My better half found this company and set up an appointment to go and see what color of granite they had to offer. She arrived at their office and was met by Ariel and Debbie, who were awesome and helped us along the way. We were instructed to visit a company that offers all types of natural stones in all colors. Luckily we were able to find the color we were looking for and advised Full Service and the process began to get an estimate and set up a date to have the project completed. This is a truly professional company with lots of knowledge with the natural stone industry. Ariel measured everything perfectly and no problems were encountered. The crew arrived and began the demo and creating the new kitchen, they were very clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this company for any home remodeling project.. We liked Ariel and his team so much and we were so impressed with the quality and speed of the work that we wanted to use them for more. Over a 5-month period, we used Ariel and Full Service to renovate several bathrooms, a home gym, our pool house and our kitchen. Ariel's team showed up promptly every day and they were incredibly professional and kind and made the process of renovating seamless. Their consistent work schedule made it very easy on our family. Ariel is very hands on and would check in every morning to ensure projects were on track. He is incredibly detailed oriented and always went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I greatly enjoyed working with him and his team, and we love the outcome of each and every project. We would recommend Full Service to anyone and we can't imagine using anyone else for our home needs moving forward!

I am beyond thrilled to share my renovation experience with Cutting Edge! It's our first-time home…read moreowning, and we bought a loft in Coconut Grove that required a lot of TLC. From the moment we decided to renovate our kitchen, living room, floors, and sheet rock, Alejandro, our project manager, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. No text message went unanswered. In fact, he always replied within seconds! His dedication to our project and outstanding communication truly exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, our kitchen makeover is nothing short of spectacular. We had a vision of creating a modern and functional space that would become the heart of our home. We wanted a WOW factor, and Alejandro brought it to life with exceptional precision. From the sleek cabinetry to the stylish countertops and backsplash. Every detail was meticulously executed. The flooring installation was equally impressive. Alejandro not only helped us choose the perfect flooring option for our vibe, but handled the installation with utmost care. Our floors now showcase a modern, durable finish that instantly elevates the ambiance of our loft. As for the sheet rock, Alejandro and his team worked diligently to smooth out imperfections and create a seamless finish throughout the loft. Their attention to detail was evident, leaving us with perfectly smooth walls that serve as the perfect canvas for our interior decor. I'd heard horror stories of contractors, especially in Miami. Everyone is shocked when I tell them how amazing Cutting Edge was. Alejandro's expertise and professionalism were invaluable throughout the entire process. He communicated with us DAILY and HOURLY. Every morning we'd have a team huddle to discuss what the schedule was and what to expect. He kept us updated on the progress and ensured that our vision was taken seriously at every stage of the renovation. His input and suggestions were invaluable. Never once did he say, "we can't do that." He found a solution for everyything. His problem-solving skills are beyond commendable, swiftly addressing even the most minor of challenges that arose along the way. Moreover, the crew of workers he brought into our loft were not only skilled professionals but extremely courteous and respectful. They treated our home as if it were their own, leaving it clean and tidy at the end of each day. Alejandro's seamless coordination between the various teams involved in our project was impressive, and the timeline was adhered to impeccably. I want to also call out WAD Designs, who handle our kitchen design. Isabel and her team walked us through lighting, color and style, and choosing appliances. We had no clue what we were doing--we didn't even know how to choose the right materials--but with the combined efforts of both Alejandro and Isabel, they taught us everything we needed to know. No question was too ridiculous to ask, and I am walking away from this renovation with a whole set of new knowledge. The end result is nothing short of our dream space that we are PROUD to call our home. We owe it all to Alejandro and the Cutting Edge family. If it isn't clear: I wholeheartedly recommend Alejandro and Cutting Edge to anyone seeking high-quality home renovation services. If you want a team that not only delivers outstanding results but also prioritizes customer satisfaction, look no further. We felt part of a family with them. Thank you, Alejandro, for your patience, fortitude, and hard work in transforming a space into a home!

[Part 2] Jeff was…read moreconsistent with every wrinkle we ran in to. What irritates me to no end is when contractors do not give me options and just tell me that they will have to tear everything down, for example, and say they have to start from scratch which will implicate a higher cost. To me, those contractors don't have or even worse don't want to give solutions and would rather go down a path that would lead to disappointment. Jeffrey is allergic to disappointment and he will go out of his way to ensure he has given his best to explore all options. Jeffrey always assured me that this was my home and at the end of the day, I have to live with what I chose. Thank you. Yes 100%. I prefer this than being given no choice. I identified imperfect tiles where there were cracks and unevenness with the grouts and had marked them so they can be replaced. When I was away for work travels, Jeffrey ensured that the fixes would be done. After a week away from home, I come home to see that indeed Jeffrey followed through with his word. Jeffrey will ensure the project is finished top to bottom, beginning to end. Jeffrey will not cut corners even if it's easier for him and his team to. It is not in his bone to skip quality control. German is another MVP on the team and in fact he is an artist. All original floor trims were removed because I was trying to achieve a minimalistic look. German and his subs installed my European invisible doors and the last finishing touch to these invisible doors is compounding the wall seamlessly to make them "invisible". My past experience with contractors is that they use terrible subs who don't care and are simply new or just unskilled. German noticed that one of the doors was installed in a slight slant. For invisible doors, the line has to be perfectly straight vertical down and perfectly horizontal. No slants. He noticed there was an ever slight slant. He told the sub to reinstall the door, "I don't care, redo it, it is not straight". That is leadership and principle that German did not want to compromise. For the walls, watching the skills of German and another sub smoothly finish the walls with brushlike strokes, it's like an artpiece being put together right in front of you. German has an eye, and he corrects them himself or commands the sub to fix the quirks. You need this and every homeowner would appreciate this level of detail. At the end of the whole project, one of their subs had accidentally dropped his tool on my tile which made a small dent on the new tile floor. It was really unfortunate that this happened. I recognize that it was an accident and it is not a reflection of the quality work that MT team had delivered up until now. However, this could have left a sour experience for me had MT team just simply moved on because this project was now complete. This dent was not worth their time. The dent was so tiny about less than a quarter of an inch in diameter but the fact that it happened and that I could see the dent, it would forever bother me. Jeffrey assured me that they would fix this even when they had started other projects. Jeffrey and Julio had gone out of their way to make sure that they found the right colour to fill in that dent. They went back and forth from my condo to the hardware store 3 times in between projects to ensure that they had the right colour to fill the hole. To me, this was the final closure to complete the project. Miami brings a lot of hustling entrepreneurs to the market and unfortunately also comes with unskilled workers and many crooked business management which have been my past experiences with vendors and contractors. It has been a breath of fresh air working with MT Team; I can trust them. Renovations are never a linear smooth process and there will be moments that will require discussion and renegotiations. I can logically communicate and reason with MT team because Roland is logical and honest which you cannot do with the many crooks in Miami. I can trust that Roland can be honest in situations where the process has not been as planned and so would require readjustments to cost and timelines. I can rely on Jeffrey and German to ensure the level of work that their teams bring is excellent. It is up to you as the owner to do the quality checks as well. Not just on the contractor. It is up to the owner to communicate to the contractor not just complain at the end. Communicate to the contractor and allow the contractor to present solutions. Give them the opportunity to carry through their solution to the end. It requires both sides to work together to manifest beautiful work - both the homeowner and the GC. It's been my greatest pleasure to work with MT team and I look forward to working with them again in the future! Sincerely, Helena Kim
