And then bit by bit the bar started to crumble and continued to do so. Oh, and lest you think for a second that all this wasn't brought to their attention, think again. Doesn't matter. Then noticed about six months into having it, that it was making louder than usual noises and that the cooler and the freezer were always fogged and steamy! Called Avanti who assigned it to a repair service. This was quick, Avanti was pleasant and provided me with a reference #. Within 48 hours, I was contacted by a service company who arranged to see the unit. They arrived on time, within the window they gave me and they advised me that the unit could not be repaired and that they would contact Avanti to authorize a return of merchandise with the store. They did all this in a timely fashion. I oped to select a different brand and pay the difference to PC Richards to do this. PC Richards honored the no additional delivery charge. I paid an additional 37.00 for a more well know manufacturer. I was totally impressed with all the players including PC Richards.

So I called back and they informed me that they would see about trying to get a replacement approved and I would receive an email no later than the next day. Because now our tenants are going on 3 weeks with no stove. Then I called back the next day because I never received an email. Then I was told they denied me a replacement and they sent the ticket to another service technician. I asked for the name and number so I can call to get a scheduled date and time.
