Fast forward a year later and we were moving to a bigger unit in Broward County so we needed a new couch. After scouting the area we decided to go back to Modo as we didn't find anything that we liked. We bought our couch there which was supposed to be 100% leather. 18 months after we purchased the couch the leather started peeling and the couch was falling apart. We contacted Modo and they said they couldn't do anything as the warranty's period was over. We had bought 4 pieces of furniture and they couldn't help us? We were one of their first customers when they started. The owner kept saying this had never happened and probably was our care or treatment. We work all day, have no kids or pets. We only use the couch couple of hours every night and during the weekend, makes no sense. I even bought the cleaner and leather protector that he suggested and used it every other week, so we took good care of it. He suggested that a guy he knew who could repair it for $800, with that money we're going to get a new couch. They have good looking furniture but refused to help good and loyal customers, very unfortunate.

Nevertheless, they didn't seem to ever return my calls or follow up with me except telling me that the previous girl I spoke with Jenny quit in November. Only causing more confusion rather than solutions to my query. To this day as you can see in the picture of the kitchen, on the right corner I have yet to get my 3 floating small shelves despite that their Yelp page clearly states they do fine carpentry. So these shelves should've been an easy quick job given its size and scope. Hopefully the owner Damien who was very nice and did the measurements of my bathroom will see this review and kindly reach out in order to rectify this long overdue customer experience dating back since August 2018.

Easy to clean outdoor cushions even though they're white. We questioned the "membership" but are appreciative of it, as we get lower prices and an excuse to shop for more items with our vouchers. We ordered a sofa in a custom color, and it took approximately five months to ship but we were informed of this from the get-go, so no surprises or disappointment and totally worth the wait. Communication with the staff is excellent. We can't say enough about Jessenia in Miami, who has been our "personal shopper", has a great eye for detail, exceptionally well-informed about the products and extremely patient with our requests. It is 375 lbs, so at this point, it is dangerous to my family. The table was assembled by ROVE CONCEPTS white glove assembly team, but obviously they failed to assemble it properly OR it is simply a defective design. Either way, I reached out to them a couple months ago regarding the issue. They asked me for multiple pics and videos over the past 2 months, so I fully expected them to figure out a solution and repair my table. WELL, GUESS THE FUCK WHAT! I just got an email stating that, because the table is concrete, that there is no warranty! Really? You didn't know that 2 months ago??? Total garbage. Don't waste your money on this FRAUDULENT COMPANY and their POOR DESIGN AND CRAFTSMANSHIP. You'd be better off buying a plastic table from Ikea.
