Update on previous review: Goodman's reached out to me and made the necessary corrections on my order. They quickly sent the correct items and provided tracking information. My trust in them restored. read more

There was a small problem with my initial order, but when they became aware of the issue, they reached out to make it right. Thank you. read more

This is the way business should be managed - immediate attention to the customer and resolution of a small hick-up. I needed a new lid for a blender - found it on the website and ordered it. Easy process and very difficult to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, the website told me that the order did not go through, which resulted in a duplicate order. Once I contacted the store, everything was immediately taken care of and the duplicate transaction was returned. THANK YOU, David and PPR! read more

Got issue resolved. Their shipping tends to be high but they handled the problem in a professional manner.

Ordered some of their Univen gaskets for my pressure cookers that I couldn't find anywhere else. Good price and arrived on time. Thanks Goodman's! read more

I purchased the Conair travel steamer. It's easy to use. Good quality for the price. The steamer heats up quickly. Goodmans price can't be beat. Shipping was super fast! read more

I needed new paddles for my Zojirushi BB-PAC20 bread maker. Goodman's had the lowest shipped price. Communication was good at first; first they sent an invoice the same day of the order, then later the same day there was a thank-you email, which said, "When your order ships, you will receive an email with TRACKING INFORMATION." (emphasis theirs). There was no tracking information the next day, and I used their contact-us web form late that evening to ask about the status. I was keen to know the status because in the meantime I was using our very old, primitive bread maker which we keep around as a backup. It's not nearly as good as the Zojirushi. Still no response and no tracking information nor any other communication two days after the order. That was Friday. On Monday morning I received a response to my Thursday question, saying it was out for delivery and finally providing the tracking number -- which showed that they had shipped it the same day I ordered it. The product was in new mint condition and adequately packed. I was very happy with the product, price, and fast shipping. But I think their communication could be a bit better. If you say you're going to provide the tracking number when it ships, it's disconcerting if you don't do so. It raises a red flag with the customer that something may have gone wrong with the order. read more

I ordered a Oster Classic 76 Professional Hair Clippers on April 30 and received it on May 7 (Buffalo, NY), an excellent job by Goodmans and UPS during this pandemic. I would highly recommend Goodmans! read more

Awesome customer service! I had an issue with the blender's jar and had to return it. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! They replaced it for a better one! Highly recommend Goodman's. read more

A year and a half later I still had those jars because they arrived after I needed them, but I had been contacted twice by David Goodman. That's right, THE Mr. Goodman was trying to make things right. I blew him off the first time, but the second time I got the point that he really was concerned and I thought maybe we could work things out. I'm not into the whole come back and we'll give you a discount thing, because, if it didn't work out the first time, just being cheaper isn't reason enough to try again. So, Mr. Goodman agreed to take back the jars and issue a refund. This was great because I live in San Francisco and really have no business storing a gross of jars! Honestly, falling through the cracks sucks, but Mr. Goodman certainly has a high level of pride in his business and he'll go the extra mile to try to fix you up. Thanks! read more

I lost the clutch to the shredder attachment for the Kitchen Aid. It just grew legs and walked away. Goodman's had the part very reasonably priced. Shipping was almost as much as the part, that's how cheap it was. Much less than other suppliers, even Kitchen Aid! It came quickly, well packaged, and is exactly the part I need. Thank you!!! I'm a happy customer in California. read more

I've ordered from here several times. There's all kinds of random things for sale here. So far I've ordered a blender, juicer, wine glasses, pressure cooker, mason jars, etc... My items have always arrived on time and the prices are competitive! I called their customer service to verify some details on an order and they were very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend ordering from this website to anyone! read more

Five star all the way! Ordered a blowdryer and hair straightener from Goodman's online and could not be happier. Not only are the products Italian-made with superb quality and are working fantastically, but they came within the week of my order. No hassles or worries, products came directly to my apt door sealed well with tons of packing foam inside the box so nothing would be damaged in the shipping process (which I have had problems with other companies when ordering online before). Super happy with my order, can't wait to order again and not have to have the headaches that sometimes come along with ordering online with other companies. So glad this is not the case with Goodman's, I am a customer for life! :) read more

I looked everywhere for an obscure part for my original Kitchenaid mixer, I was delighted to find the part (or so I thought) on Goodman's website. The site specifically states that the part fits my model number, but upon arrival I found that my money was wasted. Despite claims, the part does not fit at all, and now I must spend my own money to send it back for a refund, in the end I would have spent nearly twice as much in shipping as I would get back for the part, which was not as adverted.... Very disappointed, sure I'm only out $10, but I hate that I spent it on a lie. For what it's worth though, the part came incredibly fast (I think less than 4 days over a weekend) not that it helped anything. read more

I needed to replace some non-scratch polyester/polyurethane scrubbers that were made in Israel. I had a hard time finding what I needed because all the others I found were made in China, even when they said Israel (this was confirmed by the store staffs when I called to ask about their location of origin). I found exactly what I wanted at Goodman's - best price I found and a very helpful staff. I'm back to buy more to share with family/friends bc they are an excellent product at a great price from an outstanding store. read more

I needed a replacement O-Ring for an older Hamilton Beach blender. I searched Google and found Goodman's. I'm so glad I did. They had my part and once I placed my order they kept me appraised of the status all the way thru shipping. It has arrived and it's a PERFECT MATCH. Thank you Goodman's!! read more

I am happy to report that David reached out to me and helped make a wrong a right. I was sent a part that didn't fit & was told I had to pay for shipping again to send back. I was real upset & made a complaint on Google Trusted Store & David refunded me. I also wrote a review on Yelp (see below) and initially gave 1 star; I'm just realizing I never posted it and I'm glad that I'm able to try to use them again in the Original Review- {I am very disappointed with purchase. I received a part that did not fit and they will not give me a prepaid shipping label. I told them how I felt and they don't care. I will never use them again as a matter of principle. They send me the wrong or defective item and I must pay $7.25 twice for shipping both ways ($14.50) for a part that costs $11.99 This is why I prefer Amazon Prime. They have great Customer Service and don't rip people off. Stay Away} read more

Can't even begin to say enough good things about this place! From the genuinely kind and helpful people, to the incredible haste and quality of their services - all SUCH a great experience! As a local baker, I use my Kitchen Aid mixer literally every day (I've had the same one for 4 years) - sure enough, it decided to give out on me and stop working days before my Thanksgiving order rush ! A friend of mine referred me to Goodman's and I rushed over to them immediately. I was greeted by the nicest people - Louis and two other other sweet ladies, who reassured my anxiety and desperation with confidence that it was a simple fix. From what could've been at least a week, they were able to take care of my mixer less than 3 days (right on time for my holiday order madness)!!! And I'm happy to say that this magic machine is working even better than the first day I took it out of the box, brand spankin' new! A million thank you-s to Goodman's and your GREAT staff/store! read more

I recently stopped in at Goodman's located in Hialeah, FL. It's only a thirty minute drive from Coconut Grove. But even if you make the trip from down south or up north, it's worth every second of travel time. You'd be hard-pressed to find another warehouse that stocks so many housewares, appliances, repair parts and just all things cool! After a recent kitchen remodeling, I wanted to replace a few small appliances --- an espresso machine and a toaster oven. Goodman's has such a wide selection of products! Not only did I purchase the small appliances I needed, I also bought mason jars, drinking glasses, a cookware set, two showerheads ...and even a hair flat iron. They even assisted me with packing the items in my car. Discover this goodie-filled enclave in Hialeah. It's not what you usually find in Miami. (Bonus for car lovers: Goodman's has a knockout collection of retro cars! --- NOT for sale, that is.) A thumbs-up for a small business that gives great service and sells big! Also, just discovered you can buy online at www.Goodmans.net. read more

OMG the fastest shipment ever!! I bought my Super Solano X blow dryer from Goodman's (www.goodmans.net) where it was $50 cheaper than Ulta, Sally's, etc. and I didn't have to pay sales tax because it was shipped outside of Florida. Saw they carried mason jars so decided to visit their store in Hialeah. Since glassware is heavy, it didn't make sense to ship them since I am also in Miami. I was planning a party and wanted to do a country theme using mason jars. I was able to see and choose from many styles. Luis was very helpful and brought me several samples to view. I bought Ball mason jar mugs and their own brand of colored lids, Sunshine Mason. I also bought several dozen Sunshine Mason 2oz shot glasses which were a big hit. Overall I was very satisfied with the purchase and the service I received. read more

Kudos for fast shipping at the regular price. But the replacement oster jar was chipped - at the lip - otherwise I wouldn't have cared. Not sure if it was put into the box that way, or if got chipped because there wasn't any packing material on the top of the jar between it and the box. I am returning it tomorrow, BUT...although there's a return label on their website, there's no mention of WHO PAYS FOR RETURN POSTAGE ON DAMAGED ITEMS. Anybody know the answer to this? Nothing was mentioned on the website about that. Thanks read more
