While the design district (despite its…read morename) isn't really the best starting point for most home decorating journeys, I first found their website and I believe it was the closest place to Miami Beach with a decent selection of wallpaper books for review. First, let's just get this out the way: their website (as of late 2013) is awful. It's like the internet circa 1997. Bad. But their retail location is large, pretty, with parking at both sides of their building (it's on a corner). The interior cordons off the wallpaper book "library" to the back where staff help consult shoppers like me looking for inspiration. But each time I've been there, it usually takes *several* minutes for someone to help and the staff have been more helpful than not, however English language skills are a lacking for some staff. This was less an attitude problem than a language thing. Anyway, I'm giving this a three star rating which might seem harsh, but that's exactly what I think makes sense: One Of A Kind stocks lots of wallpaper and interior textiles, with books available for research and product available for order, but it's not above-and-beyond.

I spoke to the rudest man I have ever talked to in my professional career. He told me that I was "severely mistaken" and that there was no charge on my credit card. I told him that there was clearly a charge on my credit card and that I needed it credited back. He told me to "call the bank" and that he "gets this call thousands of times". Hmm... I have been remodeled more than 15 houses in different cities and even countries. (I do this for living.) Miami is the most difficult place to find and deal with the right people. I have decided to not do any other projects in Miami until I met Batu! I have worked with 2 different contractors, I was not happy with the first one for sure and I do not even want to share and remember the experience I have had. The second contractor was okay he shows up on time and does a clean job but, he suggested me to go buy the material from the place, it was a crab! (Sorry for my language) I do not live in Miami and do not know so much about where to buy the right home improvement products such as bathroom cabinet, tiles, shower, etc. My contractor suggested me to go on 79th ave and visit the places. I have never seen such rude and careless sales reps before. Plus they sell CHINESE PRODUCT BUT CALLING THEM MADE IN EUROPE AFTER YOU TRUST AND PURCHASED IT IS A DISGUSTING FEELING TO FIND OUT. DO NOT GET ME WRONG I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH CHINESE PRODUCTS. NOWADAYS, EVERYTHING FROM CHINA BUT PEOPLE ARE LYING ABOUT IT IS NOT ETHIC! I was searching online on Yelp and a picture of the bathroom vanity took my attention and this is how I found BATH MIAMI! They have a very beautiful showroom with a lot of good selections on 72nd Ave. Batu welcomed me to the store and started to explain everything about to material. I was going to have simple things to get it done and leave from Miami. Batu completely changed my mind with beautiful design and ideas. I purchased 2 beautiful wall mounted lacquer finish cabinets, floor, and wall tiles and LED mirrors with very affordable prices! Very nice quality. Batu categorized and showed all the qualities different to me. He is not only a designer, but he is also a very good shopping friend Even though I remodeled more than 15 projects, I am very excited to see new look of the unit. Thanks by BATH MIAMI, I will do more projects here in Miami and definitely be back this store for my next projects here. Thank you Batu, Thank you BATH MIAMI! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND BATH MIAMI TO ANYONE WHO IS STRUGGLING WITH REMODELING! read more

This place is one of a kind bathroom remodeling spot since they have designers in there to advise you thru the process. Most of the places only have sales people just to push you buy thIngs. But in this place the priority is the outcome of the design of your bathroom. They would do their best to make sure you end up with a good looking beautiful bathroom. if the showroom was a little bigger it would be much better but even thought that is the case there is lots of selection in the catalog. You get to see the smaller size of the cabinet instead of the actual big one if thats what you are looking for. Overall its a must stop by showroom before you buy anything. End most probably you will make that a one stop shop since their prices also very good. read more

Great quality and wide selection. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. This is my third time shopping at Bath Miami and once again I'm very happy. I purchased my double sink bathroom vanity, rain shower system, and my kitchen cabinets from here -- including the countertops and faucets. I tried to save about $100 by buying a similar product from another store, but that experience made one thing very clear: when it comes to bathroom remodeling, quality matters. I ended up coming back to Bath Miami and getting the product I should've bought in the first place. Now everything feels solid, looks great, and most importantly, I have peace of mind. Highly recommended. read more

Los recomiendo totalmente. read more
