me, "when I come back to install you the other 2 windows I will fix that for FREE". Really? Free? What are the $600 I'm paying you for? So at the end I asked my neighbor how much he paid for his installation with the same guy and it was less than I was charged. After this ugly chapter I found a different guy to install the remaining windows and fix the mess done by Oscar. I gave Economy Windows another chance and placed an order for 3 more windows, Juan Carlos, the owner is so disorganized that he couldn't get the right measurements neither send me an invoice with the right products and amount to be pay.
