I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

He again would not order parts or start repairing the item until money was sent. Repair man went out and advised all had been repaired. A few days later had the same issue that refrigerator was leaking. I called and spoke to Victor who advise that it was probably the computer or memory board do not remember. He then advised it was not fixable but not before collecting $625.00 and leaving me with a broken refrigerator. This time, though, they missed the mark. They charged me for a brand new motor, but it didn't fix the problem, and once it didn't work, they stopped responding to my texts entirely. I ended up finding someone else who diagnosed the actual issue right away and fixed it properly. I'm not writing this to knock Mike's, since they've done fine work for me in the past, but this experience was frustrating enough that I wanted future customers to know: if something doesn't get fixed right the first time, make sure you're getting real follow-up, not silence.

I called again at 1:30, she said the tech still hadn't gotten back to the store. once he did she'd call me. i call back AGAIN after no call, and she had the tech there saying WHY the washer did not work at our house. RHIS WAS AT 5:30 PM!!! all day waiting and it was a simple fix. we asked when it could be delivered so we could fix it, and the guy said his truck broke down so he couldn't do it until tomorrow. you waited all day to tell me you just got back to the shop by driving there and you can't because your truck broke down? after we told them we needed the washer here TODAY. so when we asked for our money back, he said to the female employee "give him his money back because he doesn't understand me" they were very rude, very unprofessional, and extremely trashy. I would NEVER buy from this place ever. don't EVER EVER EVER buy from this place.

She was clumsy, sarcastic and cynical. When she finally spoke to the owner she said to him: "Uno tiene que reirse." I wonder about what? About her homeless appearance? That was enough to make me turn my back on her and leave the place ASAP. I would never go back to that "bajo mundo" place. If you read this, stay away from that place. It is an ugly, disorganized warehouse, looking more like a nest of scammers than a real business and run by a staff with a total lack of culture and intelligence. Si.. hay que reirse!!

He was totally professional and honest letting us know the pros and cons to repairing the 5-year-old unit. Despite it being the holidays, they responded quickly and arrived within the time frame specified. It is also worth mentioning, their service call fee goes to the cost of the repairs. Not sure why this store has such low stars. Maybe it's because they don't have a lot of stuff in…read morethe store so you have to order the item online, wait for it to be shipped to the store, and then pick it up. We ordered a blower because ours died. Decided to pick it up in the store instead of having it delivered so that we could get it sooner. It turns out that it was on sale in the store but not online!! We were able to return the online order and buy it in the store. The associate was patient and helpful and we saved a lot of money!

I've always used this Home Depot, the staff are always helpful and friendly from returns to…read morepurchases. I recently had a problem with an online order for interior paint, what I got was the wrong color. I think it was from the Flagler Store, the young lady that helped me in the Pinecrest store was extremely pleasant and very helpful. She issued a refund over the phone and had someone pickup the incorrect order. I don't go to Flagler because no one speaks English and I can't speak Spanish. Thank you Pinecrest Home Depot for giving excellent service.
