5 stars all the way. The back story, finally got tired of having to lean my 275lb frame into the sliders to get them to budge. In fairness, the rollers are original equipment dating back to the days when Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom was the Sunday night family deal. Called SLF and booked an appointment for an estimate. Window was 2-4pm Sunday.... yes Sunday. At 2:02, got a call the tech would arrive in 25 minutes. He was there in 19. After a 15 minute inspection of all 9 sliders, the estimate was ready. Price was fair and a military discount was offered. Short end, every slider now runs the whole track with a fingertip push. I'm actually afraid I'll forget and send one flying. Tracks were scrubbed and all debris cleaned, bagged and taken to the trash. We wish more companies instilled that same sense of pride in their staff. Marlin Perkins would have been proud. read more

This company came out next day to do an estimate and requested a deposit, it took them 4 weeks to get parts pricing on the invoice and it has now been a total of 5 weeks and I keep getting the same run around. The lady that answers the phone in the office has to pass the message on to a manager who until you threaten to make them give you a refund you never hear from. Once you hear from the manager, he had added the prices and stated he would call the manufacturer for timing and give me an update. Still no ETA no call backs. I have told them I want a refund and my part back that they took to order the balances for my windows. We will see how long that will take or if I end up in court to get my deposit back. I highly do not recommend this company as they are very unresponsive and not proactive with providing any type of information. read more

Buyer Beware!! This is one of the worst run companies I have ever seen and I ran and owned a very large intl Marketing firm for 27 years....There customer service is a joke and the woman if you are lucky enough to get an answer from is a total idiot..She will put you off and then tell you she will call you back with an update in an hour and you will never recieve one ever!! This company is totally not professional..I ordered 4 new screens for my patio and new rollers for my sliding glass doors..The young man came out did a evaluation gave me a basic price and asked for a check deposit when I agreed..He told me 7-10 days for delivery and install..I waited after 2.5 weeks I tried to call and got no answers..The web site is a joke to pull you in..I finally got a new Number to call at another location..the woman there told me the order was being processed..NO updates and no calls ever..Finally they called to set up an install after 4 weeks and my complaining..The Company shows they have nice Vans and blue shirted workers..My screen doors were delivered on the roof a a SUV and one was even damaged..the installer was 2 hours late and did a terrible job and looked confused..When he finally left after dark I had to clean up his mess he left behind and when I went to open the main screen doors from my living room they fell off the tracks!! I had real professionals come out and re-check the mess created and repair it..Never hire these incompetent idiots!! I checked and they have very many serious complaints filed against them..Run away fast and never give them a check..If I had used a credit card I would have cancelled the charge..They don't even have proper tools and can't even adjust a brand new screen door!! read more

We thought a pane of glass was cracked. Matthew came over to assess it. He saw that it was silicon that must have dripped when we replaced the roof. He cleaned it and went on his way. He could have given us a quote to replace the pane. I highly recommend this company! read more

This company is HORRIBLE !!!!! DO NOT HIRE OR RECOMMEND!!!! OVER PRICED!!! They sent over a technician to repair a screen door. When the tech installed the new screen I asked if it could have been pulled tighter as you can see the inconsistency in the screen, it had waves and bubbles along the edges. The tech Shawn responded "it won't be perfect, you want perfect only the manufacture can do, I'm doing manual." I called and made a complaint and asked for a different tech as I felt this one was rude and unprofessional. The company said they'll call back and never did. When I called a few days later they ignored my calls. Had to use a different number, they sent the same tech back and he came in to say "it's fine to me, I told you that I can't do perfect" when I asked to be reimbursed he made a call and said he'll redo it. I went out to offer assistance and he said no. While inserting the screen and rubber to hold it in place, I asked if I can stretch it so we won't have the same issue and again he said no. However I think he understood, he redid it and this time even asked for me to double check and the redo is much better. He left upset. I hired this company to re-screen my sliding glass doors. I paid $500. They never installed them properly. They came back three times to try and fix them, to no avail. The screens keep coming out. They changed the rubber pieces several times. I just had another company here that said they cut them too short. They also said that the rubber is wrong. I tried getting them back to repair the screens and they said they would have to charge me a $50 fee to come back to the house. I explained to them that the job had not been done properly right from the beginning. I have heard nothing further and have to have them all re-screened by another company that knows what they are doing. Do not hire these people. They are terrible with their customer service as well. They are very hard to get a hold of. read more
