Waited 20 minutes before finally being acknowledged at the store. Made a very large order. A few weeks later went back to make a couple of exchanges which employee assured me there would be no problem doing if necessary. Manager on the day of exchange was very rude and had the audacity to accuse me of having used the equipment when in fact the box had never even been opened. He was also very condescending, arrogant, and disrespectful. He only spoke Spanish so expect to have communication issues if you only speak English. I left and took my business down the street to Eurohardware. I had a pleasant experience and it turns out they have a much better selection. read more

I purchased over $346.00 in kitchen cabinet handles over a one week period. When I got home one of the handles priced at 67.00 was bent I called the showroom immediately and sent photos to Vanessa. She said she would call first thing in the morning all day no one would call me and they let the phone ring off the hook, I assume they saw me number come in. When they finally answered they said call Gabby at warehouse no one answered phone rang off the hook, finally got thru she wasn't there excuse and lies. I went that day to warehouse to exchange they refused to exchange it. As if I damaged it! The worst customer service ever. When I picked up the item the warehouse staff should have opened the package and/or informed me absolutely no exchange! I needed the item to complete my kitchen so I was forced to purchase another handle oh, they gave me 20% off a new handle another $50 spent there. $400 in handles and this how I was treated. The guy in warehouse actually tried to keep the damaged handle. Please people be careful when dealing with Jinox aka Euro hardware. No respect or integrity for customers. Oh yes Vanessa said it was because of politics she couldn't make the exchange I asked what does politics have to do with this she was a bit weak and clueless. Go to Jako and/or Imeca! WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Please read this review. The owner/boss - Jose Manuel is an absolute A-Hole! I have a written qoute that he wont honor saying the price is too cheap and that the employee who quoted me was fired for making mistakes. (MIND YOU I SPOKE TO THE EMPLOYEE THE DAY BEFORE AND HE DOES WORK THERE) DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TAKE YOUR $$ HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE CRAP. If you are looking for excellent quality bathroom and kitchen accessories, this is the place to go. In talking with the owner of the company, I learned that their products are manufactured in Spain. I am remodeling my bathrooms and purchased my bathroom faucets, freestanding tub filler, shower head and valves. I can't say how well they work yet since this review is prior to the accessories being installed, but I have to say that I expect top notch performance. In addition to bathroom accessories, they also sell very nice bathroom vanities. The only downside is that they don't have a very large selection, but what they do have is very nice. Modern, sleek and good quality. Also, they offer a selection of toilets and freestanding tubs. Only one word of caution, when making your purchase, I recommend that you be mindful of the company's return policy, which says they offer store credit for returns within 15 days and may charge a restocking fee. It is not unusual for a business, but should be a point to consider. As for the staff, the service they provided was wonderful. They were very attentive and made my selections easy. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Mr. Jose Manuel, at length who provided a lot of valuable information about the company's history, its products and warranties. Extremely satisfied with the quality of this store. I could have not been happier, when I walked out of there I felt like a big weight just came off my shoulders because I found exactly what I had in mind , after going to 8 different stores . The first time my boyfriend and I went , we met Osvaldo and he gave us amazing costumer service , and such a good/detailed explanation of all of our options, but we walked out buying nothing , because we still wanted to look at other stores. After a month of shopping around and trying to find " better " , we realized we weren't as satisfied, I felt like I had to buy what others stores wanted me to buy , not what I actually wanted, I felt extremely restricted with my options and I decided to go back to Jinox . Yesterday I walked out , with the full combo for my bathroom, exactly how I had pictured it in my head. I got to see Osvaldo again, he welcomed me with the biggest smile as always and he introduced me to Jose . They are both such spectacular/ happy people and they make you feel like if you were family. During my master bathroom renovation, I have walked all over Miami looking for the perfect shower/faucet until I walked in this place. Within minutes, the owner Jose and store manager Oswaldo found the combination I was looking for and I am now a permanent customer for all my renovation needs. This is the worst customer service I have received, anywhere, ever. I entered this store after having visited several others, searching for a toilet and linear shower drain. I knew the exact styles I wanted and was ready to make an immediate purchase, as my bathroom has already been demolished, and will be completely remodeled this week. I ask the store rep for the price of two toilets that I liked, and also asked what the brand names were, as there were no prices listed (HUGE red flag), and I didn't see any brand names on the toilet surfaces. The man answered my queries, with very reasonable prices and with the assurance that the brand was Roca for both toilets. When I asked "where can I see the brand names on the toilet?" (since every single toilet at every other store had the brand names stamped on), his reply was "oh, well, you won't see the brand on the actual toilet because Roca makes these exclusively for us, but you'll see the brand on the box when you pick the item up".. I was skeptical, but given the fact that I was in a time-crunch, and the prices were sooo good for Roca, I was game. ....I also must mention that meanwhile I was having this interaction with the salesperson, my mother was checking out one of those fancy electronic toilet/bidet combos, and since she had no idea how they work, she was manually lifting/lowering the lids. Keep in mind, there were no signs anywhere stating that you should not touch the toilets, nor was there any information explaining how the toilets work... Upon noticing my mother manually lifting/lowering the toilet lids, the man that was (reluctantly) assisting me, rather than politely asking my mother to not touch the toilet, or God forbid, offering an explanation on how it operates, decided to instead bark at her to not touch the lid and said she was going to break it. I chose to overlook this man's blatant hostility and utter lack of professionalism and moved forward with my purchase--simply because it was 4:45 on a Saturday, so every other store in the area was either already closed, or closing in 15 mins, and I needed the toilet for Monday. As I was leaving the store, I decided to double check with the man and asked "okay, so when we pick up the toilet on Monday, it's going to say the brand on the box, right?" and he said "yes, you're going to see our brand on it" ...and so I said "no, not your brand. It's going to say Roca, right?" and it's at this point, AFTER I had made my purchase, as I was getting ready to walk out the door, and even then, after reiterating TWICE, that he told me "oh, no. that toilet isn't Roca, I was mistaken". I then ask "what do you mean? you said it was Roca, and that they make it exclusively for you which is why the brand isn't on the toilet body, and that I would see it on the box..how did you not mention this to me before having me pay for it?" he then confers with a colleague to verify the brand name, (which is actually KDK, if anyone was wondering) and said, obviously irritated, "here give me your card and I'll refund it" ...ummmm .. ???. Anyone can make a mistake, that's totally understandable. But dude. You OBVIOUSLY noticed this while you were ringing me up and decided to keep your mouth shut, and if I hadn't asked twice, I would have left the store believing I purchased a Roca toilet, and would have been none the wiser until pickup on Monday. I now see on other reviews that they apparently charge a 25% restocking fee, and even then, they don't give a refund, but rather a store credit. So this guy was literally trying to scam me. The worst part of it all was that, yeah, this dude was trying to piss on my back and say it was raining, but he wasn't even nice while he was doing it! He was rude as crap. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy. So if for any reason you do decide to patronize this shady AF establishment, do yourself a favor and fact check every word these sneaky effs tell you. read more

Jinox products and customer service was exceptional! The owner walked me through and helped me choose beautiful polished stainless steel door pulls and knobs for drawers. Great pricing and I got an extensive education on the products. So many great choices and the owner and his staff couldn't have been kinder! I came to this store (different location) many years ago and remembered how wonderful the experience was and was happy to see the incredible success of the store and the expansion and service continues to be great... This is my "GO TO" place for all hardware needs... now they have beautiful bath tubs and toilets too... Got great ideas for my future redecorating :) read more

Really nice new store, friendly staff... Large inventory, nice atmosphere, great parking, great location and price is good. Home Depot and Lowe's has cheaper items but Euro Hardware have better quality and upscale selections. At end remember that "you get what you pay for". Thanks Jinox :) read more

Been to four different bath concept stores and this one was by far the BEST!! Andrés and his team were spectacular, as their attention and service are A++. To top it off everything I needed was readily available for pick-up as they stock almost everything they have on display. I will definitely be buying everything from Jinox. read more

Before I left to go to the Euro Hardware & Bath store, I called them to make sure they had both handles that I needed, how much they cost and if they accepted American Express credit card. The sales representative that answered the phone said that they had both handles, and accepted AMEX. So I drove about 45 minutes to get to that store. After I have paid for the handles the sales representative asked me to sign a paper with AMEX logo on the right top and with a body text saying that I agreed to pay to Euro Hardware & Bath with AMEX, but anything else was writing there, neither the amount of my purchase or the items that I had purchased. I felt insecure to sign a paper almost blank, where I could not see any reasonable reason to be signed and I denied to sign. So the sales representative canceled my transaction and said he could not sell me the handles if I do not sign that paper. I left the store without the handles that I needed. Another point of this short story is the fact that they popped up at google search as the only store that sales the brand JINOX. As an architect, used to attend many different building and finishing stores, I never saw such a bad sales representative approach like this before! I called AMEX and they do not recognize any paper who could come after you sign the traditional electronic or paper receipt. read more
