He told us that we would be getting one year free of finance charges, so we had a year to pay it off and we purchase at the time because of the promotion. I now come to find out that we have a regular finance loan and we have been accruing finance charges since June. So besides all the problems with communications, they lied. They are unprofessional and to date I still have NOT received my window screens. They sent David a supposed technician who struggled to take measurements. . Well the next encounter with him turned into a shouting match over the phone he was rude and very disrespectful. A week later the company sent him back. He was on the phone again yelling and very threatening. At this point I did not want him to come near me. He has an anger management problem. To date still no screen Why would they choose to send David again. Beware Stay far away. I will be putting in a complaint with the proper agency. Very Unacceptable shame shame on you!!
