I would NEVER do business with this company. After getting all the work lined up for our…read morerenovations, and everything planned out, in the final stages of adjusting the details on the installation and quote they decided to ghost us. The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. My guess is this was because we called the business at 9pm. Apparently this was a deal breaker. I have contacted contractors up to 9pm before. Everyone knows 10pm is the cutoff time in polite society. If you don't know that, you should go watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm". In any event, the professional thing to do would have been to let us know that they would not like to work with us. Instead they block our number. Who does that!? If you want to waste your time, get started with these people. They will just disappoint you in the end. Unprofessional-ism is inexcusable. EDIT: Very sorry to hear about your loss. That is always tough. Beyond that, I stand by my honest review. You were not professional and my review accurately depicted the series of events. Regarding your assessment of my overall yelp reviews, that is simply false. Anyone can clock my profile and see i have a wide ranging review portfolio and leave honest details, good and bad. From the first interaction with Eli from Paradise Remodeling, we were convinced that this was the…read moreright company to hire to remodel our very outdated bathroom. Eli was extremely attentive and focused on our wishes. He asked many questions during the consultation to ensure that we were going to end up with exactly the vision and functionality we were looking for. At the end of the consultation, he provided a virtual sketch of what the bathroom would look like, and we were amazed at the fact that every detail we talked about was captured perfectly. We were assured that the commitment of Paradise Remodeling was to take care of everything along the way to make the process from start to finish a pleasant and stress-free one. That commitment was met ten-fold. One of the many positives of hiring this company was that they created a team on WhatsApp to funnel all communications through so that everyone was on the same page during the process. Another big, impressive feature hiring this company was a creation of a spreadsheet where all of the materials (fixtures, vanities, faucets, etc.) we wanted to purchase were entered in on each line item so they could be reviewed and approved measurement wise to ensure they fit in the space, and worked in the way we described to Eli. The other line items on the spreadsheet assisted with the purchase of materials needed for the job. (grout, tile, light switches, wall outlets, etc.) Also provided was a "shopping list" which we took to Lowes and Home Depot. That made things super easy! We then met with Christopher, the project manager, for the entire job. What an amazing person! He was there every step of the way to answer questions, of which we had many since we had never completely gutted a bathroom before. He was very professional, personable, and most importantly patient with all our questions. He made us feel like we were his only customer, which we knew wasn't the case. He's a busy guy! We do suspect, however, that he enjoyed working with us and made himself available because he loved coming over to see our golden retriever, Lily. The installers, Viktor and Irina, were amazing! With the exception of the demo, which another company handled, they did everything from start to finish. They showed up on time each morning, and literally walked in, said good morning, and then went right to work. I don't think I've ever met two people who physically work so hard in the home remodeling business. Home renovations do not, however, go without a few glitches here and there. We had just a few minor issues, one being a very persistent little drip in a pipe under the sink. Not to be deterred, Christopher came back each time the leak was fixed and then decided to rear its ugly head again from another location. And viola! The sink lost the fight! The message here is if there were any issues along the way, they were addressed and resolved immediately and to our complete satisfaction. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Paradise Remodeling. If you are looking for an exceptional experience with an amazing result, this company is for you. Our newly remodeled bathroom is more than we had hoped for. It's beautiful and we could not be happier.

I love how our master bathroom ultimately turned out, but unfortunately the remodeling experience…read morewith Paradise Remodeling was incredibly frustrating. The biggest problems were poor communication, no reliable schedule, and inconsistent crews, despite initially being told we would have a set crew. A major mistake early in the project required work to be completely redone, and our estimated 5-6 week renovation stretched well beyond that timeline, with additional workmanship issues continuing through the end. We were repeatedly expected to be understanding of mistakes and delays, yet when I wanted to change the paint color near completion, I was quoted an additional $500. They later offered to comp the repaint after another issue with the pony wall, but by then I simply wanted the project finished. Most disappointing was that their group chat specifically encouraged us to voice concerns so they could make things right. When I finally expressed how dissatisfied I was with the experience, I received no response--only a request for final payment. Our project manager, Chris, was kind, respectful, great with my dogs, and genuinely tried to make things right, which I appreciated. The finished bathroom is beautiful, but the lack of communication, organization, quality control, and significant delays made this an experience I would not repeat.
