First, we used KacCo over ten years ago when we relocated from out of state. Their team is knowledgeable and customer service focused, which is very important to our family. We're adding 1,100 square feet to our existing home, what we chose to do is contract with a GC and utilizing KabCo for all of our home finishes; including cabinets for kitchen, bathroom, closets and family room, all flooring, appliances and doors. They're interior designers are the best. Carlos, Julie and Daniella have been a godsend! If you're on the fence, just use them. We had our 23 year old kitchen modernized with a moderate change to our floor plan. While the price has certainly gone up since the last time we hired Carlos (while living in Pembroke Pines 2008) the finished job is absolutely gorgeous and Kabco kept us informed during the journey that took 4.5 months. My wife and I could never have imagined all of the details and ideas that go into a renovation like this. Thankfully we had Robert B as our sales and might I mention artistic director who was able to foree a number of possible problems before they happened. He also recommended the "bumped out refrigerator" enclosure (see photo below) which is surrounded by two tall cabinets. The bottoms of which all have pull out drawers which make life so much easier for seniors such as my wife and myself. Thanks also to Ozzie, our construction manager, Granda's Marble and Granite for such a gorgeous quartz countertop and backsplash fabrication job and lastly to Alfredo who was our cabinet installer. They all worked together as a team and kept the job moving until it was finished. They were also all very respectful of our home and cleaned up each day before departing the job. read more

Kabco kitchens sent the Manager project to fix the design defect. It was fixed. However, I do not recommend to anyone Kabco Kitchen because still I am very surprise about the poor quality of the cabinets and the extremely high price we paid for them. The thing is we couldn't control that the cabinets' quality that the owner showed us in the Show Room was the same that were installed in our kitchen. The reason is the cabinets doesn't have the brand on it, and Kabco didn't say, mention or less write down in the contract the brand of the cabinets. read more

Do not pay them in advance. 3 months into the project I have made nearly 90% of the payments. I haven't received a call in 2 weeks despite many attempts to reach carlos. There hasn't been work on the house in 6 weeks. To be clear, I have sent 7 emails, and made 4 calls. I don't understand why someone from kabco can't return a call and status the project. These troubles are in addition to: Cigarette butts found inside my house 2 broken hoses Poured out and set concrete in the yard When scheduling a review of the tiles to be installed, I was lied to about the show room hours. I wasted 4 hours waiting for carlos to show up after taking off of work only to find out that the show room was actually open on the weekends. The workers have no respect for the house. And the team has no urgency to complete projects. Once hired, they work at their own pace. One last thought... carlos never remembers your discussions. He still calls me by the wrong name after working on the project for 3 months. He also can't remember the color of the appliances, the paint scheme, or any other detail that I have provided. All he can remember are the design details that he suggests. Update 1. Received a call finally. Received updates and 3 different contractors will be at the house over the next three days completing projects. Update 2. Looks like an eta for a kitchen remodel from start to finish is 5 months. They estimate that they should be able to install cabinets, countertops and appliances over the next two months. Even though they have the cabinets, countertops and appliances. Looks like kabco has more than enough work to keep them busy through the new year if they can't get to my project in the next two months. read more

2 years ago we had a master bathroom , guest bath and laundry room remodeled by Kabco and they have done an outstanding job more like a wow factor! Now having confidence in design , quality of cabinets and a impeccable and talented team such as Carlos , Alex, Julie , Daniela . Now We decided to completely remodel our kitchen which will totally blow you away . Actually we loved the kitchen design so much Carlos had an idea to bring the architectural flow of the cabinets into the family room with a stone wall with led lights lightly hitting the stone wall with a 75" TV hung perfectly centered . The combination of design from both rooms produce a jaw dropping result from any visitor to our home. But words can only say so much look at the actual pictures . Outrageously overpriced. During my initial conversation I shared detailed measurements and drawings for my kitchen. I also shared what kind of budget I wanted to work with. The designer gave me an estimate of what he anticipated the cabinets would be. It was reasonable and so I gave them a $500 deposit to begin the design/estimate process. The estimate for the cabinets turned out to be way more than I had been led to believe. In fact significantly more than other estimates and practically as much as my entire project budget. I felt deceived and robbed (they do apply the deposit toward your project but if you do not hire them you lose it - and you don't even get the drawings!) read more

Kabco did a fabulous job on my kitchen and bathroom upgrade. Carlos and staff were amazing. I was never rushed during my planning frenzy. One of the posts mentioned $250 for in-home consultation. We were looking for a full kitchen renovation. We came to talk to them with our sketches. They couldn't really address any of our questions and then told us $500 just to come look at our space! Nevermind! read more
