Alberto. Great service, professional and fast service. Gave me a good advice on what heads phone to get.

I ordered a Speed Queen washer and dryer, including the power cable and vent kit, as well as a Samsung refrigerator with a water-line connector from BrandsMart on 8/8. On 8/20, I found a larger refrigerator at Lowe's and called BrandsMart to cancel the refrigerator portion of my order. I spoke with Joey Disomma, who stated that he was unable to cancel the order but told me that I could simply refuse delivery of the refrigerator and that BrandsMart would issue a refund once the refrigerator was returned to the warehouse. I was not comfortable with that process, so I made two additional attempts to cancel the refrigerator before the scheduled delivery. On both occasions, I was told that a manager would cancel the order, but that never happened. When the delivery date arrived, the refrigerator was delivered with the water-line connector, and I refused delivery of both. In addition, the delivery was missing the dryer power cord and vent kit that I had ordered. As a result, I had to go to Lowe's, purchase the missing dryer power cord and vent kit myself, and complete the dryer installation on my own. Long story short, I have now made four separate attempts to obtain a refund for the refrigerator, but BrandsMart has still not processed the refund. The refrigerator was refused at delivery as instructed by your representative, yet I have still not received my refund as of 9/16 read more

Went in to look through and compare a couple of TV options. DId some initial looking with some notes. Plenty of options as most displays should. We could see the prices are comparable n competitive to other retailers. Jonathan professionally approached us and introduced himself simply offering support for any questions we may have. We continued and after some more notes, we approached him and he facilitated information, answers, and experience. In the end, we decided on 2 TVs, personal upgrade interest. We also took advantage of an incoming need of a mattress and asked Jonathan to assist. We narrowed down and selected a purchase. Unfortunately, the item was erroneously showing as in stock but actually not available. Jonathan made all efforts to locate and facialte a replacement that met our needs. I chose an alternate option as it was for a non-local location use and had to acquire at that other city location. We asked him to update and refund that purchase and again he diligetnly supported the refund transaction. Our alternate choice was not reflective of Jonathan's service, salesmanship, or of Brandsmart. He was always professional, honest, and very communicative even after hours to ensure we were satisfied. read more

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I made a purchase using Klarna, and even though Klarna charged me, the store said the payment had not gone through and they did not give me the product. The customer service I received while trying to resolve this issue was extremely disappointing. Frank Sanchez, the employee who assisted me, was very unprofessional, and Anarela Olivier, the supervisor, was also unhelpful and showed little interest in finding a solution. It has now been three days, and I still do not have the product or a resolution. I understand that payment issues can happen, but I expected to be treated with respect and to receive proper assistance. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. read more

I bought an electrical hair clipper which I thought was new. It did not work. It was defective or was used but sold as new. I thought I was buying a new and therefore working item. It was packaged and sold as a new item. The following day I tried to return the defective or used item back with my receipt. To my surprise, I was refused the return by an employee, Angel Vasquez, who stated he was the Brandsmart USA (located at US-1 and SW 159th Street, 16051 S Dixie Hwy) South Dade manager. He accused me of using the item and declined the return of the defective or used item. Luckily it was worth less than $20. Can you imagine if it had been a $1,000+ TV or other expensive item. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping at Brandsmart USA stores. First return ever and worse experience. It's disappointing that a store like this would, first off, sell defective items or used and try to sell like new. Does not provide the opportunity to even hear the customer's report. Simply shuts the opportunity to either replace or return the item. It is truly concerning that we have stores like this stealing from consumers. read more

I purchased all of my appliances from BrandsMart as a package, including a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator that was supposed to be a high-quality product. Just a couple of months after installation, the refrigerator began leaking water from the ice dispenser, running all the way down the unit and onto my floor. Since then, I've had at least nine service visits to repair this issue, yet the problem has never been resolved. Despite my calls starting shortly after purchase, BrandsMart and Frigidaire are now trying to tell me the warranty has expired. This is completely unacceptable--a warranty should cover a problem reported within the covered period, especially one that has never been fixed. I have repeatedly called for help, including leaving messages with supervisor Chris, and have received no response. Now, they refuse to repair the refrigerator unless I pay additional charges. This is not what I expected from Frigidaire or BrandsMart. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I feel abandoned with a defective product. I will not purchase from BrandsMart again, and I want other customers to be aware of the ongoing problems and lack of accountability. read more

I bought a Kitchen Aid refrigerator in October 2024, from Brandsmart. My refrigerator stopped making ice. Have been trying since December 2025 to get it fixed, with the extended warranty I purchased. They sent an incompetent technician, Guido, twice to my house. That technician did absolutely NOTHING to see what the issue was. He's very rude and doesn't do his job at all to access and/or repair. I even spoke with a supervisor, Chris, promised to make it right. Still nothing has been fixed! I suggest never buy anything from Brandsmart USA. Poor service and customer service. read more

Looks like most all the negative reviews of this store involve purchases of major appliances. I've never bought those things at BrandsMart, but I have come to their stores to purchase everything from TVs to computers, routers, home theater systems, small appliances and even patio furniture. For most things I've bought here I checked prices first at a few other stores including Best Buy, and BrandsMart has usually come in lowest. The situation with the sales staff can be a bit odd, as I believe they all work on commission so they can sometimes pester. Some are more knowledgeable about the products they're selling than others and in one case we were helped by a really nice salesman in one area of the store, and once we found what we wanted we went back to him to make the purchase since he was so helpful, but he explained he could only write up items within the specific department where he worked. In our case, we were in the market for a few items for our home. We found some things we liked in a circular we got in the mail, looked up a few styles we liked via the BrandsMart website and came to this store as their website indicated they had them in stock. We were here late on a Sunday afternoon and there were really no other customers at the loading dock/delivery area after we made our purchase, so we had our stuff within 5 minutes of going there to pick it up. read more

Warning, warning do not buy from this company. I have been buying from Brandsmart for over 20 years. But I have to tell you that lately they have become one of the worst stores to deal with. I went to their store in South Miami a week and a half ago. I purchased a refrigerator and I paid for a special delivery and I also paid for four guys to deliver the refrigerator because it had to come up to a second floor. They showed up to make the delivery with only two employees. At this point, they refuse to deliver the refrigerator because there was only two. Four days later, they showed up with four took apart my refrigerator, cut a waterline on the refrigerator and then I was told they cannot deliver the new refrigerator because there was a dent in one of the four doors. I asked them to please deliver the refrigerator and replace the door at another time. The delivery company refused to do that. I'm now being told that I have to wait another four days before they attempt a third delivery. I contacted Brandsmart with no assistance at all. They do not care that I have been without a refrigerator and having to buy ice for two weeks. The customer service has become horrible. The delivery company that they use is even worse. As they refuse to even talk to the customer and give the customer an explanation as why they would not deliver the refrigerator and replace the door at another time. I highly recommend you do not purchase from this company as their customer service has become horrible. read more

My terrible experience in Brandsmart locate at US-1 and SW 159th Street, 16051 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157. Recently, I bought a Washer machine and Dryer Bundle Maytag, I paid delivery that suppose to receive in 5 or 7 days, In Saturday 11/09 I received only washer machine, is missing dryer, I called to the store and nobody response or if response let me waiting long time, finally I decide to come to the store in person, which is my surprise the Manager Store Mr. Samuel was very rude, he didn't even let me talk, he told me I should wait 30 days for the dryer, I told him why if they told me 7 days maximum, he told me I already talked to you, and you lie when you bought it they told you minimum 20 30 days, which was not the case, he did not let me explain my reasons, saying I already told him what he had to say, he must wait 30 days, it was very disrespectful. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE SALES PEOPLE AND CASHIERS TELL YOU!!! YOU MUST READ YOUR RECEIPT!! I bought a DeLorean Hybrid electric scooter for my husband for Christmas on 12/28/2024. He is older than me and sometimes has issues with vertigo. The scooter comes with a seat and a basket and has a wide platform so he thought it might work for him. We asked the salesperson if it could be returned if my husband found he would not be able to balance himself on the scooter. We were told yes, it just needed to be within 30 days of purchase and returned in "new" condition i.e. clean tires, etc. We also asked the cashier about the return policy who also told us we could return it within 30 days. I inquired again and she mentioned electronics can't be returned but this could be, so we bought it. We brought it home opened the box and my husband looked at the manual - the scooter was never removed from the box. He told me today he is not comfortable with the idea of a scooter. We tried to return it today and was told we can't...the receipt says 0 day return. No one in the place could understand why the two people would tell us it could be returned. The girl in the Customer Service office spoke to me like I am a child saying, "is this your original receipt?" after she used a highlighter to mark the 0 days. I remarked to her so I as a customer should not trust what 2 of your employees tell me when they answer the same question the same way? Also, if the item is 0 day return and I learn this only by reviewing the receipt after it's purchased, it's too late for me anyway!!! Obviously we will not be purchasing the family room furniture we were looking at there the same day we bought the scooter! read more

My Review doesn't concern any appliance. It was basically the personnel that works there. Every time I was there it'll never fail; They just hang around and always laughing and joking very loudly and often using foul language. I was so surprised that I actually heard the manager speaking in such a vulgar manner in Spanish Out Loud.!! And then the Rap music with explicit lyrics. Really People???? : this kind of behavior should be prohibited by this company. They need to understand that not everyone is ok listening music with foul language. There's children and elderly people too. It is a shame!. Explicit lyrics in a public store really ?. This store likes to play Spanish rap with dirty language . And by the way, so they don't think this is a racist matter, I'm Hispanic 40. I wish you could see the way some people look at themselves when the vulgar language was heard. I hope BrandSmart make some changes on the music this people play in the store and specially teach them a little class about customer service and how to look professional. They are making the store look very bad. I stopped going there unfortunately. They lost a very frequent costumer. Us1 Dixie Highway (Palmetto Bay) read more

I give only one star for the patient sales rep. As far as the manager, he gets 0 stars and needs a class in math. Their website states they have a 110% price match guarantee but when I went they did not honor it at all. Their price was $2,299.00 and Costco has it for $1,999.99. They should have given us an additional $200 but refused to even though Costco even offered $300 when spending over $1999. They can get sued for false advertising due to their managers negligence. Great place to shop, but dont expect good customer service. Everyone avoids you like the plague. Each department has at least 5 employees that can help you out, but not one approaches you or smiles to say hi for acknowledgement. I approached a gentleman for guidance that was helpful. From the last conversation we had about 2 wks ago with Veronica who claimed was the manager and quite a very unprofessional one at that. She told my husb that she was going to call us back ( either him or me) and today marks 2 wks and not one call or anything. If anyone is reading this review please do not buy anything from brandsmart not because the items are bad but because of the lack of overall customer support and service. We've literally spoken to about 8 or so people I total from the service dept and the store we got the sofa from. Not one person has owned this issue that quite Frankly looks like a simple fix. But brandsmart personnel has zero interest in helping us fix. Like many people I've bought from brandsmart in the past but after the hell we've had to endure to get this ridiculous arm rest fixed. Worse customer service. I went with my husband to buy a futon and a coffee table. We saw some that look good, a lady asked if we want it delivery, which was $100, an if we pay extra$10 they will esamble it too, that we agreed to paid. Also she asked if we want to applied for a credit card an pay in 6 months no interest which also sounds good and we agreed. She gave us a piece of paper with a number to go pay. When we went to the cashier, a young lady who does not seem to know what she was doing asked us how we will paid, we told her we want to pay with a brandsmart credit card as the other lady offered us. We assumed that the other lady wrote that in the paper ( obviously no) she asked my husband for his ID, a credit card and social security number(we assumed she was open him an account)and call somebody to ask his some questions and then asked us how we will pay again, when I told him if she wasn't open the account she totally ignored me, I asked my husband to leave but he just want ti get what we want and go home. Fortunately a nice lady approached us and help us. The day of the delivery they just left the staff without ensemble it. When my husband found out he went to complain with an unresponsive manager who told him that he misunderstand and the $10 charge was for leave the staff inside the house instead of at the door, seriously? How can assemble and delivery inside the house can be confused? His solution was in a very rude manner to tell my husband that the best thing he could do for him was assemble it if he brought our staff to the store, rude, mean, I don't know how that store can run with people that have no idea of respect, education and trust mean. This has to be one of the purchases that I have made that I am **most dissatisfied** with. When you enter the store everyone is eager to assist, show you around, and provide you information on the products. Once you make the purchase it ENDS all customer service, friendliness, and communication. The sales representative that we worked with was not helpful - she provided false expectations, did not follow through, and was rude. Once we FINALLY received the items, the crew providing the delivery was PHENOMENAL (Note: this review is based solely on the experience with the sale, and the customer service received - NOT the delivery). Upon receiving the delivery, one of the items does not function as intended and it seems that there is a manufacturer error. I have contacted the store for the last 2 hours where I have been transferred an inordinate amount of times, hung up on, and dismissed. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase an appliance. I would advise to look at nearby retailers who carry the same items and price match. read more

It is incredible that to sell BrandsMart their products when you arrive at the Cutler Bay store several sellers fall on you JUST TO SELL YOU EVERYTHING and offer promotions of participating companies offering you things that they do not fulfill (President Day February 2024. I BOUGHT PRODUCTS FOR MORE THAN $ 4500 PROMISING ME THE SELLER, A PROMOTION OF $ 100 DOLLARS IN REWARDS FOR EACH PRODUCT, OF WHICH I bought 5, and I had to apply for the reward $ 500 online. But 4 months it has been impossible to achieve this, now they tell me how I bought through me Company I am not suitable to receive this promotion is only for people and I explained to them that I bought a Washer and Dryer, Stove, Microwave and another washing machine 2 in 1 for an Efficient that I have for my personal use, additional to it I paid with a Credit Card that is in my name of the same Brands Mart where you can confirm that it is for my personal use and not of Company. The truth is that I have gone several times to the Brands Mart of Cutler Bay, to the Customer Service Department which It has a very bad staff in customer service, in passing they leave you a lot of time on hold, and they do not care that many of the Customer who are there are complaining about the bad service and in passing the time we have to wait to be treated and if you ask to talk to the managers because they have different turns they say that they are always busy. Perhaps for them our time is not valuable? only they care about the production may have and sell. I am sure that more than one Customer has many Complaints to say about this store, but for fatigue or wear do not manifest it. Finally I want to clarify that I received an email from BrandsMart Promotions dated 5/31/2024 that said that my reward was approved but finally I received another email in 6/20/2024 where it says that it was denied because in the invoice appear 2 names, mine and that of my company and that if I ask an invoice to Brands Mart where they delete the one of my company and only my name appears if they process it. This was a disappointing trip....almost a complete waste of my time. I am planning on doing some Black Friday shopping this year. I have a number of things i am looking to buy from a smart watch to a new tv to a new set of appliances for my kitchen. Depending on the deals I can find will depend everything I get. I decided to stop by the brandsmart closest to my home as I had good experiences in my past with the brandsmart in Hialeah...sadly to say this brandsmart does not come anywhere near close to the hialeah store much less any store in terms of customer service. Firstly, though this store is smaller than other brandsmart stores I have been to which means less items that could interest me to buy. But the customer service was terrible. As I walked around the store in department after department, I noticed the salesman just talking, laughing and having a good time while potential customers were walking around lost looking for help. When I went to the appliance department (which is the size of most of the second floor) there was only one salesman. I waited for the guy 20 minutes to help out a customer and then when he was done he just left the flood leaving me there. Took me another 10 minutes to locate another salesman. When I asked him to show me appliance packages he was disinterested and said there were many on the floor to call him when I found what I wanted. Really? Yeah I left...thank you for nothing. read more

I've called customer service six times and have been forwarded to a number that has put me on hold for (checking now) 39 minutes. That's just the beginning. Brandsmart has definitely lost its luster from the 90's when it was a solid full-service wholesale store. I'm afraid with its expansion its turned into the bad side of your worst customer service experience. We paid a pretty penny for a grill and received good service at the store. She was so good we were even sold on the delivery and installation included. ...that was the end of our good experience. 41:11 Its been a nightmare since. Our grill was delivered beautifully and placed exactly where my Dad wanted it. Only one catch, it was missing parts. So Brandsmarts customer service was sooo bad that we had to call Weber themselves. They sent the parts and the parts look like a mix of surgical devices, microscopic pieces, and internal devices. I finally get customer service on the phone (48:00) at the US-1 and 159th Street location and they don't even ask my name or receipt information. He just gets right to asking "what part is missing.. cause we never miss any parts...". Ok, wait, WHAT?! This guy was questioning me after my Dad had to call Brandsmart to get kicked over to Weber who sent him the pieces that are missing in order for our grill to WORK, and now Brandsmart puts a guy on the phone who has nothing else but "Yeah, cause we never miss parts".
