This vendor seems to have excellent reviews and they probably do excellent work. My review is 100% related to communication and engagement when reaching out for a quote for services. Without getting in to the details, I reached out to them, provided pictures informed them of the work I needed done (which was not a lot by the way) and was told they would get back to me. Full disclosure they did tell me they had to check their schedule as they had quite a bit of work that week. I told them it would be fine as I was in no rush. Trying to be fair and transparent here. Well they never did and I reached out a second time to see what was going on with no response. Only thing I can think is that my job was so small, it was of no interest to them so they never got back to me. Really not an issue if that is the case (I understand) but I would have appreciated them telling me that was the case if they were busy with other projects and did not have time to assist me. So I suspect they can get the job done based on other reviews (which is why I reached out) but it may take a little elbow grease on your part to actually get a quote from them if you have a very small job. I needed Spanish floor tile - they had 4 options. I needed Talavera decorative tiles - they had more than 2 dozen designs to choose from. All were fairly priced and available the next day.
