I have purchased and had appliances fixed here for 4 rental properties...they are excellent. They fix everything very quickly which is so helpful...I even bring my appliances for repair from Key Largo to Miami...they are that much less expensive for repairs than locally in Key Largo. I hadn't been there in a long time a few years? and was recently there for a repair and they remembered me!!! they call me the 'gringa'. Amazing service, affordable priced parts, would definitely recommend…read more My boyfriend and I came in with a DIY project in mind to add a vent in my kitchen off my existing HVAC system. After doing some research and measurements, I had a rough idea in my head of what I needed to do and the parts I needed. Since the bigger home improvement stores don't really carry any HVAC parts, I found Cooling Depot online. Upon walking in, I was greeted right away and helped by Abner. He brought me the parts I asked for, and then asked me about the project. Obviously I am not a duct person, and there were a few things I hadn't thought through when planning my project. Abner talked to us for 20-30 mins finding a better DIY solution and giving advice on how to do it. He made us a custom make-shift register box, and cut custom pieces of fiberglass board for us to build the duct. Throughout the whole process he was super friendly and helpful. Thanks to Abner, I successfully added the new duct. The a/c is working perfectly and providing air flow to my kitchen, and still flowing in my other rooms. Without his help, I could have ruined my whole HVAC system. Plus, this whole project cost me around $65, which is a steal considering the amazing advice I got along with it. If I ever need any other a/c parts, I will definitely be back!

Maybe because there aren't plenty customers at the same time. We did purchase something. The staff was nice. They offered us water and Cuban coffee. I told him that we need champagne for these prices. Lol! I hate that I cant remember the name of the man who helped us. I took away one star because I think it took too long for someone to ask if we needed help.

Customer service is good, if you deal with this one guy who sits in the far left corner, he has yet to disappoint me with any of my purchases.
