A big chunk of the pieces at Better Way are most definitely designer pieces, some of the smaller pieces selling for upwards of$400-$500 dollars each, some easily for more. I couldn't believe some of the high quality pieces they had that were priced waaaaaaaaaaay below what they would be sold for in store. Yeah they've got a couple little dents and marks, but you'll make some on your own eventually when you buy them. I got a very stylish brand new dresser with a couple marks which I think will come out with some elbow grease, and for a very, very good price. Also the thrift store supports a recovery center, and I love to support a good cause. If you want to support local business or are a bargain hunter like me, check this place out!

Here are my 2 complaints:…read more 1) I have bought close to $20,000 from this place. I bought more than I needed in tile, and when I went to return, they said there was a 25% restocking fee. When I originally asked the sales person what if I buy more than I need, she said no worries just return it but conveniently left out that there's a restocking fee! And they don't give you your refund immediately - they mail a check even if I paid with a credit card. 2) my tile guy also showed me that much of the tiles were not perfectly precise - some had different dimensions than others in ce timers, which created more labor for my tile guy. This place is not very ethical and the customer service is subpar. Oh, and watch out for the credit card fee that is applied if you use a credit card!

Although our new kitchen, bar and dining buffet were exceptional, there were a few issues. The company assessed our feedback and shipped new components to update our home without penalty. The provide design services (Gabby in Ft Lauderdale is not only a great designer, she's also good at putting guide rails on our ideas that she felt would not look right -- and she was dead right). They're a bit more expensive but these cabinets will last a lifetime and look beautiful in any home. The product and service are worth every penny.

I contacted the company many times about what happened and sent photos, and after Alvin came to see the doors in person, he said he'd send them to the manufacturer in Italy and replace the doors. Nevertheless, he never sent anyone to pick up the doors and never contacted me again regarding the doors. I called the owner of the company of Italkraft, Alex, with whom I also shared the photos and ongoing, irresponsive text conversations with his employer, and he then guaranteed that he'd replace the doors. That never happened and when I reached out about it Shortly he said that he couldnt find the deposited checks and therefore could not give me service. Even though the company's administrative organizational issues are completely not my problem, I sent him a photo of the check I did have a photo of. I also have clear bank statements that show deductions for the payment installments requested and made to Italkraft. The owner already acknowledged the issue and has been aware of me as a client since the beginning but now does not want to complete the service that was promised under the excuse that he cannot find the checks. Now I have broken and tarnished doors that were paid for fully, no customer service or anyone to speak with.

I came across several horror stories and read several posts about people having major issues with their kitchen renovation, so I decided to write this review about my positive experience. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I did a full kitchen remodel in 2.5 weeks. You read this right. Less than 3 weeks for a full kitchen remodel and with impeccable results. We are extremely picky and even on the details. We have nothing but great things to say. They have an entire team so we didn't have to go anywhere else. Luzia (the owner) also owns the carpentry shop where the cabinets are made and she keeps a really close eye on all the details. She offers different materials and it is definitely not pushy when it comes to your choices. When I was looking for someone I got as many recommendations I could and all her recommendations said "she promises, she delivers" and this was exactly what happened to us. She also went above and beyond on her customer service and was always available to help or answer questions. She was personally present in every step of the way. And since she owns the carpentry shop she also does bathroom cabinets, closets and some beautiful wood wall work. She has had her business here in the US for many years. I highly recommend her!
