Vanity, toilet and Shower fixture
Andry E.

Celso, Thank you so much for your guidance, patience, and great attitude towards us. Your help and understanding of our vision made it possible for us to accomplish our dream bathrooms. We met several times with you going back and for about our choices, and you were always in the best spirit not matter if it meant keeping you in the store on a Saturday after business hours. (Sorry) Likewise, the team at your warehouse, was very welcoming and accomodating. We really value your service and will certainly recommend you and Bath Trends of Doral to our friends and family.

Everything you need for your bathroom is here. We bought vanities, toilet, shower heads and accessories. The customer service is superb. They spend their time with each customer and explain the details on dimensions and provide recommendations.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE*** I purchased 2 vanities from this store approximately 4 years ago and they have not held up at all. Within 6 months, there was significant damage to the front of the drawers with no trauma to them. What is worse then the damage and defective material, is the customer service. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH MORE DISRESPECT then by the supposed store manager SANDRA ROMERO. After basically calling me a liar for stating that my vanity had been damaged, she gave me 2 free panels to replace them. When I got home, the free panels where also damaged. When I contacted the store, she again basically called me a liar and told me that I had inspected the product and had stated they were fine. I told her I had not inspected, they only brought them out for me without a box. She proceeded to tell me that she would have to review the footage and determine whether I was lying or not. She refused to give me the owners information and wouldn't let me talk to anyone else. I have never been treated so horribly in a store. I have never been so disrespected and talked down to as a customer. I have attached pictures of my original damaged vanity and the damaged pieces they gave me.

Bath trends is an amazing place to shop. We tried other stores in Doral, but this store has the best looks and service! We are so excited to see our new bathroom especially our LED mirror!

After six months of use! Absolute crap! Save your money buy something better!

Wish I could give negative stars! I had the same issue with purchasing and then having to go to the showroom and not being able to pick up because the warehouse closed at five so was unable to take merchandise home also I've been using the shower panel that I paid $600 for and now after six months and it just works horribly the knobs are hard to turn it is already resting the quality is very poor in my opinion it is better to just save a little more money and purchase something of higher quality I cannot believe that they even sell this to the public crap this is crap buyer beware they will not honor their warranty.

Hmmm...I wonder if they sold me the display?

One of the Cuban ladies was extremely rude. We wanted to run away from the store. Very pricey for laminated mdf (ikea like) products.

Great selection of everything one could ever need to finish a kitchen bath or floors etc. Amazing…read morefacility. See items before you purchase items at Florida plumbing. Can't do that if you only buy online. I love brick and mortar stores.

To begin, my wife and I purchased a high-rise condo, and it required complete renovation. To begin…read moresuch a project, we started with the overall design for new kitchen cabinets. For several months, we visited various upscale cabinetry centers. We were shocked by the price of custom kitchen cabinetry, often in the range $30K-$50K. Also, we were surprised to find that the majority of custom cabinets are assembled in Europe and shipped to USA. For this high price, it took about four months to complete from order date. Then, we walked into Florida Design Center, which is comprised of multiple companies that together can accommodate kitchen and bath plumbing, cabinets, and accessories. We met with Dayana, and she explained that Florida Kitchen Cabinets was a company that used the same quality cabinet panels, imported from Spain. But they did the custom cutting and cabinet assembly here in Miami. This lowers their cost significantly. Similar to the other import cabinet centers, we spent about an hour with Dayana, and we designed our kitchen. Indeed, her total cost came out about half that of all other quotes we had received. From their floor samples, it was completely apparent that these cabinets were identical, if not much better than those we saw in the much higher priced centers. With a small deposit of $700, Dayana printed our design and let us go home and think about it, in case we wanted to make any changes. During this time, someone came and took all the measurements. Indeed, we came up with changes, and surprisingly again, the additional costs were much lower than expected. So, we put down the 50% deposit (minus $700) and initiated the order. Indeed, the cabinets were completed and ready for installation within four weeks. The installation process was amazing. Eddy and his helper delivered an incredible amount of big heavy boxes to the high-rise condo and placed them in the middle of the floor. Within three days, they placed all of the cabinets. Next came the quartz countertops and backsplash. Installation of countertop and backsplash is where the rough patch began. First, something went wrong with the initial pour of the backsplash. No problem, a week's delay. When the backsplash and countertop arrived the following week, it turned out that the wrong template was used for cutting the sink hole. This was extremely frustrating for us. Our designer, Dayana, was equally disappointed, and she went to all lengths to get everything resolved to our satisfaction. There may be some internal issues. But, this company owned up to everything they promised. To her credit, everything was corrected. Just before moving into our newly renovated condo, my wife and I realized we needed a custom built tall, double utility cabinet. Although my wife was still upset from the countertop-backsplash mishap, we agreed that there was no better place to go other than ordering from Dayana. I sent her the measurements. In one day, she designed the cabinet, and returned the drawings for approval. Within a week, this tall utility cabinet was ready for installation. As before, the cabinet delivery and installation went without a hitch. Big thanks to Pablo, who after assembling the tall cabinet, he gave complete inspection, and made small adjustments to all the doors and hinges on all the other kitchen cabinets previously installed. Now, it has been two months since we moved into the new condo. We have had numerous plumbers, electricians, painters, and other skilled workers coming for various jobs. All of them ask where did you get these cabinets?! When I tell them the price, they all could not believe. Most impressive, they all pointed out the high quality, thick plywood used for the cabinet boxes. Also, the high gloss finishes on the doors are so shiny, as well as very resistant to chipping. Most important, my wife and I are so happy with the cabinet design and overall functionality. Without any doubt, I most highly recommend Dayana and Florida Kitchen Cabinets for design and installation any home kitchen and bath cabinets. Definitely, pay close attention to countertop and backsplash, which is provided by someone they work with. Florida Kitchen Cabinets require 50% down payment, and the 50% final payment before delivery. They are especially reliable in the sense that they take such care in getting materials in and out of a nice high-rise building, quietly and with no bumps or scrapes in the hallways and elevators. The designer (Dayana) and installers (Eddy, Pablo) are highly professional, as well as trustworthy, careful, dependable, and most of all, genuinely kind. Thank you Dayana, Eddy, and Pablo!

I don't know why this business has no reviews yet, so I decided to take the time to review it…read more My hubby and I started working on our kitchen about a year and half ago. After visiting various showrooms in the Doral area, scheduling multiple appointments with different vendors and waiting for estimates that never came, I was referred to Fannie, owner of Sunshine Custom Cabinets. The service and expertise that I received was like no other. I wasn't too sure of what I could accomplish with such a small kitchen area and with all the obstacles in the space, i.e. Low ceilings, plumbing lines and electrical boxes. Fannie had a plan, and what a plan. My kitchen is looking amazing! Although we are not done yet, no fault of Fannie's, but of problems with plumbing and electrical inspections. However every time I call Fannie for one more revision she is there for us, with her fabulous ideas and great workmanship. I wanted to add a picture but it isn't ready yet, so stay tuned!

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company…read more Communication was initially responsive before payment, but after the project was completed, follow-up and customer service became difficult and inconsistent. The quality of the work and materials did not meet expectations. After approximately 4 years of normal use, the cabinets are showing clear signs of deterioration, which is concerning given the timeframe. The installation process was also not up to the standard I expected, and at times the installers were not professional in their conduct. I am attaching photos so others can evaluate the results for themselves before making a decision.
