I am only giving this place one star because they are very helpful with selecting your items. So my negative review comes from their poor customer service AFTER your done spending a fortune and the poor quality of some items. We had to purchase complete bathroom sets (vanities, faucets, mirrors, etc) for multiple bathrooms being renovated. The delivery for the first bathroom was ok except for the fact that the faucet was faulty. We told them about it and we went to the store to replace it. Second delivery was fine. Third (and final) delivery just left a very sour taste in our mouth. 1. Our contractor brought to our attention that the drain for the shower floor was not leveled. When you step on it, it leans to one side. When I brought it to our sales reps attention they said it's going to be like that until our contractor installed it properly. After being all done with the renovation, it still leans to one side every time you step on it. So no bath trends rep, it wasn't our contractors poor installation; its your faulty product that you weren't courteous enough to exchange for us. 2. They delivered the wrong colored sink and our contractors were literally waiting on the delivery to start measuring where everything was going to be installed. When I called, I spoke to our rep and they said that they would call us back to let us know when they could send someone out to replace it. 2 days later and no return phone call. So when I called I spoke to another rep (not the one that originally tended to us) and I told them that I had already called a few days ago regarding the wrong sink that was delivered to us and that rep told me that there was no order in the system stating that the wrong sink was delivered but that they could take my number down and call me back to let me know when I could get it delivered. Annoyed that the original rep forgot about correcting the issue, I took a deep breath and said that we needed the correct one brought over to us as soon as possible. They said that the soonest the correct sink could get delivered to us was a week. I continued to remain calm and courteous and told them that we really needed it before then because we are already delayed due to their error and asked if it was possible to go pick up the correct sink at the warehouse. Instead of apologizing for the error, I got an attitude and was told that supposedly their warehouse doesn't deal with the public and that the delivery won't be made until another week. I expressed to them (again) that because of their error this was going to delay the construction. Her response to that: well I could take down your number like I already said and call you back to let you know how soon we could replace your sink but your being difficult. Being difficult? If it wasn't for your error, we wouldn't have any difficulties. PERIOD! Eventually the attitude wasn't necessary because they ended up coming out the same day I made the call to replace the sink AND I was also able to go TWICE to their warehouse during the week to pick up tile that I also purchased from them. It's very upsetting that they are helpful enough only during the time of purchase, but they are quick to suck their teeth and roll their eyes when you bring up a faulty product OR when they commit an error that delays your renovations. Tip for Bath Trends Employees: Own up to your companies mistakes. Don't turn it around on an unhappy customer that has every right to be frustrated with your poor customer service skills. read more

Really cool tiles!!!!!! My only concern is that they are almost ALL priced the EXACT same amount. If you're like "Ok I want to use this expensive tile and combine it with a less expensive one" it won't happen. There is no less expensive one. All of the tiles are $10 a sq ft. Kind of pricey but they do have very modern designs. We will be buying one of our bathroom wall tiles from here (and combining it with another less expensive one). read more

We have had the most horrendous experience with this company. We purchased an Aquamoon, Cambria vanity that arrive without instructions and when we called to get the information they didn't have it. They have been very difficult to speak with as we are telling them there is a leak in the sink/ flimsy plumbing they sent and they say that we will have to pay for new parts, even if they didn't come with the correct parts. I bought this vanity because it was the right size, looked good and seemed to be a good value. I do not recommend this item or this company. read more

I am giving Bath Trends a 1 start rating because I do not have the option to give a Zero rating. Do not be fooled by Bath Trends, mainly Taimi. I cannot speak for all employees at that store BUT make sure you do not deal with Taimi. For starters, she has to turn to all her other co-workers to answer questions I had when it came time to completing my order. And I know she is not new to the company (had she been - this wouldn't even be a topic to point out in my review). But what really tipped me over the edge was her lack of professionalism after I paid for all my items. Part of my order was a mirror that was out of stock, but would be in 2 weeks from my purchase date. Each time I called and asked for an update, Taimi would tell me the mirror is not in and that it still was at sea or at port, or hasn't cleared customs, etc. This continued week after week. Granted, I am the one who kept calling in to ask. Taimi did not have the decency to call me to put me at ease even once throughout the time I waited for this mirror. 2 months + go by and I call for a follow up and Taimi tells me that she called a week ago to let me know my mirror and "accessories" were in. Let me remind you, I was only missing a mirror - accessories had already been given to me. Goes to show you how out of touch she is with her own deals...hence why she has to rely on the other staff members sitting next to her to close a deal. Moral of the story is, I never received a phone call from her nor a message. She didn't even remember the name my order was under once I called. To make make matters worse, she acted extremely unprofessional and defensive when I was questioning her, which I can understand if you're dealing with a friend on the streets - but not a "professional employee" from a "professional facility". Taimi is not someone I would want representing my company. If I had all the time in the world (2 months +) to wait for a mirror, then I might have been less upset. But I held back a contractor renovating my bathroom, which led to him leaving my home to start another project elsewhere. This was an LED mirror which needed pre wiring set up on a wall of my bathroom, making this a much more complicated setup than just hanging up a simple mirror. Bath Trends might reasonable prices, but their closing process of a deal and customer service is a nightmare which makes me rather pay a few extra hundred dollars at a more professional and reliable store. For someone renovating a home all at once and in search for a professional process during their shopping phase, I DO NOT recommend Bath Trends. Or if you decide to go there, avoid working with Taimi because sadly, her true personality comes out when she realizes she's at fault (she doesn't like to accept that). If I could I'd give Bath Trends USA in Doral NO stars. They tell you everything you want to hear, that you are getting exactly what you want at the showroom, yes, yes, yes! You pay and leave. Two weeks later you receive the wrong items, call the store and get an "I told you that was what you were getting - there is nothing I can do" over the phone. You write the store MANAGER an e-mail and DO NOT receive a response. $2600 later, I'm left with mismatched items in my bathroom that I HATE and absolutely nothing Bath Trends will do about it. My experience with Bath Trends has been excellent. They have quite the variety and Taimi Serrano was very professional and helpful.

We walked in here after a few hours of "tile shopping". My husband was about to collapse by the time we walked in here. Hilda immediately came to help and steered us to what we wanted. The store has many options, all European products. Without Hilda's help, I probably would have felt overwhelmed. However, we walked out with selections quickly. What a great experience - we were just out looking for a bathroom vanity, and we left with a purchase. Sandra was so very helpful - she wasn't pushy at all but was super knowledgeable about all their products, explaining differences between different vanities and tops, toilets and manufacturers. She even pointed us toward one that we really liked and was available across the street at their outlet for $400 less in a slightly different color, still in the original box! (And the same cabinet is on Amazon right now for $1500 - $700 more!!) Michelle, at the outlet, was also extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The guys at the warehouse are very friendly and mindful of the customer and the purchase. The manager on the other hand appears to not like a customer who reviews their purchase to find item after item damaged. Further upon asking the very nice employees if they could tie down the items purchased the manager in a very eager manner advised that it's not part of their policy to tie anything down and that as a matter of fact the employees weren't even supposed to place the items on the vehicle. Please be mindful that most items purchased at this store are large bathroom furniture pieces. Do they really expect the customer to carry the items? Wow! read more
