After a short few months of…read morepurchasing very beautiful to look at and expensive furniture from shop4patio.com in Delray my outdoor furniture began to grow mold in the cushions. I contacted service on many occasions asking for them to come out and look at it and or replace cushions, they refused with the answer of you must not have taken care of it and it must've gotten sun on it and it must've gotten it wet! In actuality the furniture was kept pristine and underneath a enclosed covering I am quite confused this is outdoor furniture yet the company tells you after the fact it is not to be in the sun kept in moist weather or get wet!!It is a scam I would have been better off getting cheap furniture and replacing it yearly and the fortune I have spent on this!

The team was helpful, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, which made the whole process feel much easier. One of the things that helped me the most was visiting their showroom. Being able to see the pergolas, kitchens, materials, and finishes in person made a big difference and gave me a much better idea of what I wanted for my own space. The final result looks beautiful and has completely changed the way I use my backyard. I'm really glad I chose Luxapatio, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about upgrading their outdoor area.

Worst of all they don't respond to you when you need recommendations. Even if you are paying for the actual service. They installed the tile with grout that they just blobbed on which caused all the tile to crack. I had to fight for months to be able to even buy the tile from them to hire someone to fix. The hardi board they used was so thin so I had to have that replaced with a thicker board. Just awful work. And took NO responsibility to repair or recommend a decent repair person. Once they have the project done and your money they don't care!!! Pictures attached of how it looked when the tile was removed. What a crap job.

My five star rating is based on my walk through and request for information from LINA, who…read moreapproached us while we were wandering around their expansive outdoor display area. The area has a collection of unique fountains, statutes, pergolas, Furniture. All have a strongly contemporary modern look. None of the pieces displayed outside have prices on them, although you can see that they all had price labels attached, which faded from the weather conditions. Thus, you must ask for pricing. While LINA was more than accommodating, actually quite eager to offer prices, I would recommend that the owner get pricing on those pieces and I'm certain there is a way to weather proof such signage. This is truly a unique store, with a strong design flair, typical of many businesses in the Miami area. We felt we had entered another world, and that we clearly were not in Boca Raton anymore. Praise the Lord! Our visit was really made special by the attention, warmth, and willingness to help provided by LINA. We will return with our designer to finalize selections and seek out LINA. By the way, she followed up with an email a day after our visit with links to catalogs, as she promised she would do. Awesome customer service.

We bought our mattress, a sofa bed and our dining table from them as everything is very modern. The furniture is modern and pretty. Fast forward a year later and we were moving to a bigger unit in Broward County so we needed a new couch. After scouting the area we decided to go back to Modo as we didn't find anything that we liked. We bought our couch there which was supposed to be 100% leather. 18 months after we purchased the couch the leather started peeling and the couch was falling apart. We contacted Modo and they said they couldn't do anything as the warranty's period was over. We had bought 4 pieces of furniture and they couldn't help us? We were one of their first customers when they started. The owner kept saying this had never happened and probably was our care or treatment. We work all day, have no kids or pets. We only use the couch couple of hours every night and during the weekend, makes no sense. I even bought the cleaner and leather protector that he suggested and used it every other week, so we took good care of it. He suggested that a guy he knew who could repair it for $800, with that money we're going to get a new couch. They have good looking furniture but refused to help good and loyal customers, very unfortunate.
