I went into the BOCA RATON showroom. I described the vanity I wanted with my budget. The sales person gave me a 72 inch vanity that was almost $11,000. When I went home and looked back on what I liked on their website I saw a vanity that was under $3000. When I called them to ask about it, they told me it was crappy material and no one buys it. The next day when I called someone told me everyone is ordering these vanities. We sell a lot of of them. When I called the third time, no one knew what to say about not getting back to me. This place is overpriced and they think everyone is elite. Stay away !!! read more

This Company is a Joke. Paid $12,000 upfront on April 8th to buy all our plumbing fixtures in one place. Everything was in stock yet our order still only partially delivered. Tried to call, email no response. Once we paid we were offloaded to "order management department" who know nothing. Keep calling customer service - all useless and dont know anything. Only our Sales Lady knows what she did and where out stuff is, but she is never available. Dealt with Miday G. Never again. He helped us select and purchase all of our bathroom and kitchen fixtures, both while we were at the showroom and even while abroad, making great suggestions and helping identify exactly the things we wanted and needed. I'm an Interior Designer from Miami and have worked with Ferguson for several years. They have a program which they promise a small commission based on successful referrals. After giving them 2 years worth of work, totaling over 300 thousand dollars in referrals for their appliance business. They decided to act like they had no such commitment with their partners. I have taken this complaint to the Better Business Bureau and have done my best to warn any designers I work with to be warry of their business practices. As a designer, I would be very careful doing business with them and as a client, I would have a very clear contract of what is to be done and what is expected of each party. I dealt with a manager called Lamont Gaines, that was in charge of delaying the eventual denial that would come from Alex Hernandez (which I believe is the store executive/owner). A sad example of Miami business unprofessionalism at its best. I also have taken measure to complain against their corporate superiors and ill adjust my review based on their response. We visited this location on MLK Monday and received horrible service. We first walked in and were excited to see the great variety. We approached an associate, whom we later learned was named Belinda. I mentioned to her exactly what I was looking for and asked whether she could show us a few options. She refused and instead told us to go look ourselves. We then walked through the entire first floor trying to find all the parts for a complex shower project, and of course, could not figure it out, so we went looking for someone to help. We found her and another associate chatting, and asked the same associate, Belinda, again for help. She again refused, saying she had an appointment with a client (who had not arrived!), but she still wouldn't help. She reluctantly agreed to take down our information and said she would send us options via email. I said that would be very helpful, and she said, "well, not today", "probably tomorrow". It was so embarrassing like we were begging for help to spend thousands of dollars at this place. It's been a week now, and needless to say, we never received an email from her. We are doing a full renovation of a 3000 sq ft home in The Roads, and wanted to buy faucets for all 4 bathrooms being renovated, and potentially items for kitchen as well, including appliances from this place. In the end, I'm sort of glad we found out from the beginning how awful their service is, instead of finding out once we had an issue with an actual purchase. read more

We purchased a sink and a faucet that we told the lady we needed for a specific date. She said it's ok it's in stock. And then for 2 and a half months we got jerk around on the delivery date we gutted our kitchen and couldn't used it for 3 months because we had planned accordingly to the delivery date provided by the lady in the store. She promised it would come in from 5 to 7 days. After 10 calls trying to get an answer from her she would email us few days after and never getting answers on the delivery. If you are doing any bathroom projects, you NEED to come here! It is so helpful to see fixtures in real life and to compare finishes and Ferguson is the place to do it. I was so impressed with how well everything is laid out. I was looking for shower fixtures and I was able to compare Kohler, Delta and Moen fixtures all in the same place. Of course they also carry the luxury lines if you want to see those too. I was offered assistance many times, so I felt the associates were wanting to help. I was mainly in the "gathering information" phase, so I didn't end up getting any extensive information. This is a two story building with light fixtures and lots more on the second level. You probably will have to pay for metered parking, so be prepared for that. Also, I took off 1 star because when I compared their prices with what I found online, I found the prices were significantly higher. read more

I spent 100k if not more at Ferguson. Tiffany was my rep. I've been on email chains w manager Jeff and Lenan. My 20k range is broken within weeks after delivery which was also months upon months delayed. And by broken i mean actually doesn't work. I've now waited weeks for repair. It's beyond aggravating. For me to have to resort to writing a review that likely no one will read in hopes of getting better service is beneath me and yet my dream kitchen is in shambles due to the neglect of this company. This company is horrible! I purchased a Whirlpool washer/dryer and they delivered a defected dryer that thumped with every turn and did not heat. I declined the installation, and of course, expected that my refund of $3,340 would be promptly forthcoming. After begging the salesperson, the manager at the BOCA store for 2 weeks, the refund has still not been made. They are still claiming another department has to "approve" it. I am so surprised at their customer services, I had used Ferguson before and NEVER seen anything like this. They have my money AND the Whirlpool machines! read more

My husband and I made an appointment specific to what we where interested in purchasing. We got there and did not have to wait long for our customer representative (will not mention a name) as we met her upstairs by that particular appliance. Unfortunately, she stated she was not proficient with our request and could not provide feedback to Wouk questions. She even went as far as stating that we should of made an appointment with someone else. So to double check I log back into my reservation and noticed the appointment was done correctly for a small appliance rep. We had to wait for someone else (front desk person) to go up and assist us. Honestly, the second rep was better and able to answer most of our questions. Still, we are deeply disappointed to have had this type of experience with this luxury company. We purchased all of our plumbing fixtures from the Fergusson facility in Coral Gables for a complete renovation of a condominium in Miami Beach. In total, we purchased about $35,000 of plumbing fixtures. Overall, we had a very poor experience with Fergusson. 1. Many of the products recommended by the salesperson ended up inadequate or not the best product for the purposes we described. We found our salesperson to be poorly trained and inexperienced. 2. We received a number of defective products. These are not necessarily Fergusson's fault, but when we asked for returns and replacements, we received virtually no support or help. We only received some attention after we threatened Fergusson and reached out to the general manager. 3. After months of complaints and pleading, we still have not received the replacement of all of the faulty parts. Our contractor is very frustrated with Fergusson and has stated that he will not let any of his clients purchase fixtures from them in the future. 4. We don't receive any product support or assistance from Fergusson. Once they receive or money, they feel that they are finished. If I was ever going to purchase plumbing fixtures for another renovation, I would go to a smaller locally owned plumbing fixture supplier who would give better customer support. read more

Looking for the best price and nicest vanity my dough could get me, I (admittedly) turned my search from the local little guy to big online-only retailers (with free shipping and promos galore). It wasn't until 2 foiled attempts to buy a vanity, sink and faucet online that my search for this slick looking Kohler piece led me to Ferguson. Located across the street from Merrick Park, and looking glam as ever, I feared the worst in prices. After all, this showroom seemed to cater to the Coral Gables well-heeled sect. You can imagine my surprise when I found the Kohler vanity I'd been trying to buy online for over $100 under the best deal I'd seen. On the spot, I put in the order for the vanity and sink and added a faucet for good measure. A few days later, it was ready for pick up at the Ferguson Flager location. Horrible customer service. I've order a Refrigerator 5 months ago it was supposed to arrive in May but it did not arrive until 7/19 they called me to set delivery and for me to pay the remaining amount, after I paid they call me back to said that the fridge has been lost and that there was not going to be a delivery. When I requested a refund they said the item was found and they schedule delivery again. The night before the delivery they call again to tell me that it was lost again, the store manager does not answer you can call 20 times and you might get one answer which is usually a lye. So far they have my money for almost 6 months that is $12,761.00 and I still can't get a refrigerator delivered from them. read more

Wow, what a disappointment. Went in to get some suggestions/ideas for a small 5X7 ft bathroom expecting to put together a comprehensive list of matching mid- or high-level items and placing an order in advance of starting remodeling. Their rep was not wearing a mask - contrary to website stated policy - and took an instant dislike to us probably because this was not a big enough order for him to deal with. I brought an initial plan with me which caused him to start picking at the cheap stuff I had on the list (only as examples), telling me that some of my desired concepts to have things matching was not possible as, for example, Grab Bars are ADA specified items and no towel rails exist that closely match them for consistency, that my desire to have a toilet with good bowl aesthetics was crazy that people only care about how they flush, and he would repeatedly go on about the damn grab bars. Never got to major items like shower pans (they have none they could show me), shower door concepts (same), faucet sets, tiling suggestions (doubt they had those anyway). All this standing up in the middle of the showroom - maybe I expected too much to be seated at a table with catalog examples on a big screen, not a little hand-held tablet. This rep had no people skills, no artistic skills, just worked by rote. A complete waste of my time. Don't go there if you are looking for ideas for a good looking bathroom. stay away from this place. i agree it is a beautiful showroom but i have had 2 horrible experiences with them. first experience, over 1 yr ago, i ordered overhead lights, 10 of them from this place. it was in january, 2019th. it took close to 6 months before they came in. second experience, ok,i then got sucked into going back because i do like their selection. fool me once, twice... yes, i admit not at 3 times, but feeling like a sucker. ok bought this beautiful sink that i paid over 800 bucks for (way over what i should have paid for). ok, it took 4 weeks to get there but it was the wrong color. i ordered white beige! clearly written on the order. now the contractor is concerned. there sample sink, was white in the store, not beige, so i took that one. the contractor installed the white sink less than a week later . the sink was cracked!! ferguson told me i should have read the bill better because they only give you 2 days to inspect it and return it!!!!! the contractor said he would buy another one, because he felt he should have inspected it better. will never do business there again and advice you to do the same. my advice is, go there and get some ideas but do not purchase anything from them due to their lousy customer service and their snotty attitude. read more

We went in there for the first time looking for a certain product. The receptionist told us she would send someone to come assist us. We waited about 20 minutes until a woman named Belinda approached us. She was not friendly and didn't seem interested in helping us find what we were looking for. She was almost reluctant to help us. So we asked her to write down all the items we wanted with prices and to send us an invoice. She said "I probably won't send it to you today but I will tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and she still hadn't sent it. We waited until after the weekend and still nothing. We called and asked her where the invoice was. She said she forgot to send it. She also wrote down the wrong items and asked us which ones we wanted again. I'm just assuming she didn't take us serious and was just scribbling letters on her notepad. So the next day we go to pay for the items we requested and instead of taking our payment, she said that she had another customer she was helping who was spending more money than us! And so she had someone else take our payment. So ridiculous and insulting. The items at Ferguson are pretty pricey and we bought a couple of things. Terrible customer service from Belinda. She said the items would be delivered within a week. A week passed and we still hadn't received anything or a follow up call, nothing. So again, we call and ask for the status. She tells us that the items were supposed to be delivered but was never sent from the warehouse and that we should expect it within 2 days. When we finally received our order (one of the products we ordered was two identical mirrors) we received two different mirrors. Two. Different. Mirrors. On top of the terrible service from Belinda, delayed order, incorrect items. This is just unacceptable. Terrible service all around. Now we have to go back and deal with more headache from Ferguson.
