Absolutely terrible experience. I went into this store and specifically purchased a vanity with two drawers and a door on the side. That side door was the entire reason I chose that model, and that is exactly what I was told I was buying. When my contractor went to pick up the vanity, the unit they gave him was completely different -- it didn't even have the side door. When we called the store to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for selling the wrong item, they told us it was "too late" and that the size vanity we bought doesn't come with a door. If that's the case, then why was it sold to us that way in the first place? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed zero interest in correcting their mistake. For a business that sells bathroom fixtures, you would expect them to at least stand behind what they sell. Because of this experience, I will never purchase anything from this store again and I strongly recommend that others shop elsewhere if you want honest service and products that match what you were promised read more

The website says: Is luxury expensive?...Think again. Well this store is pretty expensive in my opinion. $1500 for a single sink vanity? Wow. Also they are always short staffed. You have to wait at least an hour to be helped. Selection is ok but they could be more diverse. The styles are all very similar just change the size and color. read more

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE*** I purchased 2 vanities from this store approximately 4 years ago and they have not held up at all. Within 6 months, there was significant damage to the front of the drawers with no trauma to them. What is worse then the damage and defective material, is the customer service. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH MORE DISRESPECT then by the supposed store manager SANDRA ROMERO. After basically calling me a liar for stating that my vanity had been damaged, she gave me 2 free panels to replace them. When I got home, the free panels where also damaged. When I contacted the store, she again basically called me a liar and told me that I had inspected the product and had stated they were fine. I told her I had not inspected, they only brought them out for me without a box. She proceeded to tell me that she would have to review the footage and determine whether I was lying or not. She refused to give me the owners information and wouldn't let me talk to anyone else. I have never been treated so horribly in a store. I have never been so disrespected and talked down to as a customer. I have attached pictures of my original damaged vanity and the damaged pieces they gave me. read more

We were shopping for a new vanity and happened to find this place on yelp. We decided to check it out since we wre on a tight deadline. The showroom had a lot to offer. Visually it allowed you the creative eye to explore. We ended up picking one and will be installing it later this week. When we left to pick up the vanity at another location, I noticed if you check in on Yelp, you get a 10% discount. We had to rush to the wear house since they closed at 5:00, even though the showroom doesn't close till 5:30 (ignore the business hours on Yelp). So we went back after picking up our new vanity to get the price adjusted with our 10% coupon. The gentleman that helped us didn't want to apply it. He stated he gave us a coupon when he discounted the medicine cabinet that we told him we didn't want or need. Luckily the general manager happened to be sitting next to him and told him to just give us the discount. She also mentioned when we needed anything for our other bathroom not to hesitate to come back. Luckily she was there. I loved that store but had they not honored their coupon we would have probably never been back. If all turns well we will be going back in a few weeks.
