The flooring installation was equally impressive. Alejandro not only helped us choose the perfect flooring option for our vibe, but handled the installation with utmost care. Never once did he say, "we can't do that." He found a solution for everyything. His problem-solving skills are beyond commendable, swiftly addressing even the most minor of challenges that arose along the way. Moreover, the crew of workers he brought into our loft were not only skilled professionals but extremely courteous and respectful. They treated our home as if it were their own, leaving it clean and tidy at the end of each day. They came out to my home, gave me an estimate within a couple days from my initial call. It was a fair price for the work being done. They presented us drawings and a draft estimate within the time they told us. They clearly stood out from the rest, and we decided to move forward. They were always very professional, and when they said they were going to be there, they were. They started our job and were there every day with the exception of times we held them up. We had an unexpected delay on the delivery of one of our appliances, and Beatriz, and Elizardo were extremely caring, flexible, and accommodating. Once the appliance came in, within a week they were back on the job until completion. With the progress they made every day we could not wait to get home to see what they had done. Beclam Construction completely changed our kitchen, laundry room, and entertainment center. They removed walls, evened out other walls, completely rebuilt our entertainment center. The level of skill, craftmanship, and attention to detail are amazing. We had a dream, and they far exceeded our expectations with more than we could have ever imagined.
