We are always looking for a good partner on our projects, which in Miami is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Garcia is one of the few vendors we've encountered that actually values our business. We have been trying to install impact windows in all of the properties we manage. We probably spent about a year unsuccessfully trying to make this project happen before a neighbor recommended Garcia. One thing to note is that Garcia is a distributor of Lawson windows. They don't take measurements or do the installation for you. However, they will provide you with a lot of advice and feedback if you have questions about window sizes, the different styles of windows and doors, egress requirements, etc, etc. They are family owned and operated and have been in business for nearly 50 years. It's obvious that they truly care about their customers. We wanted to order windows for several properties before a price increase takes effect for 2021. They worked with us until 9PM on a Friday night to accommodate our order. Installing windows is a pretty big financial undertaking. There is a large upfront cost for the materials, and it can be a little unsettling to fork over several thousand dollars and then wait for 6-8 weeks for delivery. Garcia takes away a lot of that anxiety by being responsive, reliable and customer-focused. Thanks, Leo, Elizabeth and Daniel!

Leo also allows for you to email your sketch for estimates to be provided as in his words "has is expensive"

Several things screams outstanding about this company…read more 1) I provided pictures of what needs to be fixed. They gave me a quote through Yelp. They didn't give me an AI response saying they need to come by to do an estimate or do a consultation. I appreciate the clear answer. 2) prompt responses within the Yelp messaging system. Awesome. 3) the quote was very accurate. They said "this price to fix" and "this price if and when added materials are needed" Cool, I have a very good idea of what to expect.. 4) Luis the technician came on time!! 5) Luis took his time to carefully fix the frame, he preserved my mesh, so I didn't have to pay more to replace the mesh. (I appreciate that so much). Also, he took extra time to adjust everything and make sure everything fits and go back the right way. 6) Take Zelle, sent me a receipt and then told me there is a one year warranty, because he knew I might not look at the receipt. LOL. Yes, recommend!!

I'll be honest, I did check out other vendors and decided to go with QDD because of his experience. Well here I am today letting you know my thoughts and experience. From my very first call to the store I was treated with professionalism and kindness. I was not to familiar with the area and they gave me landmarks. I arrived to a clean, organized and with lots of options store. I had the measurements so a very accurate estimate was given. The following day Alex came out to my house to do the final measurements and finalized my order. I was explained the process the day prior by Melisa (I think that was her name, sorry) and she answered all my questions (plenty). Alex also explained to me the work in detail. My order was delayed (COVID) but was kept informed at all times. Upon delivery of my door I was given the choice to come in and inspect but they assured me that they do their own quality check. Installation was scheduled and Roger came out to my home to install. I have recently done lots of jobs on home and I am beyond surprised of the work Roger did.
