I spent a large amount of money remodeling my kitchen with them and a year later my paint is comimg off. I reached out to Monica for retouch paint and she has strung me along and never followed through. Excuse after excuse! Very disappointed! I do not normally write reviews, except that our extremely positive experience working with the team at Kitchen & Décor should be shared with other homeowners looking for a reputable company to renovate their homes. When we set out to find a company to update our entire home, it was a daunting task since we had only heard horror stories from our friends & family of unreliability and poor craftsmanship. I researched and contacted several different companies, some were responsive, some scheduled estimates and never showed up, and then it came down to 3 companies that made it to doing a walk-through and providing an estimate. We ended up choosing Kitchen and Décor, based on their experience and knowledge, and the very detailed estimate that made us feel more comfortable that there may be fewer surprises with additional costs along the way. It also was a bonus to have Monica to work with on the kitchen design as she provided valuable insight regarding the functionality. Once the project began, we were amazed from the first day at the pace and consistency of the work being performed. The team showed up every day promptly at 8:30 am for weeks including some Saturdays. Since we were living in the home during this extensive project (replacing all lighting, floors, trim, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and glass enclosure for the office), it was especially appreciated that all of the team members working in our home, from the painters, tilers, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters, were very professional, kind, and great to work with. We interacted with Roberto so much it felt like he was an extension of our family We are very happy with the outcome and the quality of the work. Any concerns that we had along the way were quickly addressed. I can not say enough about how great it was to work with Monica, Roberto, Jasmin, Hugo, and the rest of the team. Living through a renovation is hard, but they truly made it the best possible experience. We will and have already highly recommended Kitchen and Decor to our family, friends, and co-workers. read more

This was not what I expected at all. The designer comes in having a personal conversation. She comes in and literally spends under 15 minutes. She seems to take some notes. Never offers an idea about anything that could or should not be done. She told us that she would send us an estimate in a week. That was months ago. Apparently, she got the impression that we were not worthy of her time. Or that we could not afford what she had to offer. Nevertheless, we were able to find an amazing company that did a superb job. No thanks to Monica. She lacked professionalism and was downright arrogant. Please don't waste your time. She will most certainly act as though you are wasting hers. Kitchen & Decor Center is a small, family-run business that did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel at a very reasonable price. Monica is the designer and her husband Roberto is the general contractor who oversees the work crews. Prior to finding Kitchen & Decor Center, we had approached two other firms, but neither firm was able to come up with an acceptable design. It was as if they were trying to fit us into their cookie-cutter vision of what the kitchen should look like, rather than listening to us and designing what we wanted. Conversely, Monica worked with us in designing exactly the kitchen that we wanted. After listening to us describe what we were looking for, she put together a design presentation, including 3D drawings. She managed to do what other firms said was impossible given our space limitations. After a couple of modifications, we accepted the proposed design and then the demo work began the following week. Not only was the design to our liking, but the materials picked out by Monica were exquisite. We receive compliments from everyone who comes over to our house. The entire project from demo to installation took about three weeks, not counting a slight delay in completion of the finishing touches due to suspension of work in March due to the coronavirus quarantine. Both Monica and Roberto were always available to answer any questions or concerns that arose during the process, both by phone and by email. read more

This is the kind of place you've got to go if your wife is nagging you for remodeling. Monica was extremely well versed on everything decore and design. It made everything so easy for. I'm still shocked how she managed to help my wife pick flooring for our upstairs and down, master bath tiles, shower, bathroom cabinets accent tiles tub, sinks. Then kitchen cabinets, flooring, back splash and quartz countertop. The best part was when my wife said in the end. 'I'm so excited'. The thought of a kitchen remodel can be an intimidating and frankly scary experience. But, after numerous recommendations from friends and neighbors I decided to try Kitchen and Decor. They have a beautiful showroom with numerous examples to compare from. I worked with Monica to help me design the kitchen of my dreams. She has an obvious wealth of knowledge and expertise and guided me through the process. After a few design changes, I had my perfect kitchen design. She also show me the best options for quartz and directed me to the best places for granite slabs to choose at a reasonable price. Finally the cabinet and quartz fabricators and installers were prompt and completed the installations in a timely, efficient and professional manner. I hired Kitchen and Decor to remodel my kitchen. They were by far the best price and the quality of the cabinets and countertop is very good. They also reconfigured the kitchen, moving a wall and closing a doorway as well as installing the black splash, appliances, farmhouse sink and open shelving. They came when they said they would, kept me appraised of any issues and did an excellent job of communicating throughout the entire process. I absolutely love my new kitchen! We had a great experience during our remodel with Kitchen and Decor! My wife and I hired Roberto and Monica for a full house remodel. Our house is approx. 1,000 sqft and the remodel included a new kitchen, new bathroom, skim coating, painting, floor removal and installation. Additionally, we purchased our kitchen cabinets from their store, Kitchen and Decor, and we could not be happier with them! Not only were they economical, but are beautiful, durable, and have soft close technology. We also purchase our wood-look tiles through them and the tiling is one of our favorite parts of the house! This full project only took one month! They have a great team and are very thorough. They also made sure we were aware of any recommendations or additional work that needed to be performed. The price for any change order was communicated to us and approved before work was performed. Finally, they were very prompt with any communications. We are so excited to move into our newly remodeled home and cannot thank the Kitchen and Decor team enough! read more
