I purchased the grill recently but have been quite disappointed with its performance. I've only used it a couple of times, and it's already not functioning as expected. Additionally, it's extremely difficult to keep clean--even after buying several specialized cleaning products, maintenance remains a challenge. During installation, everything initially appeared to be fine. However, within a week, I noticed several issues: the mini fridge was not properly installed--it wobbles significantly and rubs against the sides--and the faucet installation was also not done correctly. Furthermore, although there's an annual fee associated with purchasing the grill, it doesn't seem to cover much. When I contacted customer support to report the installation issues, I was informed there would be an additional fee just to have someone inspect it, despite the fact that I hadn't even used the grill at that point. Overall, this has not been a positive experience, and I cannot recommend this grill based on the product quality and service received. read more

He patiently walked my wife and I through the entire showroom showed us the options without pressuring us. We left the showroom reasearched some more and came back. Major Scam!! Run from these people. They are the worst of the worst. They claim their grills are made in the USA when they turned out to be made in china. Grill and accesories came with scratches and the quality is terrible. When you complaint they refuse to take it back. "It was final sale" they keep repeating. I ended up with a scratched (Brand new grill). I can't believe these people are still in business. You can buy the exact same Grill and accesories for a 10th of the cost in Temu. read more

The store at Doral looks great! Luis Marciano is very informative, he showed us around and explained very detail everything to me and my kids. We are looking to do an upgrade to our patio and looking for different ideas . We loved the Italian porcelain rather than tile or marble. The choices of colors are nice. My husband is super excited. I went to the store thinking that it was a restaurant but ended up being a high end outdoor kitchen place. it looks awesome and the attention of the sales rep was top notch. the stainless is all commercial 304 and the warranties that they offer are great.
