As a responsible person, I must submit this review. PLEASE use caution before you hire this…read morecompany. Window and Door installation company. Supplies materials from ES Windows and Doors LLC. When I tried to cancel my project, Mr. Benhamou told me he had ordered materials and will lien my property if I cancel. He refused to provide verification of order. We were stuck. Accepted to work with them rather than have a lien. They knew nothing about Martin County Building Department permitting/inspection process. I had to instruct them. No one that comes to your property speaks or understands English. Atleast they pretend they don't. In converstion, Mr. Benhamou tells you he is a GC. He is not. It is legal, but he uses another person's license. He is simply a salesman. He meets to get your business and you never see him again. Thls company caused SUBSTANTIAL, unnecessary damage to our property due to their rushed installation and carelessness (photos available) that we had to discover on our own inspection of the installation. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! They closed out the permit foregoing a final walk-thru to determine descripencies with material and their work. Three non-operational windows with no committment of when they will repair. I am not able to find license for the name of the company they sent to our home for installation. They are not employees of FIP LLC. According to public record, Florida Impact Pro LLC has only been in business for months. August 2025. No BBB rating due to brief time in business and no track record. My husband and I work successfu lly in the real estate and construction contracting business. We have never experienced such an awful installation. It's important to bring attention to companies like this to prevent other homeowners from enduring what we have experienced. Services not listed.

Replacement of 20 windows/door with impact rated…read more Overall satisfaction: 3/5 While I'm pleased with the installation and the product itself, some issues impacted my satisfaction. Delivery and logistics: 2/5 Some materials arrived late and incorrect, delaying the commissioning. There was a lack of ownership from Locktight to follow up on the delivery process. Despite multiple visits for measurements, the main door arrived with the wrong opening range direction, and one of the largest windows was installed two months after the first installation. A truck with a 12-foot container of 20 windows arrived on Friday to offload when the installation was planned for Monday, but there was no space to store the materials, and they had to be held. I could not get a clear idea of the status of the non-received materials until two months after the installation, preventing from scheduling the final inspection, and that resulted into a violation notice by the community. On-site project management: 4.5/5 The execution went smoothly, with nearly 20 windows and doors replaced within three days. The workers made efforts to cover everything surrounding the area to protect from dust, although major cleaning was still necessary afterward. At least one person could speak English and communicate efficiently, and the on-site workers were polite and respectful. Product quality: 4/5 The materials come from Colombia, and so far, there have been no concerns. However, the latches have an uncommon arrangement, especially the casement window type, which is difficult to open. Customer service: 2.5/5 While I was able to reach customer service easily every time I called, I did not receive specific answers about the back orders for several weeks. When I asked to escalate the issue to the managers, I did not receive an immediate response or follow-up until days after the request. Cost: 3/5 among the three quotes I collected for the job Locktight cost was the one in the middle. Note: Locktight will claim to handle all the paperwork for HOA permit, but many associations do not allow third parties to work directly with them, which was my case, and resulted into administrative efforts.

Locktight did a complete window and door replacement for approximately $50,000. One of the sliding…read moredoors they installed had the wrong door that activated. They never asked us what door should slide but looking at our floor layout it should have been easy to decide. after installation we asked them to change the active door or make both active. After a lot of discussion we were told no problem but would have to wait till the job was completed. of course after the job was completed we were told they would not correct the situation.
