I contacted service on many occasions asking for them to come out and look at it and or replace cushions, they refused with the answer of you must not have taken care of it and it must've gotten sun on it and it must've gotten it wet! In actuality the furniture was kept pristine and underneath a enclosed covering I am quite confused this is outdoor furniture yet the company tells you after the fact it is not to be in the sun kept in moist weather or get wet!!It is a scam I would have been better off getting cheap furniture and replacing it yearly and the fortune I have spent on this!

None of the pieces displayed outside have prices on them, although you can see that they all had price labels attached, which faded from the weather conditions. Thus, you must ask for pricing. While LINA was more than accommodating, actually quite eager to offer prices, I would recommend that the owner get pricing on those pieces and I'm certain there is a way to weather proof such signage. This is truly a unique store, with a strong design flair, typical of many businesses in the Miami area. We felt we had entered another world, and that we clearly were not in Boca Raton anymore. We bought our mattress, a sofa bed and our dining table from them as everything is very modern. The furniture is modern and pretty. Fast forward a year later and we were moving to a bigger unit in Broward County so we needed a new couch. After scouting the area we decided to go back to Modo as we didn't find anything that we liked. We bought our couch there which was supposed to be 100% leather. 18 months after we purchased the couch the leather started peeling and the couch was falling apart. We contacted Modo and they said they couldn't do anything as the warranty's period was over. We had bought 4 pieces of furniture and they couldn't help us? We were one of their first customers when they started. The owner kept saying this had never happened and probably was our care or treatment. We work all day, have no kids or pets. We only use the couch couple of hours every night and during the weekend, makes no sense. I even bought the cleaner and leather protector that he suggested and used it every other week, so we took good care of it. He suggested that a guy he knew who could repair it for $800, with that money we're going to get a new couch. They have good looking furniture but refused to help good and loyal customers, very unfortunate.
