Came here twice, first time to see what they had. Second time to ask questions. I was greeted by an older gentleman who sits at the front. I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. Reply to Jorge's comment (11-16-19): thank you Jorge for your follow up. At no time was there ever mention of the possibility of making an appointment. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers. read more

update on my defective ice maker that this store refuses to fix or replace...I have called more than 10 times, I have sent 15 plus emails and have waited on the phone with uline representatives for hours....I have received no help. I offered to bring the unit back to the store myself and trust me as an old retired person that would have been no easy feat....they refused to take it.. I was in desperate need of a freezer. My freezer was just stopped working during the pandemic. All the food I had previously frozen was about to spoil. There were no freezers to be found. Home Depot, Lowe's, and Brands Mart, Sears had none available. I called Your Kitchen and Bath and they had one freezer. They delivered that freezer in my house by the end of the day. We didn't actually end up getting the kitchen with George Sr. In the end we could not take on the total amount of work needed for the kitchen and bathroom remodel. We have 3 small children and trying to work around the demo (in a house we just closed on) was going to be difficult. A GORGEOUS kitchen plan! George designed my wife's dream kitchen and the quality was going to be second to none. George was a professional. We gave him a significant deposit, he was kind enough to give us our money back. 4 stars only because I can't speak of the work and final product because we didn't move forward and I can't express knowledge of something that I have not experienced. We bought all our bathroom fixtures from Maison. During our renovations we experienced problems with vendors and suppliers. NOT so with Maison. We bought everything from the finished plumbing, appliances and bathroom fixtures to all of our kitchen & bathroom cabinetry. We saved a bundle compared to other similar stores, but, specially, compared to a custom cabinet shop. The cabinets are made from real wood and have nothing to envy compared to their pricier custom cabinet options! They make their installations fit your needs, making their cabinets fit as if they had been made by a custom cabinet maker at 1/3 or 1/2 the price. We ordered a custom made kitchen island for our home. Jorge and his staff did an excellent job designing the island and helping us with drawers vs cabinets, wood stain color etc. He also recommended a granite fabricator to make our top, and they also did an excellent job. Avoid this place at all costs!! The showroom is nice I'll give him that. The owner, Jorge, will sell you everything under the sun and show up at your house to do all the measuring. You think this is going to be great! So, you put your deposit down ... and boom, from there on out you won't be able to get a hold of him and when you do you get the run around. Jorge promised us a substantial manufacturer's rebate on all our appliances that was already expired before we even put our deposit down so that was a flat out lie and then we called over and over about it he acted like we were bothering him. Needless to say we never got the rebate. He sold us all Electrolux appliances the cooktop was bad and the stove he couldn't get it after we paid for it. We had to search high and low and finally we found one in Orlando that we had to pay an additional $500 to have it sent to us because Jorge said it would be a year before he could get us a new one .... really 1 year? ( that's great customer service right.... wrong!) We bought 2 entire bathrooms from him which included vanities, sinks (all the plumbing), hardware... everything. With in a month the handles to the vanities fell off, the chip painted off the vanities and sinks were put in incorrectly. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend Your Kitchen and Bath to anyone! Buyer beware and ask for references first! read more

The prices are excellent, along with their customer service and skills. My wife is the pickiest woman I have ever met and she is in love with her new kitchen. Let's just say I've been eating a little better these days. Haha! Anyways they are definitely not the cheapest but they gave me a great price and it was well worth every red cent.
