Their quote was competitive, and Michael efficiently handled all necessary building and city permits. While it took a few months for the materials to arrive, the installation of the glass doors was quick. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the finish touches provided by the company. The roof was left with deep digs, the paint along the windows was not matched and chipped, and overall lacking in attention to detail. Despite reaching out to Michael about these issues, our messages and calls went unanswered. Due to the poor quality of work, attention to details and lack of follow-up customer service, I cannot recommend Vision Impact Glass and will not be working with them again in the future.

A&M's salesperson Jason answered questions in an extremely timely manner. If I wrote the email in the evening or on the weekend, he responded. I couldn't have asked for a better sales professional. They even worked with me to install the doors I wanted, even though I did not purchase the doors from them. They installed all the windows and doors in one day. Three trucks and at least 6 employees. They sent back one installer the following day to install the window sills. I could not be happier. Other than some dust (expected) you would never even know they were here. They cleaned up every bit of scrap and removed the old windows, screens and frames. The employees could not have been nicer (even with my non-existent Spanish). I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are thinking about doing your doors and windows

Obviously from the pictures you can clearly see that these windows were not sealed properly. I will have to spend thousands to hire someone else to correct the unbelievably wrong damage done here. I was promised by Omar that it would be clean and professionally finished from all angles. You can see that that was not done. There's leaks coming in from the window, and after many attempts to try and get done properly, I finally had to stop trying because it was clear that his company could not do the job correctly even though they came back a couple times. There was an inspection done and I don't know how, somehow it passed, however my tenant has to endure alot of water coming in every time it rains. This company blamed the building for having leaks, and although that is something that happens in most South Florida buildings, however you can still clearly see from the pictures with sloppy edges collecting soil over time, they did not do their job correctly. I am overwhelmed by how horrible this looks, and so dissatisfied regarding the rain water intrusion issue! These new windows were supposed to be an improvement, I wish I never used this company!
