My five star rating is based on my walk through and request for information from LINA, who approached us while we were wandering around their expansive outdoor display area. The area has a collection of unique fountains, statutes, pergolas, Furniture. All have a strongly contemporary modern look. None of the pieces displayed outside have prices on them, although you can see that they all had price labels attached, which faded from the weather conditions. Thus, you must ask for pricing. While LINA was more than accommodating, actually quite eager to offer prices, I would recommend that the owner get pricing on those pieces and I'm certain there is a way to weather proof such signage. This is truly a unique store, with a strong design flair, typical of many businesses in the Miami area. We felt we had entered another world, and that we clearly were not in Boca Raton anymore. Praise the Lord! Our visit was really made special by the attention, warmth, and willingness to help provided by LINA. We will return with our designer to finalize selections and seek out LINA. After 3 years, we ended up replacing the roof, which was leaking everywhere, and the wood beams. Plus the design was not good at all; we told them what we needed and explained our concerns with the rain; still the pergolas was never a solution for us. We paid so much money!!!! please do not hire these people. The new company did an excellent job in 2 weeks! read more

A pergola with outdoor kitchen project took more than 6 months and counting. Too slow, too expensive, too much effort and follow up since none create a clear project timeline so you have to spend time to request updates on a weekly basis and last but not least poor quality standards. read more

On my recent visit to this store I walked in and not one of the maybe 12 employees that were on the sales floor bothered to greet me with a hello or asked me if I needed help ... Great experience from beginning to end with our Pergola. Of 10+ contractors and subs that worked on our yard, they were one of the best! Our City has a long permitting process that requires revisions to plans and applications; The Patio District was timely and stayed on top of it. BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service!! After purchasing & installing multiple Pergolas on my property, just a couple of years later they are all leaking .... I tried calling the store multiple times to explain my situation & it took 3 weeks for someone to return my call.... when I finally spoke to a manger, she advised that I had to prepay $150.00 in order to schedule a visit from one of their reps. I must repeat, I had to prepay a fee of $150.00 for one of their reps to come out & take a look at the defective pergolas that they themselves installed??? There is nothing worse then a company that does not stand behind their product & provides such poor customer support on a product that is quite expensive. Patio District is a classic case of a company that became too successful too fast & now does not have the proper infrastructure to take care of the many clients that have purchased their product. It's a shame because when they started, they had many knowledgeable reps & their customer service was excellent.... Be mindful of using this company because once your pergola has been built, & the bill has been paid, you are on your own..... very disappointed. read more

I walked in and not a "good afternoon" or "can I help you" from any of the employees. The place was empty so it's not that they were swamped. I walked throughout the store and nothing I even had trouble trying to open the door to go to the outside section and the guy behind the desk just looked. Karla, Liliana, Jose, and my project coordinator Carlos Ruiz were very attentive to my needs. I felt they rolled out the red carpet for me. Freddy Ochoa the owner even stood outside in the rain while I was leaving the show room one day to make sure he said hi to me before I left. Carlos Ruiz was my right hand and always had my best interest. I cant say enough about the customer service they provide. And the quality of the work is top notch. Beautiful, clean ambience and use of space. An exquisite showroom for all my outdoor desires. It's like walking into a bed, bath and beyond, for your patio. I love how they always showcase different statues, vases, and other decorations every time I visit as well.
