I had a great experience with this company after a really bad night. It took me a while to call them, but after waiting for another company to never show up, I decided to give it a try and we are very happy with their quick response. They repaired one of my windows immediately (a problem left by another company that never returned, after installing my new windows) and covered my broken door with wood until the next day. In the morning, another guy from Ameriglass called me to confirm that he was on his way, but we weren't home. He told me that he was going to check if it was possible to finish the job from outside. All 3 times no call and no show. every time I called back to reschedule they gave an excuse or said they had another day on there calendar. all employees are new and took them literally 20mins to measure 1 window. this company does not value customer service and I do not recommend. roll your dice with someone else. read more

I was sent paperwork Went to the bank got my signature notarized and mailed it. I was told they didn't receive it I continuously asked for them to send me more paperwork . A contract , 2 canceled checks ..... the last one was a con to get me to give them another $950 .00 . I was told he had to fire everyone . I had a friend call him because they would not answer the phone to me . He asked him if he wanted a job ! My friend ( he is an installer of glass ) said no ! He was calling on my behalf . I was told 10-14 weeks for the windows to arrive but they arrived right around the timeframe he had given us and the next day were at our home getting to work. We are Hurricane Ian victims. Feels like we are completely being taken advantage of- It has been a nightmare dealing with this company since December! Paul took a $20,000 deposit from us like the world would end if we didn't drop everything to write him a check immediately. Javier tells us he's going to call us back but never does. Leo the owner tells us he's going to call us back but never does. Jay tells us he's going to call us back with an issue with an order mess up. Leo's son says he's going to inform the office of the issues, and I never get a call. Not only are we and our town at a huge loss but here we are being ripped away from our sanity, again, with feeling robbed by shady acts. Wish I read the reviews better prior. Beginning to think our job is way too big for them. Which Paul had no problem walking into my home, selling me expensive doors, with the biggest smile on his face. We had a glass door for our company which required repair. I contacted Ameriglass Contractors and was provided a proposal for the amount of $2,235. We were asked to provide 50% ($1117.50) prior to be work being done and the remaining to be paid once the job was completed. The 50% was paid on November 10, 2022 and after numerous calls and emails the job was completed on November 29, 2022 and of course they they asked for the 50% on that same day but our company credit card was compromised. However during that time (12.1.22) we received our November expense report and it showed that Ameriglass took two payments on 11.10.22 for $1162.20 which is a total of $2,324.20. I contacted them to inform them of the charges and requested they provide me an invoice for the amount charged so that I can include that with my expense report, I sent them an email on 12.9.22 making the request as well to date, 1.18.23 nothing, the phone rings out, voicemail box is filled and I kept calling and was told just because I am calling so often I will not get what I having been asking for over a month I will have to wait. This is not the way business is suppose to be done. The ethics of this company is very lacking and there is no amount of excuse that they could provide that they cannot do simple things but if the tables were turned I am certain they would be hound dogs for what they want. I will however not recommend them to anyone especially for what I consider a minor request being something made to be so difficult. read more

He fixed the window and we fixed another one that needed to replaced. He was very professional and organize. They replaced the windows within an hour and left the place clean. I just had a window replaced by Ameriglass and I could not be happier with their service, price and professionalism. Last night, I noticed I had a crack in one of my windows and having no names of reputable contractors, I went to YELP, completed a request and within seconds, received a message from Leo at Ameriglass. While I did receive a few other responses and quotes, Leo's not only came first, but he was by far, the most helpful on the call. Although he had only 4 reviews (even though all were 5 stars), I am always skeptical of any service provider I don't know or those which have not been recommended to me from friends. Nevertheless, I felt immediately comfortable that he would get the job done right and immediately as I needed it to be done. This morning, his people showed up who were both very nice, they measured the window and provided a real quote. Since they did not have the glass with them and would need to return, I was a little concerned that the job would not get done today and with the long weekend coming, maybe not even until early next week. Notwithstanding, I received a call within minutes from the time they left that they would be returning within the hour to get the job done and that is exactly what they did. Through Yelp, I requested more than 10 estimates regarding my window repair needs. Ameriglass responded immediately with details regarding their availability for a technician to come out and also provided a fair estimate over the phone based on photos I provided. The technicians arrived on time, were very professional and offered to check other windows for similar defects. The technician informed me that the repairs would require a special part that could take up to 2 days. Later that same evening the technician called to say the part was available and if I was available they were willing to complete the repair that evening. I discovered one of my larger windows was broken two days before Christmas. I contacted Ameriglass and was surprised that they were available to make repairs on Christmas Eve.
