If a medication is not immediately available, you are told to call every day to check if it is in stock - sometimes even multiple times per day - or to come in person. When you call, the phone system repeatedly says "Pharmacy - please hold." I have waited over 11 minutes on hold, only for the call to be disconnected. This has happened more than once.
