The gentleman that came over, got off his car with a laptop and no measuring tape. He spent 45 minutes showing me pictures of the owner, his family, and their business. He also schooled me on google and yelp reviews. After about 40 minutes gave me a quote without measuring my door. When I asked him how come it was so high he said that because I'm only doing one door their crew would be losing time to the company as the crew could be at another property installing more than just a door. They wasted 45 Minutes of my time trying to sell me their company. When I called ASP I had already done my due diligence and read reviews, they shouldn't have wasted my time.

The result was a door that didn't slide properly, had a gap in two different areas that allowed both excessive noise and dirt from the road to come through at will. A year of trying to get them to come back out and sort the issue has gone ignored. They don't pick up my calls, or return my texts. I left it a few months and they must've accidentally picked up my call, said they'd send a tech, and a week passed and they had gone back underground. Bottom line, I called another company to fix their issue - almost $1500 - they came out to quote in 24 hours and had me on the schedule the next week. If I could give Advance Glass Contractors 0* I would. I was beyond patient and they simply could not care less to fix their awful job.
