My front doors are beautiful. Everyone loves them. The owner George and Heidi followed up extensively after the installation to make sure that we were 100 % satisfied with everything. Most recently, George came back out as soon as I requested due to an issue related to the warranty on the hardware. The issue was resolved quickly and we remain 100% satisfied and willing to use them again for any of our door purchases in the future. The biggest issue is reliability and follow-through. Promises are made, but they consistently fail to deliver on them. Whether it is returning a phone call, keeping a scheduled appointment, following through on a commitment, or standing behind their work, the experience has been extremely frustrating, and almost impossible. What makes the situation even worse is that your project is essentially held hostage until they receive full payment upfront. Once you have committed to the project, getting the level of communication, accountability, and service you would reasonably expect becomes incredibly difficult. A company should stand behind the work it performs and do what it says it is going to do. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Doors Galour. There was weather stripping gaps and light shinning through the door jam, I asked for them to return to fix it and they said it is too far and they will mail me the material so I could do there warranty work!!!!!! Also the quality and craftsmanship of the paint is less to be desired. Hard to tell from pictures posted but paint bleeds into the glass. Not that this is acceptable in any home, not to mention a 2 million dollar one. I have dealt with many companies over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the most unreliable and frustrating experiences I have ever had. If communication, accountability, keeping commitments, and standing behind the finished product are important to you, I would strongly recommend doing your due diligence before choosing this company.

I spoke with Hector he gave me his word that our windows would be up by Thanksgiving. Now they are saying some time after thanksgiving but they can't give us a date. Horrible experience so far. They never return your calls. They lie and tell you "you are number 15" on the list the next time you call all of a sudden you are number 20. They prioritize the "Big Jobs" and say they are short staffed. This is not the company you want to hire TRUST me. They hold on to your deposit and they are backed up so they take your money and make you wait a year. So unprofessional. Take your money to someone who will deliver better service. This review was entered 2 weeks ago and the company has yet to respond. My husband reached out to Hector the owner and Everytime they say "he left the office" or he doesn't respond. Meanwhile they still have our deposit and no windows have been installed. At this point we may need to take legal action.
