Completely ghosted me (both calls and text messages). In fact I thought perhaps he simply went out of business until I saw their truck recently leaving a shopping plaza around my work. The countertop delivered to me is matted grey. Talking to the vendor, they refused to do anything to help me. From the moment I walked in, I advised I wanted something white/white tone for my white kitchen. If the vendor knew that this piece looks more grey in a larger standing, this should've been information that I should've been provided with before I made my purchase. Buyers beware: this product is NOT white at all - GREY.
