Nour came out several times to ensure that every aspect of the order was correct and even brought out other expert team members (David) to ensure accurate measurements and design elements. Nour and Junior kept me apprised of the status throughout the project. I received emailed photos of the progress each step of the way and updates on the status of the installs We did a final detailed walk through of the design in Nour's office for each window. They have a great showroom that helped us decide on the design elements. The products were delivered when promised and installed by very careful technicians. One window was damaged during install and was quickly replaced. The team at HW&S were very courteous and respectful of our home, sealing off the interior work spaces to minimize the amount of dust that would wind up inside. The windows were expensive but very high quality and help to reduce outside noise and heat. I would definitely recommend HW&S for new windows.

I am only posting this so that the general public can see the poor quality job done at my property…read more Do not use this company! They ruined my beautiful property! Obviously from the pictures you can clearly see that these windows were not sealed properly. I will have to spend thousands to hire someone else to correct the unbelievably wrong damage done here. I was promised by Omar that it would be clean and professionally finished from all angles. You can see that that was not done. There's leaks coming in from the window, and after many attempts to try and get done properly, I finally had to stop trying because it was clear that his company could not do the job correctly even though they came back a couple times. There was an inspection done and I don't know how, somehow it passed, however my tenant has to endure alot of water coming in every time it rains. This company blamed the building for having leaks, and although that is something that happens in most South Florida buildings, however you can still clearly see from the pictures with sloppy edges collecting soil over time, they did not do their job correctly. I am overwhelmed by how horrible this looks, and so dissatisfied regarding the rain water intrusion issue! These new windows were supposed to be an improvement, I wish I never used this company! Beware.

We called numerous companies, and most didn't answer or call back. We began running into the same road-block. The companies that did answer said they were too busy or quoted unreasonably expensive prices, leaving us to imagine no one wanted to take on a job of only one set of doors. Luis and Rick communicated with me through multiple calls and texts. They were patient and answered numerous questions and provided us with multiple quotes for different designs that we liked. They were very honest with me and recommended against some options I was considering (whereas most companies would jump at the opportunity to up-charge). Once we decided on a style, we placed our order. They called/messaged me several times to update me on the status of my order. Once my door arrived, we found some scratches on it and upon informing Luis, he had it picked up and a new one made and delivered. No pushback, no arguing. We felt the need to leave an honest review since we are so content with the outcome - some minor setbacks, but handled very professionally. Installation day came and Tony and his helper arrived on time and spent most of their day installing our door. Tony is very meticulous and professional. Incredible workmanship, attention to detail, patient, and constantly cleaning after himself. I cannot say enough about how well he completed this project. Our door came out amazing and we cannot believe how much better our home looks. Thank you to Rick, Luis, and Tony for an amazing experience.
