The biggest issue is reliability and follow-through. Promises are made, but they consistently fail to deliver on them. Whether it is returning a phone call, keeping a scheduled appointment, following through on a commitment, or standing behind their work, the experience has been extremely frustrating, and almost impossible. What makes the situation even worse is that your project is essentially held hostage until they receive full payment upfront. Once you have committed to the project, getting the level of communication, accountability, and service you would reasonably expect becomes incredibly difficult. A company should stand behind the work it performs and do what it says it is going to do. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Doors Galour. There was weather stripping gaps and light shinning through the door jam, I asked for them to return to fix it and they said it is too far and they will mail me the material so I could do there warranty work!!!!!! Also the quality and craftsmanship of the paint is less to be desired. Hard to tell from pictures posted but paint bleeds into the glass. Not that this is acceptable in any home, not to mention a 2 million dollar one. I have dealt with many companies over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the most unreliable and frustrating experiences I have ever had. If communication, accountability, keeping commitments, and standing behind the finished product are important to you, I would strongly recommend doing your due diligence before choosing this company.

Several things screams outstanding about this company…read more 1) I provided pictures of what needs to be fixed. They gave me a quote through Yelp. They didn't give me an AI response saying they need to come by to do an estimate or do a consultation. I appreciate the clear answer. 2) prompt responses within the Yelp messaging system. Awesome. 3) the quote was very accurate. They said "this price to fix" and "this price if and when added materials are needed" Cool, I have a very good idea of what to expect.. 4) Luis the technician came on time!! 5) Luis took his time to carefully fix the frame, he preserved my mesh, so I didn't have to pay more to replace the mesh. (I appreciate that so much). Also, he took extra time to adjust everything and make sure everything fits and go back the right way. 6) Take Zelle, sent me a receipt and then told me there is a one year warranty, because he knew I might not look at the receipt.
