I was very impressed. I was mostly impressed by the experience of shopping there. Giovanni was very patient and very knowledgeable and he guided us through our choices, which turned out to be great. My front doors are beautiful. Everyone loves them. The owner George and Heidi followed up extensively after the installation to make sure that we were 100 % satisfied with everything. Most recently, George came back out as soon as I requested due to an issue related to the warranty on the hardware. The issue was resolved quickly and we remain 100% satisfied and willing to use them again for any of our door purchases in the future. So, if anyone is in the market for a new door of any kind do not hesitate to contact them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more My experience with Doors Galour in Miami has been, without question, one of the worst experiences I have EVER had with a company. The biggest issue is reliability and follow-through. Promises are made, but they consistently fail to deliver on them. Whether it is returning a phone call, keeping a scheduled appointment, following through on a commitment, or standing behind their work, the experience has been extremely frustrating, and almost impossible. What makes the situation even worse is that your project is essentially held hostage until they receive full payment upfront. Once you have committed to the project, getting the level of communication, accountability, and service you would reasonably expect becomes incredibly difficult. A company should stand behind the work it performs and do what it says it is going to do. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Doors Galour. There was weather stripping gaps and light shinning through the door jam, I asked for them to return to fix it and they said it is too far and they will mail me the material so I could do there warranty work!!!!!! Also the quality and craftsmanship of the paint is less to be desired. Hard to tell from pictures posted but paint bleeds into the glass. Not that this is acceptable in any home, not to mention a 2 million dollar one. I have dealt with many companies over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the most unreliable and frustrating experiences I have ever had. If communication, accountability, keeping commitments, and standing behind the finished product are important to you, I would strongly recommend doing your due diligence before choosing this company.

I decided to get 5 different quotes and compare them based on price, reputation and the overall "vibe" I would get from their representative. He answered all of my questions and actually asked me a few which was something that no one else had. I could tell he had a genuine pride for his work and loved what he does. Robert was up front about pricing and didn't play any games. We discussed financing and I decided to go with him. The install went flawless and Prime Window did an amazing job to keep the mess to a minimum. The windows look amazing and my home is safe for storms (and much more energy efficient). THIS WOMAN IS A CRIMINAL, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!…read more After giving relatively fair pricing, this person installed while I was away on a work trip. Not only was the work sub-par, and the glass damaged, but she ignored multiple attempts to rectify the situation, ignoring not only me, and my wife, but also our outreach from a third phone number. The shower glass is chipped and scratched and the trim is broken. The patio glass is too big for the table, and extremely dangerous, knowing full well I have a 1 year old and my wife is currently pregnant. Not to mention she put the covers on backwards and half-assed so the rain got underneath the cover and rusted the brand new, never been used table. This person is just evil. She is no different than every other crooked contractor in this town, and given the amount of glass shops in the area, I really plead with you to use someone else. Read the comments on the review sites, she's a criminal.
